My family just returned from a wonderful Disney cruise, all arranged by Bru Med Travel! Sonia was a phenomenal resource and patiently answered all of my questions. From start to finish the entire planning of the trip and the trip itself, ran smoothly. Because Sonia/Bru Med took such good care of us during the planning, we were able to sit back and enjoy our vacation! Nice job in Bru Med not even having someone answering their phones.People have reservations that they need to cancel and get their money back and now they are MIA. Luckily for us, American Express will be crediting us the deposit being that the country is on lockdown where we were planning to go in Europe and they will be removing the funds from them until this is settled. Thank God for AMEX. if you need travel, try another company that answers their phones.

Perhaps the rest of the staff is great, however the lack of professionalism that was extended from Rosy is beyond comprehension. I called to receive a quote for a trip for 2 to Egypt, along the conversation I made a simple inquiry about how the dynamics of travel agency commissions work (because the previous agent gave us the impression that she was shafting us) and it turned into bad/sarcastic/rude treatment and being hung up on.I was eager and ready to book an itinerary with Bru Med and just wanted a better understanding on pricing for my package, since after all it IS my HARD EARNED money that I am using and hoped that Bru Med could help me gain that understanding so that I could feel comfortable with the money spent on this package, however it did not turn out that way. By law, we are entitled to this information, so Rosy: educate yourself please, ignorance is sad in a land of opportunity.Advice, if youre from another country and working here in the states, acclimate to the culture and the caliber of service and attention required to treat and KEEP clients. We are not in Cuba, dont bring your poor treatment of others here and contaminate further the service industry in Miami.Btw, Im Cuban so I can speak on this.

Have just returned from a wonderful excursion to Guatemala lead by the BruMed team. It was a wonderful experience and “first class service”!all the way through. From excellent hotels, wonderful “inclusive” dinners, a private charter to visit the Archeological ruins of Tikal, and extras like “tuck tuck” rides to allow for a full cultural experience.This was our first excursion with BruMed. We were hesitant about booking the trip as our son is not fully fluent in Spanish. Not to worry. The tour guides ensured that he was included and translated to English as needed.I can’t praise them enough for putting together a full and memorable package.Highly recommend BruMed Travel.
