Please read before giving them your money. I’ve been trying to get a refund for at least my $925 which was partial payment to settle my debt. He didn’t settle anything and didn’t even work on my credit. He lied about services and he did nothing. Please don’t use them.Increditble Credit LLC or under SunBuz Incredtable Credit LLC is fraud. Enesto Ortega will rob you. He lied and told me he would refund me and wrote me a bad check. First he rushed me and told me I had to pay $749 to get my credit started with the first cycle of not I would have to wait until next month. All this started the beginning of February. Then he continuously texted me false and doctored updates. Then he told me the lawyers will settle my debt and they sent off the settlement and I have to pay $1850. I gave him $500 cash and a check for $425 and on a Sunday he came to my home. Rushed to get my money both times. Then he cashed the check at an Amscot and somewhere between him and the Amscot $1000 extra dollars were written in the check and stolen. I had to drive to Tamarac from Kendall to file a police report. Then after 60+ days I asked for an update and he rudely told me that he’s been giving me updates and that it’s a lengthy process trust him. The inquiries are off and the settlements are mailed off. And then finally I wanted my refund because I ran my credit with another company and nothing was done to my credit. He informed me that he got backed up and never sent off any of my stuff and just lied to me about the updates but he rushed me to pay and requested more money from me and gave me false updates. Then he decides to only give me a refund of $700 after I’ve paid him $1699. Ernesto Ortega wrote me a bad check. Sent me to his bank to be flagged fraud. Then I went to Amscot and they flagged it fraud. All I want is my refund. He never followed through and blatantly lied to me for months I have text proof. I informed him that I will file a police report and he told me I was threatening him. I don’t think anyone should give them their money. Ernesto is a fraud and a scam. He is only out to steal your money and then continue to feed you lies so you can be strung along. His bank and my bank informed me to deposit the bad check he wrote me and when it bounces they will give me a form to file a police report. I work two jobs and I just had a baby and I was truly trying to purchase a home. He stole from me and he has no remorse. In fact told me I can file and do whatever and brushed me off. I trusted him and I really tried to build a lasting business relationship with him and he completely broke my trust. I’m not sure but he definitely has no respect or concern for anyone. Please do not use him. Please do not trust him. Not once did I rush Ernesto I inquired about my progress as I should And he made me feel like I shouldnt ask. He kept texting me false updates without me even asking. And when I wanted proof of updates he then made me feel like I dont Trust him and that I am rushing him.UPDATE Another employee called me and is threatening to sue me for sending out a review on their company. He cursed at me and was rude and disrespectful. I am beyond mortified and I sincerely hope they don’t do this to anyone else. I haven’t raise my voice nor disrespect them. I’ve been patient and calm with the whole situation and to be spoken to like that is disgusting and disrespectful. I am trying to prevent what happened to me to anyone else.
