I rented a car for my vacations in Cuba with this agency, I arrived almost or 8 at night! I didnt have the car! My name did not appear on the rental listings! I had to rent a cubataxy for $ 200 to get to my house! That was after spending more than two hours trying to communicate with the agency thinking that it was all a misunderstanding!
