It takes a long time (up to 2 weeks) to send you the invoice to cancel the shipment and they do not order-consolidate things in separate boxes according to each consolidation request you request. I asked to consolidate my purchases into two separate shipments and they put everything mixed in one box (exactly what I didnt want). I dont know if my experience is unique but honestly I was not satisfied. I have found services that are much more organized.

I honestly have many opinions regarding this service. With regard to customer service, they should improve the service a lot. Since the number that corresponds to the Miami office is NEVER available and they NEVER answer. If luck strikes and they attend, they do it in a rough way and to blows. Not very good to say. And all this without mentioning that in WhatsApp they leave the messages read and it seems that they do not care. Which is a pity because there are times when they do provide good care.Regarding shipments, I understand that the process of transporting packages and parcels plus the transition in customs and other procedures require time, HOWEVER, if said company tells you and assures you that by a certain approximate day they should be delivering your package, they should comply.For those who do not know, Transandes cargo uses the services of Tealca to dispatch Valencia-Caracas packages. It would be strange to me if transandes took over and took action for the Irresponsibilities of said company. On Thursday my dispatch order was sent to be delivered a package the next day, and at NO time did any of the parties involved contact me to respond to my package. Since the value of this is not three loaches. And as expected, they did not answer the phone or messages or emails. They should consider the service of another company that does take responsibility and meet deadlines. Since according to the dispatch staff the drivers who deliver the packages finish working when they deliver all the orders which is a lie. To this day I am still waiting for my package to reach the family in Venezuela. I am seriously questioning using this service again and recommending it. It is not pleasant to go through these kinds of situations.
