I live on the 32 floor. Just perfect, couldnt ask for anything better. the view is amazing, the location gets a perfect 10, and the building is well maintained.

I was in that apartment on the beginning of January, and my experience was very, very bad. Alfredo, the manager, just show up for collect the money, nothing else. The service is bad. I was in a studio where the noise was horrible, I couldnt sleep well. It was so frustrating. It was cheap with the places in the same area, however, they could increase the rate in order to get a good service. Location is good besides that NOTHING IS GOOD. In fact I met 3 persons in the elevator, one was a diabetic that had no kitchen utilities in his apartment, the other 2 were a couple form Germany, they spent 4 days with a dirty blanket, nobody show up to change it. I do agree with JS STAY AWAY

I was extremely dissapointed with the stay here. The studio was not what I was expecting and very run down and old when promising Luxury and elegant in your website, pathetic.And today after asking for the change of sheets and towels for the second time as they said was gonna be every thursday their answer was basically not my fault not in the contract DONT CARE. is something we offer but whatever you can do it yourself. And you said you hadnt read my email, I cant believe that to be true, your job is to respond to clients request.I am amazed by the quality (or lack there off) of product and service. The separation of concierges and ECR is absurd as well...

Have they fixed the garage door yet?
