Carnival Horizon cruise boarded from Miami Florida, went south Caribbean islands. I had requested Indian vegetarian meal and was able to get Dosa, dal, sabji different food every day, spent 9 days on the ship and other islands and took some exclusions on the islands some with the ship and some our own. Employees made us feel very important and took care of us like Disney Land or better service, ship is fairly new and offered many activities daily including comedy shows, Dj nightclubs, shopping sales, casino, entertainment out doors on upper deck as a whole group, exercises, water park, 24 hours restaurants, different type of seating restaurants but not limited to it. Will highly recommend anyone to go for an experience once in life time or multiple times.
Hi,I love Carnival Cruise Line! I have taken 13 cruises with them since 1987. I have strayed away 1 time because they didnt offer the Itinerary a family member was looking for.Cant wait to book another cruise with them in a Tour Group Theme. If they offer anything like that.
For more of a party than relaxation vacation. Also, very budget friendly.
Thank you carnival for ruining my $1000 vacation! Your customer service and port agents are not on the same page and you Denied me access and then lost my bag! I have never been on a cruise and my first time you guys dropped the ball sooo bad! I will never spend a dime on you. This is easily the worst company i ever dealt with and honestly your manager maria rios and her staff in miami are the worst employees a company can have. They have no sense of commitment to your company. Understand that my experience will be met with the media based on the incompetence of how they treated about 50 customers. This was extremely disrespectful to families and children. Awful standards and awful commitment your customer. NPS 0. I will be emailing JD power along with the the wall street journal to share my experience.
So, like many, our cruise was cancelled. That is NOT the problem. The problem was that Carnival took nearly 140 days to refund us after the cancellation. THEN, it took six calls, escalation to multiple higher personnel, multiple stories about glitches and lost in transit, then they said we didnt even request a refund, then it changed again and again until FINALLY the refund came. Bet they wouldnt have let us owe them money that long.
