I would really appreciate it if whoever drives the white Infinity SUV with COLEORG plates to stop texting and driving on I44. You about ran me off the road twice while you were showing your passenger your text messages. I expect more out of an insurance company.

Horrible service. Family member who has had insurance through this company for around 10 years called and cancelled on June 16th. The girl she spoke with said it was cancelled and she would also be sending a paper to sign which was never sent. Girl also confirmed that the policy was cancelled effective June 16th. July 1st the premium was pulled for the following month (July)....when called back the girl informed her that she had cancelled on June 16th but since the paper had never been signed (only because she never received it) that they would still collect payment. Also informed her that in the event of a claim if she were to have a wreck, no claim could be made since the policy had been cancelled. So the company is continuing to try to take money from clients after they cancel.
