I moved in 5months ago the apartments are nothing like they look online I didn’t notice the roaches until I move in now I discovered I have rats and my refrigerator is leaking water there always sewage running over on the walking path. The pool hasn’t been clean since I move here everything is just so wrong with these apartments, can’t wait to move out these are not worth $1,400 I would not recommend these to no one

Update: Nothing much has changed. I wished the building looked like the website. building hasnt been cleaned, pressure washed or painted in years. Urine and trash in laundry rooms and stair ways.IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC WHEN WASHING HANDS AND CLEANLINESS IS CRITICAL. The water is off every single day for hours at a time with no notice.Trash is everywhere in the parking area. No extermination for apartments and roaches are an issue. Maintenance doesnt fix things but says work orders are complete. Maintenance and cleaning crew are tenants instead of professionals who just get the job done and not when they feel like it.This place used to be nice and clean when there was a female landlord. This new landlord does not care about the property or the appearance of it. I guess its just a greed thing and it truly shows. The parking lot has been dug up and destroyed for months and when they finally decided to do something. Guess who tried to fix it? Tenant-Maintenance and not a professional. Guess how it looks? An incomplete mess.I cant wait to get away from this slumlord - Beware new tenants - If you love yourself and family stay away from this disgusting place

Me and my family of 3 just moved in not even a month. The Management company falls very short on the way they run the property. When moving in the guy that was bringing the refrigerator messed up my floor and said refrigerator started to leak within a week. Stove went out only 3 burners are working and oven door does not close. Bathroom ceiling starting leaking over the bathtub. And just last night the A/C went out. No one cleans the property they are remodeling a unit and everything is just tossed in front like we live in a dump. I still have used tiles in front of my door thinking about selling them if they are not moved by the end of the week. The worst part is they say the the things has been fixed but it hasnt. Ive been to other properties that they manage in homestead and its night and day maybe because Lakeshore is in the urban area so they just dont care. Flies are all in the dumpster no one cleans them. Used condoms are found every morning in the parking lot. If they dont make changes for the better I will be leaving at the end of my lease.

I visited this complex a few days ago late afternoon/ evening. Property was uncleaned and the elevator was broken. The pictures of the property they advertising must be from grand opening. Because the property looks nothing like that on the outside.

I moved in some time ago more than a couple of years, the issues were the elevators. Never kept it working, now new management the pool has not been maintain, in months from my understanding where is this person (visiting, or family?). One person to mow the lawn (really) One person for maintenance and you will receive a cosmetic because it will not remain fixed. The office remains closed more than open, the groundsused to be impeccable, now so many ducks, rats going up and down the stairs, used to have a spray man, now more roaches, ask for help callingthe office no answer. A/C issues Luke warm water, dripping water insteadof a normal flow. Laundry room gas smell we inhale, condoms, bottles ofliquor filth on the grounds inside the laundry room use to be a worker there fired her and now no one is there to replace all the issues. We have a gated community where the gate has been broken for maybe a year or two. A great rent hike last year, word on the streets there will be another one every year until we max out to 1,700. No more apologies, no more talk you didnt want to talk when the phone calls were been made? Because we choose to share our awful experiences now we talk ACTIONis what is needed pay the people hire more problem fixed, now thats a strategy.

Poorly Manage apartmentLakeshore Presidential Apartment does not deserve a star. The apartment is poorly managed. Lets start with the residents being notified this year 2018 the rent will go up an extra $200.00. I guess we will need to pay for the extra unwanted guess in the apartment such as New York rats, roach, and sways of nightly termites. Outside more rats, stray cats,dog and ducks crapping all on the place. Smoke free is laughable the building reek with the smell of marijuana. In the laundry room you notice the drug transaction between the young adult men. Lets not forget the 1250 side is a psych ward on the third floor we have a young man that want to fight everyone if he does not get money from his mother for his drugs habit. On the second floor theres another young man the walk around like zombie apparently from a bad drug trip. Last the young man with tattoo in his face and his hair standing on his head that live on the first floor that suffer from schizophrenic constantly yelling obscenities about his mother and other females. This entire building is like a circus. Before you desire the move in Lakeshore Presidential Apartment please do your homework.

I live at Lakeshore apartments for 5 yrs, when I first moved in it was great, it was maintained perfectly by one our tenants who washed outside the apartments and picked up trash dail til they fired her . The pool was never hardly open at first maybe because it wasnt maintained properly. Throughout the years and changing of the landlords the apartments have gone downhill, rats are in the garbage area which tenants have complained numerous of times to the landlord and corporate office and still they just say oh the exterminator will come sometime this week. The elevator barely works and the roof especially mine has been leaking for three years which I have continously reported to the landlord and corporate office and still nothing has been fixed. I should not have to be forced to move due to slumlords. If I run from the problem nothing will ever be fixed it will be someone elses problem. They raise the rent here yearly but then you ask where is my money going if nothing is ever fixed? I love the community around here we look out for one another thats why its so hard to move.

Since the new management came in, the building has been so clean and very pleasant. The new pool is so great to use during the weekends

Went to an open house a couple weeks ago and i have got to say it is a very nice apartment building. the area isnt so good but the building looks nice and quiet

Lakeshore apartments does not deserve 1 star. The apartments are rat infested. Tenants aren’t allowed to have over night guest without cars being towed without warning first. Apartments aren’t welled maintained.The rats on the inside and the animals on the outside will run you away

I slipped and broke my leg there on the stairs and all they did was put a light and the stairs are still missing and breaking or cracking

It is a great place to live and is located in a spectacular place!!

The receptionist at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful her name is nicole they needs to get rid of her before someone suesS them because of her they tow your car for nothing and the buildings are rat infested was going to rent but because of who they have working for them
