Carlos Cisneros is a true example of professionalism and expertise. I am extremely happy and satisfied with what his agency has done for me thus far.

This agent is awful. Last year, he didn’t respond to my bank’s requests for information, so my bank was never able to send the agent payment for my home insurance from my escrow account. My policy was almost cancelled and I was almost in violation of the terms of my loan. Carlos Cisneros was also incredibly unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue. His only interest was trying to shirk the liability. If it hadn’t been for my savings account, I would have been in real trouble due to his negligence.Now, I figured, nobody can make that kind of error twice, so I stayed with this agency for convenience sake. Well, I was certainly wrong. Despite my informing them that I refinanced with QuickenLoans and QuickenLoans sending information to this agent, he still submitted request for payment to my previous lender (the bank).On June 17th, I received a letter from his office which said he was requesting money from the old lender. I quickly emailed him asking for him to correct this. Well, he never responded to me. Instead, on June 22nd, he sent me another letter which said my policy had been cancelled for nonpayment.Save yourself the hassle. This office is a mess. They are unorganized, rude, unhelpful and negligent. They are only concerned with their own liability. Make sure you are safe. Find another agent.

The portion of obtaining insurance coverage went okay. However, every thing else is just not good. They email my wife using the wrong name and send her emails to my personal email address. I tried to correct those two things several times via email. So, they fixed the name on the insurance papers but left it wrong every where else...and continue to send her emails to my personal email address. This needs to stop.

Changing rate with no notification..took me weeks to solve the issue and to get someone decent over the phoneI don’t recommend this team

Carlos is rude, pushy and noisy. He believes he is pertinent to personal information that has nothing to do with AllState services. He needs to work on that.
