I dont know who is rating this company 5 stars. Maybe the crew. I am writing to complain about the terrible customer service you provide. I was a very loyal customer until now. When MSC announced that they would be sailing again, I made reservations for two cruises, one in August the other in November. The August trip was cancelled by MSC for COVID reasons and I was instructed to rebook my cruise after June 16th. I have tried several times to rebook only to be placed on hold listening to music for 45 plus minutes. I tried on three dates to rebook with the same results. Today I tried for a fourth time and actually spoke with a live person who advised me I was too late and had to wait for two week before I can book a new cruise or get a full refund. This is outrageous that a long planed cruise cannot be book again for two weeks. I promptly cancelled my November cruise and in two week will cancel the August cruise as instructed. Ironically, in my MCS account, the August cruise that was cancelled still shows that I am sailing in 42 days and welcomes me to add excursions and drink specials. Good Bye MSC. I will no longer be a customer.
Luxury cruise
They are not letting tourists go up. Of course, they charge you for the entire cruise and come out with the story that because you are not a resident or an American you cannot get on. Please refrain from buying. They do not return the money.
Immense cruises, excellent food, attention, and you have everything (ice cream parlors, Spa, gym, remains, casino, shows, and much more), wonderful places visited!
