Super easy to rent, the rates were amazing and didn’t really wait too long for the car, drip off was even easier, Ronnie was quick and efficient. The car was beautiful and overall my experience was great!! Highly recommend this company.
Don’t rent a car from them never. Yes they successfully scammed me but I will never return. When I took the car it was not with full gas it only had 270 Miles of Gas left, I returned it 4 days later with 290 Miles of gas left, more gas then I took the car with, and they charged me $50 for gas. I have pictures and evidence.Reasons why you should not use them:1. You will wait 2-3 in the heat, with barely any seats available before you are out this small place.2. You have to pay lots of hidden fees.3. The gas is not full4. They will charge you for gas even if you returned it with more then they gave you.5. They smile and scam you.
I wish I could give negative stars! Reserved through Travelocity, quoted $235 for the rental, prepaid $135. When I go to pick up the rental I was told that Florida residents don’t get unlimited miles. It’s a extra $19.99 a day, so a extra $120, which my email clearly states unlimited miles. Then I’m told my full cover insurance wasn’t enough (I’ve never had this issue renting) so I had to use theirs. A extra $120. So now my $235 rental is up to $460. I tell the guy to cancel the entire thing and I’ll go somewhere else. So he offers to take off the insurance (surprise he didn’t). I stopped at all tolls and paid and got a receipt. Now they are trying to charge me a extra $25 a toll because I didn’t use their epass. I had a total of $6 in tolls which I paid! Why would I need to pay extra for their epass. Then when I returned it the check in guy was trying to charge me for $2 worth of gas! Thank goodness I took pictures of the gas level and how dirty the car was when I picked it up. Once I showed him pictures of the dirty seats he changed his tune. This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had and it cut into my vacation budget being double! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Do not do business with this company. They will purposely scam you. I rented a car from them a few months back, and waited over 3 hours at the location as they “didn’t have any cars available” even though there were a dozen people that had already made reservations. When I finally left, I asked the gentlemen I was working with if the drop off time would be extended for 3 hours because of the delay, to which he agreed. When I returned the van (three hours later than the reservation like we’d discussed), they tried to charge me another $40. I explained to the manager what had happened and she agreed to waive the $40 fee. UNTIL 3 MONTHS LATER, I GET A RANDOM CHARGE FOR $40 FROM THIs PLACE. Avoid at all costs.

Dear all,I am extremely disappointed in the way your company treated us during our last trip to Orlando.We booked and paid our reservation through EXPEDIA website. According to the terms and conditions agreed, not only the car will be delivered at the same airport (Orlando International Airport) but also we never receive a message from your employees (although we sent them several messages through WhatsApp without getting any response).Conveniently, let me add one additional comment. We needed to take a taxi for arriving to your local (outside the airport), of course such expense was not included in our former travel budget. Notwithstanding the above, your employees force us to pay the “insurance car” without explaining anything. To this regard, we must tell you the following:EXPEDIA website mentioned that such insurance was optional. So, obviously, we decided not to take it. In case, it needed to be mandatory for all drivers, such website will not include as “optional”. Please correct me if our understanding is accurate. In parallel, we are taking legal action with EXPEDIA.Your employees never let us use our credit card insurance for rental cars. We have a very good financial background and the banks provide us with several insurance for rental cars. This was not the exception, but your employees always FORCE US to pay you such expensive insurance without giving us an option.Moreover, we were also forced to pay for a daily “SunPass” lying to us by concluding that if we pass a toll, we have to pay an additional USD50 fine (each time). This is not the first time we travel to Orlando. Everything was a lie.We paid for an economic car but your employee forced us to rent a VAN. Obviously, renting a van will have a higher insurance fee and other additional topics. This was incredible. At the end, the worst service we have ever had in our life.The last but not the worst, at the time we deliver the car. We were informed that it was not necessary to leave the car in your local. It will be only necessary to leave the car in the “Regular Parking” with USD25 cash inside and to take a photo of the specific location. We met all your instructions but you just sent an email charging us (surprisingly) an additional fee for the same topic. In a nutshell, it was incredible the way your company lie to their clients.This is not the first time we travel to Orlando, but it is the first time we have been lied to. We will start legal actions within the State of Florida and, of course we will ask not only for the total reimburse of each dollar we paid to you but also an additional for indemnification and moral damage. You abused and treated us without knowing that we were in a hurry and need to rent a car immediately for personal and medical urgencies. Worst place to rent car. They are biggest scammers. Be careful. They force you to take Sunpass and if you refuse they send you charges since sunless is installed in all their cars and they do not disactivate them before renting.Watch out. Not worth saving few dollars and getting scamme.

The counter guy was amazing he was so helpful…BUT the rest of the experience was horrible. The vehicle windshield wipers were old and no good and it rained several times during my trip. They held my deposit way after I had returned my car, I actually still haven’t had it released in my card and it’s been a week. You can’t even speak to anyone and the location was really hard to find and in the hood.
So many taxes airport,location and state taxes. Ordered Mid size SUV didnt have one available I guess you have to time it right. Didnt feel like a valued customer gonna take my money elsewhere next time. Only real reason for 3 stars clean new car.

Total scammers. I rented a car through expedia for $57.78 two days however, when I showed up they said I needed to buy insurance from them to their 300k limits which is far above what state of Florida requires. They ended up charging me $130 for this and a bunch of bs fees. Bottom line instead of paying $58 as Expedia fraudulently advertised, I ended up paying $187 for a banged up car. Im reporting them to the better business bureau for misrepresenting themselves.

I will NEVER use this company again! There was a major bait & switch for the $10/day rate ... we wanted to use (and did) our own auto insurance and then, were charged nearly $55 for insurance handling plus another $13 for booking fee just because I booked it through Carrentals.com vs. their website. Then - the reservationist proceeds to call us after 10-15 minutes on the road, telling us we needed to return the car ! Why? He forgot to inspect it ... not our problem, buddy. We obliged and sent photos of the car to them. NEVER again - total bait and switch

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Just ONE person at the front desk! he kept saying 5 more minutes, we waited outside with no AC because of covid. One hour and 30 min wait! and when I went inside to ask the guy about it, he was VERY RUDE and said that he was alone and that I had to be patience. Oh BTW they were washing the car when they were supposed to give it to us! We will NEVER use this company again.
I was super excited to find great rates on Travelocity for this company, especially since it seemed to be a smaller company that I would rather support over big name corporate companies. Before I traveled, I checked in with my insurance agent and got everything taken care of so that I did not need to make a larger payment for the same thing. I was told that there would be transportation every 15-20 minutes at MCU. I waited over an hour for the bus to pick us up at the airport to take us to get the car. I called after 50 minutes and was again told that the shuttle comes every 15-20 minutes... I explained that it had been over 50, and was told it should be a few more minutes... I get to the car rental office and was told that my insurance was insufficient even though I have full coverage insurance AND got additional rents car insurance... they told me my liability was not high enough.... I have never ever heard this before... they charged me an ADDITIONAL $100.... I got a compact car that was supposed to be $13 a day for 5 days. I was quoted $130 and ended up paying $250! I am not saying that $25 a day is not a good rate, it is. But the hidden fees are ridiculous and the wait time for the shuttle was 3 times longer than I was told it would be multiple times.

I book through Expedia but when I got there it was a lot of hidden fee they even charge me for using my debit card instead of my credit card ($15 a day) on top of that it almost been a month and I have not gotten my $200 deposit refunded back to me. I returned the car with no issues and a full tank. The staff are very nice thoo
I rented through Priceline and it stated $59 total for car rental. Once I got to the rental facility it needed up being double With all the hidden fees!! The car was clean and very nice but make sure you read all the terms and conditions before booking!
This place is not the place to rent a car from if its your first time in Orlando they give you a final price online but on arrival to pick-up car they hit you with a higher price. The road side assistance is terrible

The car was great, clean almost new and finding give us a problem. The car pickup was easy but then I needed to extend my rental and when I came back got the office to do so. This gentleman by the name of lue or at least that’s what he said his name was didn’t have any knowledge of why I was being charged double of what I paid initially, his attitude was horrible, he would interrupt when I would talk to him. He claimed I was being charged for bringing the car 2 hours late, when on the phone I spoke to a lady and she said I woulnt get charged more if I was extending my rental. In the end I needed to leave since I had an appointment 3 hours away and this guy LUE was wasting my time so I decided to just pay the additional day and left to my destination. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this place. The drop off was great and easy. Not sure if I’ll ever come rent from these guys again on my next vacation to Miami from California

I am warning everyone, along with all of the other bad reviews! This place is a scam!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The rental car we received was nice, even the desk lady was nice but I will NEVER rent from this company again. NEVER! All the added fees were ridiculous. I put the $500 security deposit on my Capital One credit card and used my normal debit card to pay for the rental. They charged me a $15 a day debit card fee, Totaling an extra $44.97! There was a Miami Privilege Fee of $43.80!! What even is that?? A customer facility charge of $21.24! Toll activation charge of $32.97! A location fee of $16.82! I mean, I can go on but I’ll stop there and you can look at the receipts I attached on their Facebook page! Completely outrageous. Our total ended up being $461.90. The car was only $59 a day for 3 days totaling $177 but after all of these fees we paid almost $500! I purchased every piece of insurance possible, including the “Full Coverage” offered when booking online and the additional liability insurance when I arrived at the rental car company. There was the tiniest scratch on the front end of the car when we returned it, less than 2 inches, that I did not do. I’m assuming a bike or something scratched or ran into car while it was parked and so you know they didn’t give me my deposit back despite all of the insurance I paid for?? I had to call Capital One and they took care of it for me. From now on, I will book Hertz, Enterprise etc.Again, STAY AWAY!!!

A Scam, and a fraud of a company. First of all, there was this worker, a drunk btw who overcharged me for fees, when I clearly had a reservation voucher and an agreement in place. But heres the funny part, I returned the car perfectly, except there was an extremely barely noticeable small scratch that i didnt know where it came from. However they threatened me to pay 250 or risk losing in a case. I told them Im gonna dispute it cause it wasnt my fault and its not even a scratch. Guess what? On the billing fee they charged me $2500 for car accident 😂😂😂. Im definitely not going to pay for that. Make sure you guys never go this place because all they want from you is extra money and nothing else

Dont fail for the cheap rental price on Orbitz. Bait and switch. Rented an Elantra received a Nissan SUV. Prepaid for the car on Orbitz, charged another $160.00 picking up the car. Also, this car rental place is not located in the Orlando Airport. They have one van, be prepared to wait a long time if several families are ahead of you on line.

Pretty bad service, I put airport rental cars and they came up so when I got to the airport I found out that they were not. Then on the paperwork they say call for a shuttle but the number was a overseas number and wanted me to download WhatsApp. I ended up having to google just to locate the right place.then once there the Spanish lady with the blond hair was pretty rude and then when it was all said and done I had to pay over $100 more from what I reserved the car for even with my own insurance because of all their extra fees.there was another lady there as well that felt like she was being overcharged from what her reservations said. Next time I will just use a well known rental care company.

The worst. Took 2 hours of waiting outside . They are slow and unprofessional. Mostly joked with each other. The fee you pay to Expedia is not final cost. They add additional charges including pressuring you to add 10/day for tolls or youll have to pay 25/day upon return. I brought the car back a day earlier and they dont provide refunds for unused days like other car rentals. I had no idea they werent actually at the airport. Never ever ever again! Its not worth the few extra dollars you save during initial booking.**Im not the only one who experienced this. Once I read the other reviews after waiting so long for shuttle pick up I tried to cancel but there was no cancelation. This place should be shut down**

I booked through Expedia where the price appeared as $27 per day. Additionally I payed for an insurance that didnt worked for anything, as in the rental car service they obliged me to pay extra insurance for the rest of the passengers. With all the other services included I end up paying $120 per day for a medium SUV car. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Worst mistake ever, seems cheap but end up being a rip off.
If I could give this place a negative number I would. Horrible service, had us in line for 2 hours waiting to get service. The people ahead of me mention a similar issue we had, they charge you with debit online and inside their facility they tell you they dont accept no type of debit cards ONLY credit cards. The email I received clearly says what time of payments they accept. They said its mention on the FINE PRINT well THE FINE PRINT clearly says debit cards are also accepted. 2 hours in the sun to not be able to receive a rental because they do not accept Debit. They did not have any issues charging me from my debit online when booking for the rental so why have an issue now.

Never book a car rental reservation at this place. Whats NOT on the website is alot of hidden fees such as $11.99 per day for Sunpass rental in addition to tolls you pass through, and another $35 per day of insurance, if you dont already havefull coverage on your own vehicle to use/transfer over. They DO NOT accept the insurance provided on the website, when making reservations. $250 on line rental, ends up $460+ upon arrival. The facility is a small hole in the wall place with no INDOOR, climate controlled waiting area, like any other NORMAL car rental agencies, for people and their family, waiting to get their reserved vehicle. All clients must wait outside under a tarp for shade, in the hot muggy, south Florida heat, and get wet when its raining.
