This is the second review I have to write towards the agent Zoraida I am appalled at the way I was treated by her. I have never met someone so rude and unprofessional towards a new client. In my previous review I had written that she never called me back. After I had posted this review, she texted me informing me she was made aware of the review by her office and that she would like to apologize, she proceeded to offer me a free excursion. The next day she calls me and attempted to apologize by saying that she was sorry but stated that I didnt understand because the office was full and she was unable to take my call. I proceeded to inform her I understand but she should have been honest and just asked for my name and number and that she would call me back the next day or even the day after that, she did not do this. She then proceeded to give me attitude and state, I would never understand how it feels as I was not there. She kept making excuses as to why she presented her behavior in such a manner. She then informed me that she did not care about this review as it did not affect her as she has other great reviews. She kept being repetitive and blaming everything on me in such a rude and disruptive behavior. I spoke to the owner to make a formal complaint towards her as this is no such way to treat a new client, the owner had amazing customer service and was able to help me as much as he could, which I appreciated greatly. This review is not towards the agency, it is towards Zoraida the agent!!!!

Zoraida Suastegui as a travel agent has to be the most unprofessional agent i’ve ever experienced I call her to get a quote for me and my boyfriends vacation and she informed she was not in the office give and to give her 2 seconds. About 2 hours pass by I still give her the benefit of doubt by calling her and she replies with saying she was with a customer at the moment but I promise before I leave the office I will call you. End of day we haven’t heard back but we found another travel agency that was super responsive and helped us out so if you book a vacation try to stay away from them they will just waste your time horrible service!!

This was my second time being in Israel. Our trip was from 1/18/2020- 1/26/2020. I had come the first time with a different travel agency, and I must say that Gool Travel was by far the best experience my family and I had! From the beginning to the end there was organization and professionalism. There was a representative from Gool Travel by passport control in Israel to assist us and direct, and there was another representative waiting for us at the hotel to provide us with more information. This Agency also provided us free tickets to see a light show in Jerusalem. I will be recommending Gool Travel to anyone who wants to visit Israel! Great job and thank you Gool for an amazing experience!!

Let me start by saying that Zoraida Suastegui provided me excellent service at an amazing price. I had been searching through various agencies but could not find a price for my trip that fit into my budget. Most of the prices I found great apparently seemed to magically fill to capacity before i had a chance to book. I stumbled on Gool Travel through a google search and inquired about pricing. I was excited to find that they had trips available to the Dominican Republic. I had never been there and was curious about the culture, experience, hotel and a million and one questions. Zoraida was able to take the time and explain everything in detail assuring me that my trip would be a special memorable experience with my fiance. I was a bit worried considering the current pandemic but was pleased to find the hotel I arrived to was taking extensive precautions even more than I have seen in hotels back in the states. The service in general is terrible.When you contact them, everything is perfect, the attentions are thousands and they are in contact with the client all the time.All the time until you pay.There, the nightmare begins for the client as in my case and several of those who vacation with them on the same date.The travel papers that they sent by email arrived with an error in one of the surnames, we were trying to communicate all the time and it was not until the last day that it was fixed. When you arrive at the airport, they are with the list, you confirm and we were in line for an hour at the airline, they passing their customers and it was not until we spoke with them that we passed, an hour after being in line and they were looking at us . When we get to RDominicana they wait for you at the airport, after the mess in which car they take you to the hotel, they put you on a bus and leave the hotel for you, there was a family that had a lot of luggage and had to wait at the airport for their luggage to come out They did not wait for her, the person from the agency does not go with you to the hotel but they stay earlier. From then on, not the catamaran or anything. They wrote to us via whatsaap that they would come to the hotel to arrange excursions, the catamaran ride, the antigen test for COVID 19 that is needed to return to the USA and the pick-up time of the day we were leaving. They never came, nor were they ever. Nobody contacted us or explained anything to us.Once again we had to communicate with the person who was supposed to tell us and organize things.
