Jennifer Rodz State Farm is so great. I have had car insurance through them for the last few months, and they gave me the best price for the coverage I wanted. The real reason I am writing this review is because of their incredible responsiveness to my very urgent home owner insurance request. I had a very quick closing date for a property I was purchasing and had to ask Charlene, the agent I was working with who is absolutely incredible, to work magic to meet the closing date. I didnt think it was going to work out, but Charlene went above and beyond to not only meet the request, but to have it reasonably priced as well. I am so glad I decided to get my home owners insurance with them. They are extremely professional, answered all the questions I had along the way, and they responded so quickly every single time I reached out.

I love this team. Andres was my agent and working with him has made this process a smooth experience. He truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I had all information required to make the right decision when purchasing my insurance. He was friendly but still professional. I would recommend him and anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent.

What is there not to say about Charlene Diaz, who works for Jennifer Rodz. Charlene was an absolute joy to work with, a true professional from start to finish. All my calls and emails were answered in a timely fashion and she truly did work to get me the best rate and blew the competition out of the water. I saved so much on my insurance, I was even able to buy extra insurance. Charlene did all of the leg work from meeting my time line, to even canceling my current insurer. I may have started out as a client, but by the time our business was concluded I considered her a friend. Already sent her 1 referal and working on a 2nd.

The Level of professionalism along with the friendliness and wanting to help, I wouldnt trade them for the world. I have all my policies with this agency and needless to say, I am with them forever!!
