One of the best customer service experiences in a while. The ladies there were very helpful and accommodating, and the car was excellent and for a good price!

We made reservations at Easirent online for 11:30am, after an hour of waiting at the airport a customer service representative from America car rental asked if he could help us. Needless to say he saved the day for us.Car was clean and freshly washed.Customer service was out of sight great.Absolutely not hassle, no headache and worry free.We actually flew out of Fort Lauderdale and they made all the all the arrangements to make that totally hassle free.

I come to Miami every month for work and I rent a car. Due to me only booking one ways and not being a Florida resident I can’t rent from the usual companies ie hertz enterprise and such.. so I pay $400.00 dollar deposit on top of the daily fee of $75.00 day. No smoking an no dents an refill the gas you get your deposit back is the rules basically on top of no out of state driving. After returning the car you will not get the deposit back if you do not call for it!! Even when you call they give you the hardest time. I call with my bank an they hang up multiple times before they talk to you. I’ve rented from them 4 times an it’s the same exact thing! They try to steal your deposit!!! They give you the run around saying the manager isn’t there he is never there apparently. They tell you to call back the next day an they say that everyday. I’ve had to dispute with my bank just to get the $400 back.! If you rent be cautious you have to fight for your deposit.

I have been renting cars from them since about 2 years ago and I give them a 5 star rating. They go pick me up to the airport, hotel for free, cars are in excellent condition, the whole process is fast and easy. They close at 10pm everyday, excellent service!

The worst experience of my life, the manager is a rude Peruvian and looks like a gangster, they badly treat customers by waiting for hours and they dont solve anything, the vehicles deliver them with defects and then they charge you to the credit card expenses arguing damages They are poorly educated. The worst service in the world, I regret having recommended this place to rent vehicles.

Excellent place to rent cars at good prices, if you are just going to check the car well see that it is as new as possible if it comes with good GPS but the same for the googlemaps that for me is better than other GPS, I of the cars that have there I prefer the Toyota I hope they serve the place like me
