I really had a GREAT time on the Island Queen Millionaire’s Row Boat Cruise. Departure and arrival was prompt. The tour guide was very informative and has a good sense of humor, the bar was pretty decent. Such a FUN experience.I Highly Recommend if you are visiting Miami . Very nice cruise in the bay! We boarded at Bayside marketplace which is an awesome market and we did the sunset cruise. On the cruise they announced whenever we passed a celebritys house and gave a little history about Miami. The views from the boat were amazing. We saw cruise ships, cargo ships, and the great Miami skyline. It lasted 2 hours.

Cool and insightful tour. Jorge was knowledgeable and funny . The rides are cheap and offer great views . Spent most of tour on front of bus for great pictures and view. They did a drawing for “free vacations” and one of the drawing ladies seemed upset when I told my friend I don’t participate because they’re not really free. But other than that I enjoyed the tour

If you are looking for a relaxing Miami boat tour, this is the one for you! The whole experience of booking the tour was very thorough. I spoke directly with the manager, Patrick, who walked me through the ADA Compliance and even helped me schedule a reservation for one of the larger boats. It is difficult to find tours that are wheelchair accessible, so I really appreciate Patrick’s help and the help of everyone at the dock. At the dock, everyone was very helpful getting us on board which made the experience even more relaxing. The tour itself was beautiful and calm. It was narrated in both English and Spanish, and played music on board! There was also a lovely little bar on the top deck that offered drinks and snacks for an affordable price. I originally thought the tour was only an hour, but instead it was a full 90 minutes! Definitely a great way to get to know a different part of Miami in the most relaxing way possible.

Was nice seeing celeb houses. Absolutely beautiful homes. The tour guide was funny and entertaining. Parking is a bit expensive in the area but such a great area.

Pretty cool experience..they take your pic as you board. Then print and offer to sell. A 4x6 for $5. A 5x7 for $10 or if you take the little postcard with it then thats for $30. They have a guide telling you who the houses belong to. He tells you in english and spanish. Then they play a song that the house owner sings if the house belongs to a singer or rapper. They have a little bar on board and you can purchase beer or a blended drink like a daiquiri.

Tour was great and Narration was cool but they manipulatively con you into signing up for a “raffle”. Once you (and 20 other couple) “win” they take you downstairs where they attempt to register you for a 2 hour “Vacation Club” presentation.Not following any COVID guidelines. We were parked like sardines and they said nothing. Not even a bottle of hand sanitizer on their ship!

We enjoyed this very much. For the best views you want to be at the front of the boat. Wish we could have seen more. Drinks were pricey but you can bring food on board. Overall this was worth the trip. Dont forget to check out Groupon for specials. Also dont sign up for the free vacation raffle unless you are willing to go on a tour for vacation rentals.

A wonderful way to spend a couple hours on the water of beautiful Biscayne Bay while taking in a fresh and interesting narrative of the sites along the way. This is more than just a whos-who of rich and famous houses in Miami. It is a fun outdoor experience for the family. Well organized, informative, accessible and memorable. I took the Biscayne bay tour a couple of weeks ago. Was an awesome, relaxing tour of the bay, got to see a lot of different places and celebrity homes. The boat has a full bar so that you can enjoy a drink while touring the bay.One note, they do have representatives offering you to enter into a drawing for a free vacation of your choice in exchange for attending a 120 minute sales presentation. I did win the free draw and attended the sales presentation. I chose to not purchase the package after the presentation and they did follow through with the promise of awarding me my free cruise that I had chosen prior to the presentation which I called to verify.In all, the sales pitch did not detract from the fun that I had on the bay cruise. You can choose to participate or not in the drawing. I would take this cruise again and bring friends just for the cruise which I enjoyed.

The tour itself was nice in that you learn a little history and get to see some beautiful homes. When giving some history of specific homes, the tour guide could have done a better job of indicating which home he was referring to because it was not always clear. Beware of the raffle to win a free trip. Its just a ploy to get the winners to sign up for a time share seminar. It really put a bad taste in my mouth since I had paid for a tour, not a sales pitch hassle.

Good relaxing tour. Clean cruise, friendly and helpful staff all around from sales, check in, to crew.I didn’t care much for the rich homes, but a good and quick way to explore parts of Miami that is typically off limits by wheels or by foot.

This boat ride gives us the tour of the mansions of famous personalities in Miami. It also provides us a wonderful view of the Miami skyline which is very marvelous to see. The staff was very friendly. The food and drinks are not that expensive. The boat is well maintained. Had a wonderful experience with this ride. It was worth every dollar paid. Amazing!! Looking for a affordable, worthy and a very good cruise ride please go ahead with Island Queen Cruises & Tours. They also provide with a photo printout which is a bit expensive at $15. The ride cost $27 per person (adult). They do offer group discount. Children ride for free (below 5 years or certain height limit). Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend please go with them for a good time with family or friends.

Great time. The views were amazing.

Customers be aware! I bought 1 photo package after the tour. I checked my bank statement and noticed that they charged me for 2 packages ($72!!). I tried to contact the company, but they told me that it was a third party photo provider. I was told that someone would contact me. As you understand, nobody has contacted me and returned my money.

Overall tour was good, interesting to see island of billionaires homes. If you buy online you cannot pick a departure time and cannot find that out until you get to the ticket booth. We bought online and upon arrival was told we had to wait four hours, but we had already paid for 3 hours of parking. Better information is needed on their website.

Lovely tour with a lot of scenery

Amazing Millionaire Cruise! The staff were very informative about the houses and surrounding with background stories on all. It was a very smooth ride throughout with a full bar and snacks if you wanted something. I would definitely recommended as this gives you a unique tour of Miami Bay and the islands. I have seen a lot of people moaning about the ‘scam’ raffle. Don’t let this put you off, these people are harmless and if you don’t want to join in you don’t have to. You see them for about 5mins of your whole journey! RECOMMEND!

Decent enough to do it once. The narrator is good. Will tell you about Millionaires houses very interestingly. Its a touristy thing to do. Definitely a good ride in the ocean to be able to see the Miami skyline. Worth doing it once.

Didnt have a lot of information on the houses of famous people, Oprah Winfrey, Alicia keys, Rihanna, Will Smith, just to name a few that wasnt told about. Went last year on a different boat and was 80% more informed on the sites. Will not do this tour again

Very informative guide on board. Pleasant and friendly staff. A nice cruise around the bay, comfortable seats and with the option of snacks and drinks.The weather was just right which made it even better. Saw how the rich live and had a fantastic view of the Miami skyline. I would call it a must do trip.

We did the Millionaire Row cruise and it was great! The captain was awesome and knowledgeable. He spoke both English and Spanish which was a plus. Best part was that they had a bar! So drinks and beautiful views!

This was such a fun cruise and for the price too! Gorgeous views of the city and the ocean. Worth it. We did the 1.5 hr sightseeing cruise. Loved it. The bar took cards too not just cash.

This was so much fun and our tour guide kept us well entertained. I definitely recommend anyone looking to sightsee, to indulge in this tour as well. The tour lasted for almost two hours and it was well worth it.

We took an hour ride with my family at the sunset. It was amazing time and ride. We saw famouse houses and the Miami front city besides old Miami and the small islands around. We got back almost after sunset which provides a fantastic view to the city with ocean and sunset. Each person was $35 for adults.

Our tour was nice! However, the first boat we were supposed to go on was broken so we had to wait 30 minutes to start up another boat. It was pretty hot on the 2nd boat plud a crew member was smoking on the deck and my father couldnt handle it so it kinda ruined it for him. Seemed a little unprofessional for a crew member to be smoking.

I have done this in the past and had a great time. However, this time the tour guide was not very clear when he was speaking and mumbled when he speaks so we could not hear anything he was saying and this made it a miserable experience.

The tour was very nice. Thanks to the tour guide for the fun narration. Since we took the 7.15 tour, the sunset added even more spectacular views from the water. The ferry had a bar and snacks which was very convenient for those who wanted a sip and a quick bite. Overall experience was great.

It was a nice tour around Miami islands. We had the possibility to see some of the mansions of the VIP that live in Miami. 1 h and a half cruise on a two floors boat with bar service. I suggest you to sit on the right part of the boat to see all the things without standing up.

I am very glad we didnt take the reviews we read too seriously. We went on the millionaire row tour and it was a great experience. We purchased out tickets online and saved $3/person so it was only $25/each. Our tour guide narrated in both English and Spanish and was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She showed us around star island along with several other exclusive islands. We went all along the bay and got great pictures of the Miami skyline and dolphins swimming in the bay. They had refreshments on board including cold beverages like wine and beer. It was about 1.5 hour tour and worth every penny.

Great ride, went today an it ended up raining but still enjoyed. Would do it again an def recommend.

Loved the boat ride..... Had a great surprise an we saw A-rod an j-lo in there backyard an wen he saw the boat he started jumping around waving at us as if we where the celebrities. It was hilarious an made the tour so much more fun.

Great outing! Cruising around sight seeing different celebrity’s home. The tour guide person was great! Drinks and snacks were available on board for reasonable prices. Two floor boat, nice and clean bathrooms as well. The only thing I didn’t like were the “timeshare” people on board. Want you to give them your info for a prize at the end of the cruise. Don’t fall for it. The customer service over the phone is horrible.

It was Kool, only diliema wouldve been that the English was a little hard to understand other than that it was nice!

Horrible service. No one had any idea what was going on. Our bus driver just dumped us off with no direction. The Island Queen people were rude. They required masks which was not told to us at booking and then charged everyone $2.00 for them. Seemed sketchy, like the desk girls were making some money off of the customers. We will never use their company again.

Well organized tour, I saw what I wanted to see. However one thing gets on my nerves - blatant demand for tips. Generally everywhere in USA, in Europe you dont see it. They do THEIR JOB for Christs sake. They got paid for it. Do I demand tips for my job? No way Jose. HAVE SOME DECENCY folks.

I went on a boat trip today 8/8/2021 The Captain was funny. What completely ruined the trip was 2 hostess on board. One had glasses the other did not. The one that didn’t have glasses had her face turned up, on her phone a lot and refused to help people if they asked her questions. While passing out cards and pens she had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. I was waiting for the bathroom and a couple other people were saying the same thing about her attitude. Only the Men’s bathroom was available and I had no choice but to ask her to open the other one. She told me she doesn’t have the key and someone must be in there. I asked her if she could check. She told me it’s not her job. In order to compose myself, I walked away. If your workers don’t want to be on the boat, I guess I don’t either. I just moved to Miami and all my friends, family and Co-workers that come from out of town will never use this boat again

The boat ride was good but the beer at the bar upstairs super warm and before we took off you see garbage around both of their boats didnt look good

They are great and awesome experience because you get to see everything and narrators are very good specially good JB he is very professional and courteous and the customer service booth is always dedicated to help everything is really well and awesome experience is great for kids friends and family they always have great cruise surveys and you have a whole different variety of snacks and drinks

This was a great tour but for America first language being English, we could hardly understand the what the tour guide was saying, it sound like he was only talking to Spanish speaking people. Pls put someone to guide who speak better English

Good but not entirely family friendly. I recommend the sunset sightseeing tour which lets you see the city in both the natural and artificial lights. In March this is the 7 pm departure.Among other things, we saw several beautiful and expensive houses. The narrator was a bit loose with his language. I understand that this may be more accepted in some other countries but Miami is still the U.S. An example is him repeatedly referring to Mr. Viagara.It was also a bit unclassy to ask for a tip. If the ticket doesnt cover the costs, they can consider increasing the price.

The cruise was excellent, truly. Howver, do not enter the raffle. If you win, they will ask you for a lot of personal details and covertly convince you to take a tour of a resort for a 2 hour presentation, which is really a 2 hour pitch for a time share scam.If you go through with this presentation, you will get a vacation. This I suspect is to one of their resorts. While they will pay for your uber ride to the resort, it is not without a $40 deposit that can only be refunded back to you as a giftcard.I feel used.

The biggest scam ever! Never win their ruffle, do not participate!!! We were the unluckiest winners and had thrown $40 away, by signing up for “FREE TRAVEL” the biggest BS in 2021. Also they rip you off by selling you your selfie for ridiculous $31 (THIRTY-ONE Bucks!!!! What???!!!!) they work with a third company that rips people off and they are totally OKAY with that.

Awesome experience. This team is awesome from the very helpful African Am gentleman at the drop off circle, the boat tour staff especially the narrator and the gentleman at the ticket counter.
