Really fresh looking! I loved the furniture and it was 5 minutes away from UM or Wholefoods and the movie theater by bike! And the property manager was really on top of things!

Nice quiet building, in a very central location. I have been living here for over a year and everything has always been great. Its really close to everything (even walking distance!) like stores, supermarkets, malls, and metro rail.

I really liked living here. It was perfect whilst I was studying at UM. The place is newly furnished and the landlord is super accommodating.

Very nice place to live ! The apartment is impeccable and newly furnished. The building is close to University of Miami, public transportation and shops, and the landlord is also very responsive if we need any help.
