We own multiple properties and Diane works with us to find the best rates and savings to keep the best coverage. One year when it was hard to insure in Florida due to recent hurricanes, they opted to support keeping us with existing insurer at one property although they dropped external agents to reduce the carriers own costs. Had been with this agency for years until my agent no longer works there(starting to wonder why) all of a sudden I received a letter from my mortgage holder about my insurance being hiked for the home. Company never reached out to me about discussing options. Very disappointing. No surprise judging my experience with most companies and services here in this beautiful city of Miami!

IIC, through the work of Jose Ortiz and Lien, have provided me with several different types of insurance - homeowners, automobile, umbrella, etc. With each policy they have tried to get me the best coverage at the lowest rates, and when they have not been able to get the lowest rate they have honestly told me so. Every request of mine has been immediately responded to. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received over a period of many, many years.

International Insurance Center was the only company that was able to help me getting workers comp insurance for the company that I work for.
