This is by far the best cruise line. I have traveled around the world and out of all the cruises I’ve taken the best have been on Celebrity. The service, cabins, staff, itinerary and the food are all important to me and when all of those earn a rating of excellent I am a customer for life! I’ve traveled to places like Alaska, China, Caribbean and Europe just to name a few all with Celebrity cruises and I just love their ships I’ll be on the new ship Apex this coming April and I cannot wait because if it’s anything like the Edge I know I’m going to love it too!!
My 4th cruise on Celebrity and 25 cruise overall. I’ve been on every cruise line and now Celebrity is my cruise line of choice. Beautiful ships, courteous staff and outstanding captains, Excellent entertainment, on board naturalists, great food in all the restaurants, plentiful excursions or do your own thing. Just got back from Alaska on the Solstice.
Very disappointed with Celebrity the way they are handling the cruise credit. I found out today that when you book through a travel agent you do NOT own your reservation. I tried to convert the cruise credit to a refund and they refused and told me that the travel agency had to call and request to get me my money back that celebrity has. The Celebrity rep then tried to tell me that was the law. How pathetic just issue people a refund its our money what is the problem? Be very weary of who you book your next cruise with

My Visa account paid $450 as a deposit on the Oct 4 - 16, 2021 Celebrity Summit cruise R/T Boston to Quebec. This cruise was cancelled on or about Feb 12, 2021. I attempted to dispute the $450 charge, but Celebrity got the charge reinstated for a cancelled cruise. Booking #1778864
I and my mum supposed to travel to Caribbean with celebrity cruises. Unfortunately I have been waiting for extension of my visa and it hasn’t been coming through as immigration got much more difficult. I went to their office, talked to multiple agents maybe over 10 times so they are aware of the situation as I was worried I will not get it on time. They advised me to call one week before sailing and let me know. I did and they said they can’t do anything and I can only cancel it. Meaning they get all the money and I get nothing. I tried to reschedule it as I was told before that I will be okay to do it. They refused. Then I tried to change name on the booking so at least my sister and my mum can go together they REFUSED. As this was a gift from my mum for my birthday and she is coming from a small city in Slovakia, 2000$ that she paid was equivalent to 6 months of working hard so it is a lot of money! They have no empathy, no customer service, what they said or promised they never did and took ALL THE MONEY and I am sure they re-book my suite and even got more money.
It was good.... not great. Its an older crowd and a bit too conservative for me. Food was good for a buffet style. Checking in and out was fantastic. Beware of the mini bar. We bought the premium beverage upgrade and assumed that the minibar would be included. Didnt figure out that mistake until $200 spent on some pringles and a few drinks.
Need to work on customer service. Should have gotten my refund today. Spoke to four customer service people and all of them gave me the run around. They took my payments out of my account right away but getting my refund takes 7 to 10 working days. Why do I trust people. I always hoping for the best from the beginning but 99% of the time it’s a let down. Should have just stuck with Harrahs.
Warning to anyone responding to a celebrity sale advertisement!. They advertise included perks but it is A LIE! Never book a sale from their web site. ALWAYS use an agent to ensure you get what you think you are booking. Their customer service people are even ashamed of their advertising lies.
The best cruise line! My favorite by far. We love cruising. We do atleast 3-4 cruise a year, with this years exemption of course. Out of all the cruise lines they are the best. The food, the service and its not as crowded as most ships. They do NOLA Mardi Gras cruise and its the best. Love that theyre changing the itnerary a bit for next year. Hopefully cruise life will be back soon.
POOR Execution of very important Life Boat Drill. If you were on time for the drill you were kept waiting almost an hour before it was finished. Lots of Seniors had no place to sit or rest. Many were exhausted waiting for the drill. Very few places for Seniors to sitSeniors were doubling or triple to a seat to get some rest.Somebody needs to rethink the way this drill is handled If you are going to do something DO IT WELL!

Celebrity Cruises is second to none. The service, the food, the cabins, the shows, and the ships are all dazzling and memorable. Even the prices are fair.
Dont be fooled. This company puts on a front that they care about their crew. That is a lie. They over work their employees, and they never stick up for them. I was recently fired from this line for having depression which is illegal. Yet notice that they host a cruise talking about mental health and these topics. I was under paid, under-appreciated, and treated unprofessionally. I will no longer see my friends or work for any of their subsidiary companies because they got rid of me out of covering themselves. If they had more trust, they would have known that I would stick by them, but they threw me away without even speaking to me. Crew are just numbers to them. Just because this line has money and nice itineraries doesnt make up for the corners they constantly cheat.
We sailed on the Edge just before the holidays and it was the best cruising experience ever. I was so impressed by the female leadership staff (Captain Kate and team), artwork, cuisine and overall relaxing vibe of the ship. It was christened by Malala Yousafzai- how cool is that?The ship is very adult-friendly and modern. I spent most of my time- with an injury- in the bistro for unlimited Earl Greys, chocolate tarts, and fancy velvet armchairs- #adulting but with childhood delights. I was also super excited to see my signature fragrance company- Atelier Cologne- featured on board, where I got a great purchase on my Clementine California. The usual bougie clientele apply- I was mistaken several times for being a member of staff, which I will take as a compliment because they are all good-looking and in shape ( I am not), but there are also very down-to-earth people on board to balance it out. I would sail on any new ship of Celebritys fleet again.

My wife and I took a cruise in the #Celebrity Reflection, our second cruise on that ship, in January 2018. We did have a few complaints by the end of the cruise. Nothing major, mind you, but large enough that we felt a need to voice our concerns with the cruise line. We have done so on two occasions. First, by filling out a form, which was provided to us at the guest service desk after explaining the situation. And second, was after returning home. It has been over four weeks since then a still no response! Does Celebrity Cruise Line not value my opinion? Do they not value my business? Do they not value customer satisfaction? We did book a future cruise while on board but we are so discussed with their Customer No Service we will probably cancel and sail with another line in the future. Hey #Carnival Cruise Line, #Holland America Cruise Line, #NCL Cruise Line, and #Princess Cruise Line! Do you need a couple of more passengers??? #I expect more!
Celebrity Cruises were the best I have made so far. Delicious food and very friendly staff. I enjoyed Jamaica and the Cayman islands on our trip. Boarding procedure was quick and I always felt safe and welcome

I immediately called the company to receive my full refund for the trip. They told me to wait up to 30 days to deposit the money. Today is April 23rd, its been 40 days and I still havent received my money. I have called multiple times but no one knows exactly whats going on, have been 30 days that ive been without a job, this would have been my first trip on a cruise and so far Ive had a terrible experience with the Company.
Still waiting for our deposit. We were told 100% refund of what we paid. I hope we get it back so we can go for Celebrity once this pandemic is done.
Booked a cruise with Celebrity and got a good deal. Perhaps it was too good of a deal. They contacted me within a week and cancelled my reservation due to a system error that gave me too low of a price. I couldnt beleive it. Be careful with Celebrity. I cruise with lots of other cruise lines, but I will not return to Celebrity ever again.

Celebrity is at it again....#baitandswitch please check your invoice if you book a no risk deposit the invoice they send your indicates NRD. Seems like that should be no risk deposit right? Well, according to Celebrity, that stands for nonrefundable deposit. Their website is so jacked up that you cant be sure of exactly what you are getting yourself into. Two stars due to lack of food selection, Cold food temperatures (is that safe?), and that weird red water pasta sauce. Essentially this cruise line is a floating Golden Corral with worse dining paused by unethical sales ads for shore jewelry companies that predate on the gullibility of the elderly. All daily entertainment options, except one show (two showings), are a thinly veiled QVC ads without the ethical oversight. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night after essentially robbing blue hairs.
Kesha, could not have been ruder. Celebrity is keeping my money hostage because we cannot go on their cruse to to this virus and our health issues. Shame on Celebrity for not stepping up like all the other cruise lines. What a disappointment
The celebrity reflection is an incredibly nice ship. All people and staff were wonderful and nice. The restaurants were amazing and they had very nice waiters and waitresses. By far the nicest cruise Ive ever been on.
Traveling with celebrity cruises for many years. Great food and excellent service. Now they have a lot of extra charges, better if you purchase the packages on line before cruise. I dont like that you need to pay for steam room and sauna room and zumba I use to enjoy the gym on celebrity cruises, but now I have to pay for everything and its not cheap. The entertainment is not the best. The whole crew work really hard and everybody is really nice.
Really, really good cruise experience and awesome live music. However, the cruises do lack a number of activities to do.
1. Rise EarlyBeat them at their own game. Set your alarm ungodly early, and make your way to the pool deck to take your pick of the best deck chairs your ship has to offer. Just be sure youre actually using it; otherwise, youll become a chair hog yourself.2. Ask a Crew Member to InterveneIf you notice that a chair has been passively occupied by sunglasses and half-empty drinks for an extended period of time and dont want to create a disturbance yourself, youre well within your rights to tell a crew member and ask him or her to remove the items on your behalf.Related: What Not to Do on a Cruise Ship Pool Deck3. Remove Their Belongings YourselfA bit braver? Gently round up the offending items, and take them to the nearest towel stand for safekeeping until their owner can reclaim them. Note: Many ships require towels to be signed out, and the signee will incur a charge if a towel goes unreturned. If youre feeling extra feisty, hide the towel elsewhere on the pool deck.4. Remove the ChairIf youd rather not be responsible for moving someone elses things but still dont want to involve a crew member, simply take the chair instead. Remove the items on the chair, place them on the ground underneath, then pick up the chair and take it with you to your sunny (or shaded) spot of choice. The chair hog will find his belongings where he left them, but will only have hard deck rather than a comfortable chair for seating.Related: Problems Only Cruisers Understand5. Call Them OutIf youve got some extra time on your hands before your next cruise, print out sheets of paper that say CHAIR HOG. Took a cruise to the Bahamas aboard the Summit. The staff was courteous and truly waited on you hand and foot. The balcony rooms were spacious and accomodating. The food was delicious and abundant. I would advice not to buy a drink package unless you plan on drinking alcohol a lot because we rarely used ours and the bars werent as easy to come by as one would think. Also do not pack a power strip. I know some cruise lines allow you to do this but Celebrity will confiscate it and it will prevent your luggage from arriving to your room on time. They have really good shopping deals on the last day of the cruise as well. Also I would not waste money getting an excursion package from them. You can get it at your destination for much cheaper. All in all a lovely trip, beautiful vessel, excellent service and I will definitely book again.
This cruise line went above and beyond my expectations. All crew members were very friendly,accommodating and just outright wonderful. There are so many activities available excursions and even if you need quiet time theres places the places that places
The only thing I will say is that if you have mental health problems that occasionally flare, STAY AWAY. My husband was verbally assaulted and berated by a woman, which in turned triggered a major PTSD event for him. While yes, he did hit the woman, his mental health status and other important parts of this incident were NOT taken into consideration. We are fairly positive the woman got off scot free, despite verbally assaulting my husband. Celebrity held him in a stateroom, away from me, overnight. They wouldnt let him turn off the lights and as a result, he still hasnt slept in over 24 hours. Then, this morning we were informed he was going to be kicked off the boat early, despite the fact that the main US office thought he should be given another chance. We are now out a ton of money, plus the cost of covering our flight home. I am so unimpressed with Celebrity, we will NEVER recommend them ever.
Preparing for a cruise and trying to navigate the website is troublesome. You have to jump to different places to do things that you should be able to do as soon as you give the booking # and answer a couple of security questions. It does not work that way and it should. Now the good. The people at the 800 # could not be more pleasant.... and Im sure they get lots of calls with people needing help with their website. I have sailed with them before end enjoyed the on board experience.
By far the absolute best and always recommended for first time cruises due to their ships stabilizers. Its a big deal if youre worried about getting sick on your first cruise. So glad I choose them.
Be sure to have a photo of you and your travel companion with the name of the ship and the cruise date (doesn’t exits) because when Celebrity loses your cruise history you are responsible for proving you sailed. They did this to me. I sailed on the Century in July 1998, they lost my cruise history and I can’t prove I was on this cruise according to what they need as outlined above. Very NOT customer accommodating on their part. I sent in photos from a video I took while sailing of the ship and the interior which they did not accept because I and my travel companion were not in the photo showing the name of the ship and the cruise date. How else can you get interior photos of you are not on the ship? Find another cruise line if you find yourself in this situation. There are plenty of other ones.
Got opportunity to sail one of the best cruises in the world, Cruise-Celebrity Reflection from Rome. Covered Rome, Mykonos, Ephesus, Athens & back in Rome for 7 nights 8 days. Pics will speak for its own. Must Experience once in life time. It was my 2nd Cruise on last 3 years. Free Food, coffees, ice creams round the clock make it even more interesting👍

We cruised the Millennium for the inside passage. The weather was great ! The boat was a little dated but very clean. The food was ok it got better the last 2 days . The Tuscan Specialties restaurant was good! The Captain was fantastic ! Funniest captain in my 18 cruises( Captain Alex) !! I find myself waiting for his daily announcements. They have a naturalist onboard ( Celia) She was so enthusiastic I got caught up in all her talks and her wildlife search from the ship. We saw about 24 whales when we left Ketchikan on the side of the ship. She said wait til the Solstice (another celebrity ship) overtakes us and in 8 min they will go back up for air and we will be in that spot. Sure enough Whales whales whales!!! Thank You Celia!! The enrichment seminar with Jim Kennedy ( Former Director of Kennedy Space Center) was surprisingly good! We enjoyed this cruise there were 5 of us ages ranging from 20-82 years of age.

This company and their website are involved in fraud.Once you selected a room and got a price quote, they bump the price after you pay the deposit. It happened to me personally. Booked a cabin for 2 for $1600 and after i gave my $200 they bumped the price to $1900.Called them and got nowhere.
Organised by Chad Liggon at Affordable Tours we had a terrific time this October on the Celebrity Equinox from Miami to the Carribbean and back over 10 days. The plusses were the team for table 238 who served us every night for dinner, Anthony, Martinez and Namweh. We couldnt have been better looked after with their thoughtfulness, enthusiasm and help with the selection of wine and food. They made our holiday. Booking in, surprisingly given the numbers, was a breeze. Its very well organised .Our outside stateroom was a good size and very comfortable, made better by the excellent attention of Lester who was responsible for looking after it. The shows were very professional, dont think we have seen better and the comedians were very funny. Food in all areas was of excellent quality and variety and we dont think that we missed anything by sticking to the regular dining for dinner. All the crew from the Lady Captain and her cat down were as friendly and a helpful as you could want. A special word must go to the port staff on land on arriving back in Miami who could not have been nicer. Nothing unfortunately is perfect. Want a sunbed only to find most have towels with personalized clips on most of the day . Their owners doing this sometimes before breakfast and then going missing until it suits them. So we never knew which were free. That apart we also found the bar staff very hardworking. They would have had more time to serve but they have to log your drinks card everytime you want one. More time spent on admin than pouring. Perhaps a rethink needed. Lots of tours on offer but its worth doing a little research to do it on your own when in the port. No guarantees though of doing what you want. Loads to do on board and plenty of space to sit inside.Overall it was wonderful, lovely ship, nice people, good food and as important, truly value for money.

Cruise personnel and food very good. Internet however is abominable. Extremely expensive for very very very slow internet. As someone that expects internet to work at least as well as it does from home so that i can enjoy my vacation and stay on top of what’s going on at the office i find this service unacceptable. It took me 10 minutes to compose a three sentence email because of the slow buffering. Even at the guest relations desk employees were complaining about the internet speed because of the time it takes to check on anything that requires the internet. Celebrity MUST do something about this.
One of the worst experiences ever. We booked what was to be an amazing 30th anniversary trip . The main reason we picked this iteniary was to go to Monte Carlo and Nice. We arrived in Barcelona the day before the cruise was to start. At 1100 the night before we get an e mail saying the ship has a computer problem and we will not be leaving for two more days. Missing the two ports we wanted to see. We are instructed to go to pier and it will all be sorted. We are told we can stay in my current hotel, after quite a bit of discussion. We are put in a cab and told we spoke to hotel, everything is handled. We get to hotel and no one from Celebrity had ever talked to them. So we had to lay out for two more hotel nights. For this inconvenience I am being given ship board credit and if I dont spend it, I will be refunded.We were told Celebrity would arrange free excursions while we here in Barcelona. Once again an e mail shows up at 1100 at night with a phone number to call. I tried for 2 solid hours to dial the number, constantly busy. I then found out it is a non operating number.Im not convinced we will get on the ship tomorrow as it is still sitting off the coast with limited manauverability. To say the least be careful where you spend your money. Celebrity took mine, but when a problem arose, they were no where to be found.

As a former employee, this cruse line is very laid back but maintains a high class standard.
Aqua class was horrible. Infinity is a dirty boat. If you have food Allergies avoid this cruise line. They brag about sensitivity but don’t care and good takes an hour even though you order the night before. Complained to the cruise line. We’re only select level (highest) so went to deaf ears. They have us a whopping 250 credit for for a future cruise after ruining a 4 night cruise on an upgrade balcony. Check out the half eaten pork chop left outside our state room for 4 days. The partially eaten “snack” they left in our room.

My wife and I went on february 25 to the constellation and we where very excited. As soon as we got there they were offering a special restaurant for $35 per person. we read the menu for tuscany and look ed very pleasant. we stayed in a balcony room . when we were watching the sunset of the beautiful city of fort lauderdale i went to the restroom and saw in different corners of the room hairs and dust. i called my room attendant and showed him the pictures. He apologized and cleaned the room, and brought us a very nice bottle of champagne. We went the next day to the tuscany restaurant, and asked for the Chilean sea bass. and it was 1/2 thick with the skin and overcooked . My wife asked for the shrimp, overcooked too, the service was great though. We went to the Guest relation and ask for the full refund. the rest of the days we went to the dinning room the food and service were very good. The shows were really good too.
Awesome time.Food was great.Disappointed that birthdays were never celebrated after calling twice before cruise.Since one wasnt sung we didnt say anything about the rest.

They are the definition of luxury, quality, fun and magic on the sea. 100% recommendable your plan of drinks, gastronomy, night shows, casino, tours, gala nights, disco in the lobby, amenities, activities on board, romantic dinners, attention of the crew, itineraries, security and amenities.
Ordered 1 room for four adults and two small beds practically had an armchair and a mini mattress on the piso🤔They did not say they had four small beds and was not así🤷♀️.Celebrity Equinox.

FRIED PASSION NIGHT in the midst of the love arts the mattresses separated and we ended up on the tables and the mattresses separated. Its horrible to talk about this but the experience was more horrible
There were delays but they are alien to the company- The beautiful but desertic beach, there was just no light and if you wanted a snack or refreshment in the whole beach there is only one place and it did not work.
What I can say is thank you for this vacation from the boot to the waiters and main to Maxiano and Salvador the best waiters Thank you for all the best crusero we will return

It is complex to arrive at terminal J from where the ferry departs. The migration registration system for both entry to the Bahamas and re-entry to Miami is extremely slow and tedious. We had to wait for a long time inside the ferry without being allowed to descend into the Bahamas. As for the return in the afternoon, we had to remain in the sun at 5 in the afternoon for more than half an hour waiting for migrations from the Bahamas to authorize the processing and then enter the ferry. The ferry left Miami late and this led to us being able to enjoy only 3 hours of beach as we arrived at almost 1:00 p.m. to the beach and we should have lunch. I would not repeat this trip for this cruise line
