I have been with this company for some years, bus listen ROSANA FERNÁNDEZ ROCKS my socks !! she lowered my insurance rate and retained my services it’s been some time that I was driving safe and waiting for this break and more in these times. yes, they are busy but have patience and someone will help you !!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM I’VE DEALT WITH. These young ladies will provide your personal information to ANYONE who answers the phone. I’ve told them multiple time to remove my home phone number to avoid providing confidential information and if still has NOT been done! I rather my insurance get canceled than deal with this office. Another thing NO ONE could explain why my insurance increase $54 when is should have decreased $14. If U didn’t have to give one star to write my review they would NOT have that ONE!

Worst experience ever

WORSE PLACE EVER! These woman don’t do nothing but hit there nails on a keyboard. They canceled our insurance and loed to us when we came in that they were changing the information and nver did. We sat in front of herr while she did then a few days later she never did it. And when we call she always on lunch. DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of your money! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If could give zero starts i would.

This insurance agency is horrible. I have been with them for quite some time now and every single time you call to get a quote, add a vehicle, make a payment or what ever it is you are calling for they place you on hold for over 30 minutes. They dont come back to check on the customer that is on the phone and then tell you that the customer that is in the office comes 1st. Let alone they have placed my insurance on recurrent payments without my permission only to receive an additional bill before the month is over stating my insurance will be cancelled if I dont make the additional payment. I didnt know you can sue them for doing this, but now I know. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
