They will make you do everything that someone who is hiring someone is suppose to do such as look deeper into your job history. They put me on with Optum but wanted me to provide proof of last 2 years employment when they already had my resume. They also wanted me to do an I-9 form but was going to allow someone else to verify my IDs (friend or family member) lol. I am actually shocked that they almost made me do all of this and showed no sympathy, nonetheless I turned it down. Sorry Optum, you guys should stop using staffing agencies to get employees and trust in God. It shows a lack of trust and that is not a good look for a company.

These staffing employees are low class, immoral & unprofessional. They have the worst temp assignments if they even have anything.Most of these temp jobs look like scams that are 30-40 miles outside of San Antonio or in the worst, high crime areas of town. I was supposed to jump through hoops for a temp job that pays $10/hr. Their staff are so lazy they post temp jobs on social media & other job sites. Monica Lew was my contact person. She treated me like garbage.Theyre too lazy to do any real work & work the phones with area companies. If you ask for more money or a better assignment, they immediately insult you, laugh at you on the phone then throw out your application for good. They always blame the job seeker for not being good enough. DO NOT CALL THIS AGENCY!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM & A WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Worst staffing agency I have EVER been with. Their supervisor Michelle isn’t worth two cents. She does NOT deserve her position and should be fired immediately for her lack of responsibility and care for the employees. I have gone over THREE WEEKS without receiving my first paper check from them from a job I did early November. The reason for this poor review is because of the payment issues I have been having. I have worked 4 weeks through these guys and have only received one check via direct deposit. I was supposed to receive something in my email that allowed me to log my hours for the most recent job I took. Our boss at that job was also supposed to receive a similar email to log our hours and NONE of us(the boss, my co-workers, nor myself) received a damn thing, yet Michelle refuses to accept responsibility for the fact that she forgot to do so. Because of that, I did not get paid earlier in the week like I was supposed to and everyone’s pay is coming a week later. Their supervisor shows no sympathy whatsoever and does the very least to fix this issue. Why should she care, she’s getting paid at the end of the day regardless. Absolutely disgusted by this, I have bills to pay and the only thing I can do is wait. I have been told to take them to small claims court next week which I shall if I don’t see my hard earned money and I will do everything in my power to reach out and prove to everyone just how trash this agency is. Oh and by the way, I’m not the only temp who has been having these issues. Go ahead and ask around. As to the other workers/recruiters, I am sorry you are stuck working for such a terrible person unfit to be called boss, you guys do such a great job at finding jobs for the temps who are struggling and do the utmost you can, in order to help them. For that, I thank you guys.

I spoke with Ms. Monica L. who was very unprofessional. First she reached out to me right after I submitted my resume online. When I returned her call, she started the interview over the phone, and when I answered the question about which company I am currently working for, her tone of voice changed, and she said that she could not find the resume I sent through their website, which was not true, since I received a successful confirmation from them when submitted. I understand if she does not like the company I am currently working for, and also understand that it is not a sure thing to be hired. All I wanted was assistance to start looking for a different industry or a career change. The way Monica L. handled my case was not appropriate and was discriminating. She asked me to send the resume again, and she provided her email but she never confirmed that she received it and never called back or get any confirmation reply to my email. Again, I understand that there is no obligation to be hired, but she also spoke with me for less than two minutes and god rid of me by claiming she did not receive my resume. She was not nice. All I ask is for professionalism and to be treated nicely or with a much better service. Now I am being helped by a more prestigious and much more professional staffing compnany. Adecco was very dissapointing.

They do not pay you . Please don’t waste your time .

New in town I got a good response and work within days the opportunity is there if you looking for it. Friendly staff and very professional I liked it.

The staff was friendly, but I was placed in a job that kept me for only a few days. I did not understand the reason behind not being able to work with the company I was temped out to. The position was temorary, but months temorary, it was not supposed to be days temporary. I know I did the work I was asked to do and more.
