Stop what you’re doing and call them NOW! I started working with MCR in 2019 after realizing that my credit score was in the low 400s. ALL MY SCORES ARE NOW OVER 700!!! Last year I decided to repair my credit. I paid a credit professional who I thought and was told would remove some collection accounts and a repo that I had in my credit. I paid a lot of money and I trusted this individual to provide the service that he claim he would. He was able to take off the collection accounts except one and the repo remained in my credit. I was reading some of the post. I agree that I feel this company is not what they betray to be. I paid of front to a lady name CeCe who worked for incredible way and assured me that my credit would be fixed so I can buy a house, She went on maternity leave and I got a new woman who never even informed me she was now handling my account. I had to find out from my daughter. The new worker followed up with me but my score never change. She was confused at times providing me incorrect information.She even told me that she will continue working on my credit until fixed, that never happened. I requested at that time to speak to a manager, he assured me he will handle my account moving further. It’s been 3 months since I have spoken to him and I have not received any mails or phone calls, so I am upset to have given my money away.that was $1100,00 I paid up front to have not given the satisfaction I spoke to the manager and A year went by and my credit score is in the 500 and 400’s. . Ok, so about 15years old Pedro Flores with this company repaired a friend of mine credit so that they could buy a house. Last month I found his number in my phone after 15years!! This company is a rip off. I paid for 3 credits repairs and they charged all 3 of us and never did anything. Everything is coming back to the reports and after they charged the last payment the person in charged of my account stopped following up with me. DO NOT GIVE YOUR TRUST AND MONEY TO THEM.
