Lynne Ruiz was amazing. She was prompt to understanding that I needed home insurance quickly due to a cancelled policy from my previous agent who was no help at all. She was quick to explain the reasons of why my policy went up on a new contract with the same company and I was OK with it. The way she explained it made sense and she was clear and transparent on the reasons behind the increase rate. She actually found out my previous agent has less dwelling policy on my home which is over $400K. She informed me on how dangerous and risky that is if the entire house is at loss (God Forbid). She increase mt dwelling according and informed that this was the reason for increase. She was able to get my policy written up within the hour. All her phone and email responses were quick. My spouse and I e-signed all needed documents and paid our policy down payment online within a few minutes. From 1pm to 4pm I was able to get all this completed and get my new policy over to my mortgage company. I will be keeping my E & L Insurance as my agent company going forward and Lynne Ruiz will always be my agent. Thanks for everything. Amazing customer service and relation.

Finally...we found an insurance agent that would do what we think should be simple: respond promptly to calls and emails, and follow through on what they say theyll do. Was looking for new quotes on property insurance to hopefully save some money, and have contacted several agents, including the one I already work with, asking for quotes. I provided them with everything they need, as we just refinanced and have all the info handy. My own agent basically punted and said hed look into it later. Four other agents: two never returned phone calls, and a two others took all the information and promised to get back with quotes but never did, even after we emailed and called them several times. You cant even throw money at people these days. I found E&L on Google and called, and Lynne Ruiz took my call, and after some exchanges had quotes for me the very next day. She was super responsive via emails and calls alike, and her responses were usually within 30 minutes each time. She found a policy for us that will save us over $2,000 a year. Very professional, well-run business. I recommend highly! I copied this same review on Yelp, hoping to spread the word.

Our prior homeowners policy increased 85% versus 2017 with no warning or explanation. Our old agent is still investigating why and looking for quotes. Meanwhile, Lynne Ruiz, our new agent, got our information and presented a quote within 24 hours that stayed in line with 2017. In the end, we want to be respected and have any changes explained to us personally in timely fashion. Lynn did that, but our previous agency of 7 years didnt.
