SCAM!!!! This is not a hop on hop off service. There is just one stop to South Beach and When we asked what time to come back she told us one hour. We didnt realize till we got dropped off and started walking that South Beach was actually a 45 minute walk. After walking for almost 30 mins we realized by the time we made it to South Beach it would have been an hour and we wouldnt get back in time. So we turned around and started to walk back. By the time we got back the boat was sailing away so we just took an uber. There is no way anyone could make it to South Beach and tour around and walk back in an hour. Total Scam! and the host was rude and barely spoke english and had an attitude because we purchased the tix online.

Have used this service a couple years ago and it was great and had 6 stops you could actually hop on and off. We decided that we would do it again for a good way to spend a day while on vacation. I asked when I bought the tickets if they still make the same six stops. I was told they did. But there was a bit of a language barrier so to be sure I pointed to the route and the indicated stops. I was told yes again. Once we boarded and started out it was never mentioned that it was only going to Miami Beach and back. No other stops. When we arrived at Miami Beach one of the crew asked if we were going there and I said we would get off on the next stop. She said ok. After we had already got back on the water and through more conversation we discovered that all other stops were taken out due to COVID-19. We asked if we could just go back to Miami Beach and were told no. It was just one round trip. IT IS NOT HOP ON AND OFF as described on the website. Just beware unless you’re looking to spend $30 a person on a 45 minute boat ride. The boat crew were very nice though.

My husband and I were in Miami for our honeymoon and decided to check out Bayside Marketplace. We saw the water taxi and thought it would be fun to take a boat ride over to South Beach instead of driving over and trying to find parking. When we bought the tickets, the lady told us we would be able to catch the last ride from South Beach at 8pm. When we arrived at South Beach, however, the lady on the boat told us we needed to be back at the marina at 5pm (mind you, its 3:30 at this point). We told her we thought they were available until 8pm and she said to come back at 6pm instead. Since this didnt leave us much time to do anything at South Beach, we called the companys phone number to ask what time the last ride was going to be from South Beach. The gentleman told us the last ride was at 7pm and to be at the marina by 6:50. We agreed on that and went about our sightseeing. We arrived at the marina at 6:45 and there were 2 people already there who were also waiting for the water taxi (and had been waiting there a while). Three other people also arrived a few minutes after us. 7pm came and went with no water taxi. We tried calling and no one answered the phone. All 7 of us were told by the company that we would be picked up at 7pm. We waited until 8:30 in case there happened to be an 8pm boat, but no one ever came. We were left stranded in South Beach and had to pay for alternative transportation to get back to our cars at Bayside. Its a shame because the ride over to South Beach was fun, but what kind of company leaves their customers stranded? I would understand if we were late, but we were all there on time. This was our last day in town too so we were unable to go back and ask for a refund, if they would have even give us one because they took our only receipt when we boarded the boat. Based on other reviews, it sounds like this isnt the first time something has gone wrong on their end. Just be careful if you ride with them.

Very calm and scenic ride. Water Taxi was a great way to experience the harbor and get across the bay. We bought the roundtrip tickets from Groupon, hopped on at Bayside MarketPlace and return trip from Miami Beach Marina. There was no hassle.!Overall an enjoyable ride with family. We loved it and would highly recommend it if you havent experienced it before.Thank you !!

Scam. They abandoned us on another pier, forced us to leave and said they will pick us up in an hour and a half. When we begged them not to leave us (mom, dad and 3 kids) and to just take us back the co- captain lady said no . Locked the rail and left us. We ubered back to our car z ☹️

We took this boat ride yesterday 03/302021 at 4:30pm. I originally purchased my tickets Sunday 03/28/2021 @5:20pm. My cashier was in such a rush to get us to pay he told me the tour was 6:45pm Sunday night. My two children and I waited around until that time just to be told that the boat doesn’t leave until 8:15. I was not about to sit around another 2 hours so I asked for a refund, and of course the cashier was no where to be found. So one of the other associates said that I could return any day with my receipt for the ride. I returned on Tuesday with my sister and our 5 children (her 3, my 2) she purchased tickets for her and her babies. There were a few hiccups with the boat ride but all around it was nice. We were told it was optional to get off at South Beach but once we arrived the tour guide tried to force us off to stay at south beach for an hour. My family and about 6 other guest refused to leave the boat because that was not what we were told. They did finally take us back to bayside after about 20 minutes of the tour guide arguing back-and-forth with us. Once we arrived to Bayside the man whom I assume is the manager. Was rude to EVERYONE. He came on the boat demanding that those who didn’t leave on South Beach stay on because he was “finna have a word with us” as if we were children and he was scolding us. I am 32 years old with children of my own NO ONE Will speak to me in that manner. He was throwing profanities at everyone as we were leaving the boat. He got into a full-blown argument with one of the passengers in her 17-year-old children. He also came over to the cashier telling her not to talk to my sister while she was trying to get upper management information. But what put the icing on the cake was this fool pushing my eight-year-old daughter and telling her to move. What was supposed to be a fun outing for my children turned into an entire scene where security and the police had to be called. I have NEVER in my life taken the time to write a review on a company. But this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

Very chill good price for hop on hop off service

Me and my family bought tickets to go on this boat. The man that sold us the tickets said it was optional for us to get off on south beach. But when we arrived to south beach the captain said that we had to get out because there wasn’t enough space for everyone who was coming back. And we were the only family that had to get off while the rest of the people that came with us got to stay on. The person who sold us the tickets was in the wrong. I don’t recommend going to this. We just wanted to have a good time and it came out to be a big disaster.

Really bad experience, the person that sale the ticket said it was optional to get out of the boat on south beach, when we get there the captain said we have to get out of the boat because he had so many people to get back, my family of 5 was the only one that had to het out of the boat when we didnt want to, we was really disappointed and mad, what was suppose to be a nice family trip end up been a headache.NEVER AGAINDONT RECOMENDE TO NOBODY.

Dont use the WATER TAXI MIAMI at Bayfront. They charged us $30 pp ($120) for a round trip to South Beach. We specifically asked what time we needed to be back to return. They told us and got there 40 minutes early and waited... After never returning, we asked some workers on the dock and were informed that the company actually completed their last run 20 minutes prior to us arriving. So we had to pay for a cab... which I might add was much cheaper... 4 people for $20 (15 minute ride) vs. $120.00 (45 Minute ride) that we initially paid to the water-taxi. We even called and kept getting voicemail! WATER TAXI MIAMI ...THEY ARE LIARS AND DECEITFUL!

A relaxing ride and a nice way to get on the water in Miami. We did the water taxi day-pass, got on at Miami Beach (it wasnt really clearly labeled where to meet - you walk out on the pier with all the yachts and stand around the big blue/white building that sells gas to the boats) buy your ticket on the boat. Then we rode up to Brickell area and then around to Bayside. We got off there and spent an hour and a half, then got back on the boat to get back to Miami Beach. The ride back was cool - you go by the big yachts and fancy houses.

Amazzingg! Worth every penny. The guide driver was interesting and helpful. We will come again thank you!!

Took the taxi thinking it was just going to be a taxi ride, but the guy basically pointed out all the nice celebrities homes and boats. For $15 its a steal of a deal 45 minutes ride!!We were going to take another boat cruise for $38 glad we didnt!

Great ride going! On our ride back, we were told the boat will leave at 4:15. We made it at the dock at 4:10. I called around 4:30 and told them that the taxi wasnt there yet. I was told that we missed it. After telling the operator that we were on time (however close it may have been), he said that the taxi would never leave before time. Yet, I stood there on time with no taxi in sight. He told me that I would have to wait for the next taxi to arrive at 5:45. I had a bus to catch back to Orlando at 6. They were extremely rude about the entire ordeal. NEVER AGAIN!

We loved it so much we took the water taxi two days in a row! Great service - I love the all day pass that allows you to stop and get off, explore, and get back on. Also learned about Miami history and fun facts while on this tour. Will do it again next time in Miami.

Fun way to see Miami on a boat. You get to see Biscayne bay, hop on and off when you’d like. They even have an island service where you can bring your cooler and spend the day on an island and get picked up anytime they pass by. Best boat ride in miami

A lady sold me a ticket. I asked her when the boat was leaving and she told me that soon but that she will let me know and to go ahead finish my beer at Sharkeys. She saw where I was and I guess forgot to let me know. The boat left without me. And I could not get my money back because their kiosk closed for the day. I was only one day in town. Terrible

They told us the water taxi will leave in 10 minutes just to get our business and then the water taxi left 45 minutes later, I’m a local, and always have family and friends visiting, I will make sure not to bring them here, there are plenty options out there. They deliberately lied to our face, they refused to give us a refund. We were scammed!

It would be a great service but the staff is so rude. I called ahead of time to ensure I could bring my daughters stroller on the larger boat for the time reserved (otherwise we wouldnt buy tickets). When we got there they said they would no longer take the larger boat out and therefore I could not bring the stroller on (we already paid for out 5 tickets). Terrible service and untrustworthy staff.

The view around the entrance of the Miami River was breathtaking. My girlfriend and little daughter really enjoy the whole experience.

Purchased 3 tickets with my debit card and was told that it didnt go through. I checked my bank account from my phone and the transaction did indeed go through. I immediately called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was approved. I was told by the attendants that since their card machine didnt print out any tickets that it means that my card was the problem and that my account was not charged. They then asked me to run my card again. I said no because my account would get billed a second time. I even showed the attendants my phone and bank records to prove that my account was charged and that there was money in my account to pay for the tickets they charged me for. After about half an hour of this and even speaking with a supervisor, we were told that there was anothing they could do. I was told to wait and that the amount would probably be credited back to my account in a couple days. We ended up not taking the tour. Very disappointing. Before we left, a different attendant told us that the issue was the machine and not my card but the machine they ran the card on was not there anymore and they were using a different machine. In other words, they couldnt do anything. At least they were snadmitting that my card was not to blame. The whole ordeal sucked. Not impressed. Extremely poor service. Charged $75 for nothing. I could have spent that money somewhere else. Now Ill be stuck waiting to see if they even refund my money. Really a shame. Bad way to spend my last vacation day. So much for sightseeing.Reply to owners response:What do you mean I took the 90 minute tour and didnt complain? I wasnt given tickets and my family and I werent allowed on the boat!!!! This place is owned by money hungry low life’s. The people working the booths are even worse.The lady explained the times and route and pricing. After CONFIRMING the time we would leave and arrive later we decided it would be tight, but could make it work.After paying 125$ to the lady, we made our way down to board the boat. 30 seconds after handing over the money and given a receipt with the time we paid for, she told us she gave us the incorrect time and information. We told her the situation initially, and re explained that we could not add on another half hour since we were already cutting it close.She said there were no refunds.We were LIED to.It isn’t like we didn’t want to go or missed the time and asked for a refund. WE WERE LIED TO AND GIVEN MISINFORMATION.We were scammed.Do not spend your money here.

Took the all day tour and walked to South Beach from the stop we made. The stop was long enough for me to walk South Beach and tour a museum in the area.

Very good, at first I thought I had made the wrong choice, seeing the number of boats that leave but it was actually the best choice 😀 it is small but there are few people, very friendly, and you go at a very good speed so you can appreciate the whole route, hard two hours if you stay in the Miami marina and visit Miami Beach 🏖 for an hour and a half and then they pick you up, 🚤but if you prefer, you can go back with them and continue enjoying the trip 🌇🗻⛵️🚤🛶 🚕

Very friendly staff. The boat in good condition. The trip lasts 1h 30 min and has several stops where you can get off to know different places, which helps a lot because by car that would take a long time. Of all the options there are, I recommend it 100%.

I was attended by a lady with blonde hair, I asked her about the service and the time. I told her that I was looking for a non-stop round trip tour, she told me that there was no problem because we were two people.We waited more than an hour and a half, at the time of going up, a woman explained (She lowered her mask to speak without respecting biosafety regulations) that we had to get off in Miami Beach for an hour and twenty minutes, I told her that I dont have the time, and he told me that I should still get off, I explained that before buying the tickets they told me that there was no problem. He got upset, and argued that the lady who attended us does not work directly for the company ... Really?Lack of professional ethics, we stepped down and demanded the money they had collected from us in cash.Honestly, never trust each other, they all contradict each other and there is no seriousness when hiring their services.
