Use this travel agency! Went on a cruise at a busy time of year and it was a breeze. They did absolutely everything for me and answered all of my questions. Booking a cruise for a family can get very stressful and they made it completely stress free.

We booked a family cruise for early October 2019. Then when we had to cancel one of the passengers due to a work emergency they were very unprofessional and uncooperative. My aunt and I called for about 2 weeks straight with either no answer or a promise that someone would get back to us...which they never did. Then when someone finally did get in contact with me, a couple days before the cruise, she was very rude and refused to explain to me why they couldnt refund that ticket. The only thing she would is that they couldnt refund deposits. I explained to her that a deposit was never put and that we paid the cruise for 9 people in full. I got no where with her even after she was scolding me, needless to say we lost that money and we will never be booking any trip with them again. Do yourself the favor and book directly with the cruise line.

I read some of these reviews, and they are surprising because they do not represent my experiences with this company. I have booked maybe 6 or 7 cruises during the course of the last 6 years through Fely and/or Sylvia, and my experiences have always been excellent. I recommend Worldwide Cruises without hesitation and look forward to booking additional cruises through them in the near future.

I agree with other reviews that once they take your money, customer service is nonexistent. We are a large group that need assistance with a small simple request but they do not answer the telephone. It has been months of this. It doesnt matter which rep we try to reach or how many days we call. We have used them multiple times and each time we have had a worse and worse experience. Why use a travel agent if they only make things worse? Lesson learned.

We have booked about 7 cruises with them and we are very happy with the service everybody in this office has given us. Fely and Silvia are fantastic, we will not book with anybody else.

Worst experience. Once they take your money, their customer service goes out the window. I had the worst experience with Amalia, apparently everything I would say she would question it as if I was a lier. I told her I left several messages for her mom to call me and no one returned any of my three messages. Her response was completely unethical and had a tremendous chip on her shoulder. Guess what, without customers she has no business. Learn to treat your customers better.If you get Amalia as your agent, run the other way.

Never speak with Amalia. Rude RUDE RUDE!!!, nasty attitude and unprofessional!!!! Ask for one of the other girls or look elsewhere. The business as a whole is great but because of dealings with Amalia, I decided to go elsewhere this time. Never in my life have been treated so poorly as a customer to the point of getting my blood boiling and having to go somewhere else.
