Worst place to rent a car. I had to return the car the same day I picked it up and they said they wouldn’t credit for the other days I paid. They said it was up to the online platform I booked but it wasn’t true. I called them and they hang up the phone instead of returning the money. They advertise cheap rates but they charge you hidden fees once you get to the lot. The car I got smell like cigarettes and the CarPlay didn’t work. Don’t fall for the cheap prices they advertise online. Thieves. Didn’t return the money but did rent the car again. They double deep and lie to you

I got a new car but i paid a lot of money, never purchase online, it says $10/day but finally you gonna pay hundreds, if you plan to pay online, just stop it, go rent in person

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR RENTING A CAR!!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!!! they don’t even deserve one star that’s how bad it was.They are so rude, they do not pick up the phone when you call, I have tried calling about 15 times when i got to the shuttle stop so someone can come pick me up and take me there and they came AN HOUR LATER, never answered me. and they’re located in a tractor trailer in a sketchy area 6 minutes from the airport. Then, when we got there, we’re waiting about 30-40 minutes more in the scorching heat it was ridiculous. Then when we ask when our turn is, the guys inside have a nasty attitude and hate their life like it’s not my fault you work here you could be a little nicer to your customers. The guy picked us up an hour late and he came with a attitude, grabbed our bags, did not greet us, got in the car blasted the music and dipped off. No apologies nothing. Their service is absolute trash and I do not recommend. I am telling everyone i know not to rent from them. No one wants to experience what we experienced. Then, when we got in the shuttle car it smelled horrible. My family and I were livid. All of this and on top of it all, they were so so rude. We could not believe it. like they say, you get what you pay for and never ever ever again. They are a scam and do not deserve your money. We had to end up going and renting from the airport, they ended up giving us a good deal too and it was much much better and no hassle like the hassle that Easirent gave us. Their service is atrocious. Save yourself the time and money. Rent from someone better and more reliable and more reputable.

The best rental associate there is Charles. Ive never had a better experiences with no other rental car company. The rates are great. If youre ever in town and need a rental car check them out.

The worst rental car experience which I have ever had:1. Prices are not the same as stated on the website2. Employees treat clients as if everyone owes them3. There is no friendliness from the staff.4. Some of the license plates have already expired.5. During my visit to Florida, a Monroe County sheriff stopped me on the way. The reason for the stop was: an expired plate number a year ago.6. Because of this, I could not get through to the companys office to solve this problem. I had to wait 50 minutes to talk to someone.7. The customer service does not answer calls in any way.8. Do not even hope that they will return your money to you because of all these problems that I have listed above, despite the fact that all these were their fault.9. Cheap doesnt always mean quality.

Shuttle picked us up after waiting for just 3 minutes, took to a kinda sketch looking lot, but it Fox was next door and they are a legit company, the airport had a sign for their shuttle. The attendant was very nice and the whole process was super quick. I suggest you bring proof of your insurance and print out what they cover for rentals, I gave him the document and there was no further discussion or pressure on getting their insurance. The car was almost brand new (like 7k miles) with touch screen display with Android auto (or apple car play if thats what you have). The return process was also very quick, I estimated an hour for returning, arguing about any charges, and waiting for the shuttle, but I was in and on the shuttle in less than 5 minutes

My experience was good, I did not have any problems. You just have to take into account that: The price that the page gives you when you book It is not the final price, you will pay an extra amount when you arrive for insurance and service for unlimited tolls ... on the other hand you must have a credit card for a deposit of $ 250 refundable after delivery of the car. otherwise everything was fine, the car was clean and worked well. We were met by a nice guy named Charlie or something like that :)

The return shuttle driver arrived, opened one back door and walked away. Then when he returned he told us to go ahead and load our own bags into the trunk. Unacceptable. WORST experience to rent a car!! They dont even deserve 1 star. If it was possible I will give them 0 stars out of 5. I prepaid for the car rental to guarantee my car and then when I got there I couldnt even get the car because I dont pay for full coverage insurance on my car. I needed to have full collison insured from my very own insurance to get the vehicle even though I prepaid for it. When asked for a refund they said there will have to make a reimbursement claim and I will have to wait until its approved or not (in other words not guaranteeing my refund). Main red flags:1. Sketchy/weird area behind Miami international airport.2. Not friendly whatsoever3. Does not refund your money back4. Place is a SCAM (only wants money thats it)DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE LIKE I DID. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!

Arriving Miami airport, it was a short wait for the shuttle. Our driver, Charles was extremely cordial and polite! At the office we met Jesus, who couldn’t be more patient and helpful with us. He explained very step of our rental and answered all of questions concisely with a warm smile that was visible in his eyes. I will, most definitely, be using this company again when I return. If I had two more hands, I would give these gentlemen for thumbs up :)

Avoid this location at all costs!! We arrived here and spent nearly an hour convincing the agent that we had a reservation scheduled months in advance. We asked to speak with the manager and the agent wouldnt give his name or the managers! Then, when we were scheduling an Uber to leave, all of a sudden our lost reservation was found. The agent then proceeded to argue with us over whose fault the situation was. While I have a lot of empathy with those working in the travel industry, refusing to let us speak to a manager and then yelling at us is HIGHLY unprofessional. And this behavior is coming from an individual who says they have been doing this for 14 years. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN!

Shuttle service was good, but Directions could’ve been better to find the shuttle pick up. The rental car had some minor damage like scratches & cigarette burns. they did hold a deposit for $250 for a whole week. Would I rent again, yes.

This was the worst experience we have ever had traveling. They gave us a car completely out of gas. He said it will make it to the airport. It didn’t. It ran out of gas and luckily someone at the airport helped us. We arrived to drop it off 2 hours before our flight and they berated me because there was sand in it and said I had to go to the gas station to vacuum it. I didn’t have time to argue with them so I made a mad dash to the gas station but it didn’t matter because the shuttle was nowhere to be found. A nice lady gave me a ride to the airport.We still missed our flight. Completely ruined our vacation.

I would leave no stars if it was an option. Absolutely the worst experience EVER. And I tried giving it a second chance till the very end. We got to the airport and had to wait almost an hour to be picked up. Then we arrive to the rental place and they gave us a different car, which was not in good conditions. The car was dirty, stained, scratched. Still we just carried on. In our reservation we stated we needed to return the car by 6am and then just to double check we stated that to the person that gave us the car. We arrived to return the car and this place isnt open till 7. There were FIVE cars waiting there, one guy lost his flight. The worst part is when Arnaldo came to work and gave ZERO apologies, would talk over you and and wasnt helpful at all. Told us that it wasnt his problem and to take it up to Priceline. He absolutely gave us the worst customer service. Its unfortunate that they dont care about return customers. 100% will never book with them again and neither should you. Rent a car from somewhere more reliable.

Great company to rental from if you know what you are doing. They have great prices but you have to avoid the add on like tolls and insurance to keep the price low. My rental was handled by Charlie, who was very patient and helpful and is the reason for me giving them 5 stars!

This was my worst rental experience ever. The car had a cracked windshield (large crack at eye level all the way across). The car also had several service lights lit up and when questioned about such I was told that just light up for no reason to say things like low tire pressure, low wiper fluid, or service engine needed). We demanded a different vehicle, but there were slim options. We ended up in a smaller vehicle and the charging ports did not function, car was not very clean. I would not only ovoid them in the future, but strongly advise against anyone using them. I dont usual write negative, but this was just crazy how bad the service was. The one good point was that the shuttle driver was nice (cars are not at the airport). Picture attached was after I demanded tires to be filled enough to get service light off. Air compressor had to be plugged into a different vehicle because didnt have any working plugs. CRAZY!

Not sure why the reviews aren’t higher! Quick and easy service very cheap. The only fee I had that I wasn’t prepared for was a $10/day toll fee which was honestly a wallet saver. I would return non the future.

You pay one price and then as soon as you get there they add multiple extra fees. They offer a free shuttle to the airport but stop 30 minutes before closing and don’t inform you of that, making you have to get an Uber and pay even more money. Complete scam. They had people waiting for the shuttle for a long time before they even decided to inform them that they wouldn’t run the shuttle anymore. No respect for timeliness or money.

My family has used this rental company various times and we always have a quick and easy experience. The building itself is need of some TLC but thats not the employees fault. Rental prices are as low as we can find them and the service is always kind and efficient. The location is small so waiting is sometimes necessary as it is in every other rental car company, but weve always found it to be a non issue. The customer service has been great every time weve used them Frank is always a great help, and we plan on using them again.

This place isn’t worth even 1 star. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! RUN! We waited over an hour for the shuttle in the airport, because the office isn’t even in the airport is in a sketch parking lot. The rental company would not pick up when we called for costumer service. We waited in the hot sun for another hour as there is no waiting room inside because the office is literally a trailer. Once inside we found out they had hidden fees such as having to buy their liability insurance, which is insane. The whole process took nearly 3 hrs and it left a sour taste in our family vacation. Save your time and rent from a reputable location

The facility makes it seem like it’s an “airport pickup location” but it’s definitely not. It’s at least 2 miles away in a very sleazy area (the large amount of stray cats running around was definitely a red flag).Also the car I rented DIED !!! The battery drained for no reason and I could not get in touch with anyone that would help me (because the company NEVER answers their phone) so I had to pay a local tow company to come and jump it for $100. This company is a straight up dumpster fire and I advise anyone to go with a normal company such as Hertz or literally anyone else on the planet. 🗑🗑🗑

Do not under any circumstances rent from this company. They gave me a rental car with brake malfunction and the TPI(TIRE PRESSURE INDICATOR) light was on. When i went back inside to let them know they tried to tell me that everything was fine and it was just the sensors and the car was fine. I than ask them about the TPI light and they told me it was ok.I than told them that means that something is going on with the tires. At that point I requested my money back and than they decided to give me a new car. They would try to get over a woman quickly. This company is a scam and obviously out to get over on people. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay faraway if you dont want to waste money. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I have taken pictures of the car inside and out and also the dashboard.I dont trust this company at all. They thought sending out a mechanic out to the first car to tell me it was fine maybe that would change my mind about keeping the first rental they gave me but that didnt work. I was adamant about my money or a new rental so when i received it I took photos.Just know i never gave or will give this company 5 stars.

I would use them again but be sure to take your credit card because they charge a $50 non-refundable deposit for debit. Rental was a bit high but rentals were high everywhere if you could find a car. Rented Wed-Friday night and it was tough on short notice. The $10/day for tolls are worth it and the service was good. Nice people. Always like doing business with nice people.

Worst rental experience of my life! First of all the shuttle was not at the airport for over 45 min after they said it would be. Then when I did get the car it was not the type of car I requested. When I went to return the car the drop off time was at 6 am and I was told they would have a shuttle available at that time. I arrived a 6 however they where closed I called every number I could find online but no answer. After waiting until 7:05 am with 4 other people who where also very confused why there was no shuttle (one man had been there since 4 am and missed his flight) a very rude employ renoldo arrived. He informed us that it wasnt his problem that we where early and when I pressed the issue that some of us had missed our flights he told me to find my own way to the airport. I then got a uber and actuly beet the other customers to the airport. Again by far the worst rental experience of my life!

Worst car rental company Ive encountered and Ive rented cars over 10 times. It took over 2 hours to get the vehicle and to make things worse they had us waiting in line outside in the heat and sun due to covid when it was 90 degrees. The scammed me and forced me to buy their insurance even though Ive rented from MIA 5 times before and theyve never asked to see my policy coverage. The employee (whose name I wont mention but it noted in a previous review but another customer) came up with this elaborate story about how Florida law demands a certain type of insurance even though I was just in Orlando a week before and didnt have any issues renting a vehicle. I asked my friend who works at SIXT and he said the employee was lying to me just to up sale and make more commission. To make things worse I was told I was getting a free upgrade so I can be more comfortable and spacious but the car hadnt even been serviced. It was completely dirty. The windows were smeared, the carpet had stains and food crumbs, and to top it off the car smelled like marijuana. The only reason I didnt go back to the airport and rent from another company was because I was short on time and had already wasted 2 hours with them and would have to wait in another line at the rental center. Yes, they may be a budget company but please remember, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and once add all the extra unnecessary fees its not worth your time, money, or hassle. I recommend just booking from another well-know, reputable and reliable company. Youve been warned.

If I could leave zero stars I would... Before entering the car I basically felt as if I was signing my life away. I gave them everything short of my social security number and they basically required that I name my first child Easi. The car we rented was full of smoke, check engine light, as well as lights indicating an accident, were illuminated. The accident light was obvious as the rear bumper was all smashed in. Topping the experience off, when we got in the car there was no fuel. The bars on the gauge were non-existent. I had no idea where a gas station was in the area, and didnt know if we would end up stranded. I took the car back the next day and used and Uber for the rest of the stay. Id recommend that to anyone before renting here.This place is an absolute Joke.

The customer service here is horrible. I have rented at easirent in West Palm and I didn’t get nothing but great customer service. I rented the car through a 3rd party for 9:30am. It was 10:38 I was still at the airport waiting. Three other individuals came and found me standing and was calling as well. Got there about 11 ish. And I was told I would be charged for two days. I could only pay Fr the two days I made my reservation if I had been picked up on time.It wasn’t the 3rd party website or my fault for not picking up on time. The man was freaking yelling like somebody stole his food.“I am not going back and forth, don’t interrupt me, that’s you and your 3rd party website problem that are being charge for 2 days.” Like Dude my problem is not paying for the 2 days that I wanted the car, my problem is the fact that I was picked up around 11am instead of 9:30am and I will not be the one paying for your tardiness even a representative has said multiple time, easirent picks up customers every 15min. The airport is 5-7 minutes from the actual location.Because I know if anyone has returned their car after 1:30- 2 hours, they would be charged a freakin Late fees.

The worst rental car company I have ever had in my life. After I landed in Miami airport, waited for more than 40 minutes never saw their shuttle pick up, I kept calling their number, only voicemail, never anyone picked up the phone. I paid a shuttle driver from another company $5, he took me to Easirent pick up location. The pick up location looked like trailer, the guy who worked there charged me $113 more hidden fee on top of the original rental fee $225, he said it was extra insurance charge. There was no drop off location address on the contract, I couldn’t remember where exactly they’re located, I called many many times, never anyone answer the phone, I had to google search their actual drop off location (not the airport pick up location, they don’t pick up anyway), there was another number showing on google easirent, so I called the number, a woman answered me rudely, “this is a personal number, do you understand, call the service number “, then hanged me up without me having a chance saying anything, if that’s your personal number, why did you post online then. Luckily I followed the google search, finally found their drop off location in the morning about 4:20am, because my flight was at 7am in the morning, I had to leave my Airbnb place very early at 3:40am in order to have an extra time to look for their drop off location. On top of it, their car has issues, absolutely not safe to drive. I hope other people won’t go through what I have gone through, it was such a pain!

First time using easirent through booking.com, terrible service. Wanted us to pay an extra $200 on top of what we already were promised to pay. Terrible service, I would avoid them in general and go to more reputable companies.

Worst customer service ever, they will offer a price online and when you get there they wil charge you double the price.

I paid in full online when I booked and was manipulated into paying another $180 in person and told “either pay the $180 for proper coverage or you can’t have the car”.I have collision coverage through my credit card.I have full liability coverage through my primary vehicle insurance.Once I comprehended what was going on I said, “hey this sounds like a big over charge. Can I get a refund and can we fix this?” I was told no. I was told “Talk to my manager, but he’ll tell you to call customer service and they’ll tell you no, too.”I am 100% never using this company again. Rude. Unprofessional. Unreliable.Not to mention I waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle after being told “it’s on its way”.Don’t do it.5/10 Edit: Ive called the Customer Support line five times. Each time I get pushed through the call line, it rings for two minutes, and no one answers. I will be disputing this charge with Chase.

The worst experience I have had with a car rental agency. After waiting for an hour, the shuttle from the airport never came. We called Easirent several times, even the booking agency tried calling, but we were never able to get through. We had to pay for separate transportation to the site.Then as soon as we arrived, there were surprise charges added. Not to mention the car was scraped in many places and very dirty (after stating it was specially cleaned because of COVID).When returning the car, the site was closed and locked before the scheduled time, with no response on the phone, or drop box for the key.I tried contacting them to dispute the additional fees, was transferred on the phone before the call was dropped. Then tried online and the website form has an Internal Server Error.Very poor customer service and lack of quality services.

It seems as though reading through the comments that they charge different deposit amounts and insurance prices to every customer! I booked online with booking and was quoted $495 for 5 day rental of an SUV. I also purchased the additional insurance through the website. I expected to pay a deposit in person but I never expected to pay the price I was forced to!! First off I arrived at the airport already late for an appointment I had. It took over an hour to discover that the rental place was NOT on the airport property as it said in the description on booking. The shuttle allegedly ran every 15 mins. This was a lie!!! We stood there for over an hour and no one came. Every time we called customer service they said someone was coming. Now I’m over 2 hours late for my appointment. Get there it’s a run down shed with cars. The line was long and it was hot outside! The wait was another 45 min! I noticed people let leaving without cars so I knew something was up. I get in there they pull up my booking and as I was pulling out my credit card to pay Charles said “I have to tell you 3 things” in those 3 things he pulled out a list of prices for “additional “ coverage which I declined because I already purchased it online. He stated it was only liability and would not cover tolls. He said I’d be responsible for tolls. Any other rental place would give you the pass at an additional price but not this place! He quoted me over $700 plus a $250 deposit to rent the truck which was extremely overpriced and said he could cancel the reservation. At this point it’s 3 hours and counting late for my appointment I had no time to go somewhere else and rent. Unfortunately I had no choice. So by the end of the scam I ended up paying $828 for a 5 day rental in a regular truck not even the one I rented! I have a clean license and the credit card I paid with was mine! There was no reason to overcharge me! I brought the rental back a day early and did not receive a refund for that. I will be disputing these charges as the amount I was quoted was nothing near the amount I paid! And the insurance is not necessary but they MAKE you pay it or they cancel the reservation. The $828 did not include a deposit! As I read through comments most people never got theirs back anyway. This place should not be operating. They are taking advantage of people for their subpar vehicles and horrendous customer service. The “maintenance” light was on the entire time I drove the vehicle and it was a 2021! I’m so disgusted and angry DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!UPDATE: DO NOT FALL FOR THE RECENT POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE FALSE AND NOT REAL PEOPLE! I SUSPECT THEY ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE WHO ARE EITHER ASKING FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO WRITE FAKE REVIEWS OR DOING IT THEMSELVES! It’s funny how within a week there are nothing but 5 star reviews and feedback naming the people that work there. They barely want to give you a name when you get there because the customer service is so bad. AGAIN DO NOT RENT

Horrible serv. The shudder bust never arrived at the airport, i had to get my own transportation to their office. When I arrived to the office it was just one person helping and he was having a pleas conversation with the customer, waited almost an hour before someone helped me. I’ll never use this company again and wont recommend it either.

Charles did a great job at transporting us from the airport to the rent a car center, easierent and made the transaction super easy. He also suggested great places to eat.

I want to express my annoyance with this Easirent company. I give them a star because they do not allow me to give them 0 stars. I have rented cars in companies such as budget, avis, hertz, but when I saw the easirent prices on the internet, I found them interesting and I decided to rent the car with them. Next I will explain why I do not recommend this company, with which I have had the worst customer experience in my life. The arguments:1. There hace been 34 business days in which I have received the deposit to my bank account (250 us, a lot of money). I have called and even went to where I rented the car and they told me that they almost gave me my money back and as of today nothing happens.2. The employees who are in the offices are rude, a big man, I dont remember his name.3. On the page you get great prices but when you arrive they see the way to get more and more money.Please people, do not select this place to rent your car!!! The worst costumer experience ever in any type of service company. And it doesn’t works writing your concern on their web page. I would like to talk to somebody serious at the company.

Rates & Prices don’t run the same as they say online but Staff ( Charles & the taller heavy set man ) we’re both great . The shuttle was great . The rental itself was great .

Worst customer service ever! Do not rent from this place they give you a price online and then another one went you get to the place.second there’s only one person helping customers no place where to sit outside in the heat waiting for more than an hour. Incredible. I didn’t get the car at the end

They lie to you so you can purchase extra coverage for the rental. Do not recommend! I will never rent a car here again.
