Love living here! Staff is great and building is super clean (spotless!) and safe. It’s close to my work and it’s convenient to Brickell and downtown. Im happy to call the building my home…thank you!

I moved down here for school and the move-in process was so seamless and professional. They provided a virtual tour and virtual leasing process, which made moving out of state way less stressful. Great price for location and amenities. Sunny and the maintenance staff are so helpful and nice. They really go above and beyond, especially with COVID protocols. I feel very comfortable living here. Highly satisfied with picking First and Sixth as my first place of residence in Miami.

Start with the positive... Moving into First and sixth was one of the smoothest transition, Application and deposit fee was taken care of in one shot and me and my boyfriend was one of the first to live in the apartment it was completely new ! The cleaning lady is super nice and helpful and the man that fixes things around are nice also.At the end of the lease the building had a fruit flies infection and numerous of the tenant’s were complaining this was going on for a month and nothing was done until other’s started complaining. Moving out was so frustrating it was a back and forth with the deposit and super unprofessional. I believe everyone should live here for a year until they write a review. when moving here please ask for a copy of your signed lease when moving in, also make sure you have FULL clarification on what is needed to be done when moving out and making sure you keep your picture’s for proof and proof of how you sent them the deposit ! Always have PROOF emails, text messages anything ! To come to find out that the tiniest “damages” I mean I’m talking about a scrape on the wall or a whole that’s smaller than a penny came out to $650 in repairs. Also they try to charge me $200 for furniture that wasn’t mine. I wouldn’t say you shouldn’t move here just always have PROOF !!!! On top of that I moved out 5/27 and now Im given all this information now on 7/7 and yes my forwarding address was given within the week of move out !7/9/2021Because I cant reply to what you said .... but a copy of my signed lease was never given until now !! so please dont lie because I have every proof and emails to show.

I moved into the building after moving from Los Angeles in October.The manager of the building, Sunny, was so helpful and attentive with all of my questions and concerns. He gave my pictures and videos of the unit I was looking at since I was unable to view it in person.The building staff is also great! Everything is always very clean! Overall I recommend this building to anyone who wants to be centrally located but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and Brickell.

Just moved out this week and decided to write a review. Not sure what the the other reviewer is talking about but my experience at First and Sixth was terrific! I moved in during COVID, stayed for a year and would have renewed but my job was transferred out of state. The security deposit was minimal and was returned within 3 days since I left my apartment spotless! :) The overall building is immaculately clean and well run. If you ever have a problem the building manager fixes it right away. Most importantly building staff went out of its way to try to keep us all safe and updated throughout COVID and we really appreciated that. The building is quiet and safe. Of course I’m sure if you leave your apartment not clean or break the building’s rules you will hear from building managment but that was not my experience. For me, I work and travel a lot so it was really great to live in a building where the rules were enforced and the staff care. Thank you first and sixth! Keep up the good work!!

I think this is the BEST apartment building I have lived in in Miami. The rent is reasonable, the place is super clean (spotless!!), its close to everything and it is SAFE. The place runs like clockwork. Not sure at all what Destiny Monroe is talking about. I have lived here for over a year and just renewed my lease which I would have never done if there were any problems here since there are so many deals on apartments these days. First and Sixth is my home and is great place to live!

Live here by myself and for me it very very safe and MOST IMPORTANTLY the RENT FITS MY BUDGET...great value....Keep up the good work guys!! B

In love with this apartments. They are very elegant and cozy. The service is great especially with Eric he hets everything done the same day. I definitely recommend. Great experience.

Love this building! Very safe and clean. The staff is very helpful and the property manager Sunny is great and always attentive to any problems. Beautiful pool deck with view to downtown miami. Also has very great safety precautions regarding Covid-19.

Best run building in Miami! This building is in a great central location, is very affordable and the amenities are fantastic. I highly recommend leasing @ 1st & 6th!

The building has an ideal location, convenient to Brickell. The apartments are modern with nice finishes. Best of all, the pricing is a great value.

If you are looking for a place close to downtown this is the perfect place. It is a five minute drive to downtown.The lobby, hallways & gym are always very clean. The pool area is beautiful with downtown views! The property manager, Sunny, is always attentive & friendly & makes the smallest of problems a priority.

Great place, secure, brand new building, close to Metrorail station and busses.

This building is fantastic...love it here! Read the 1 star reviews and not sure these people ACTUALLY live here...maybe they just didnt pass the credit/background check and are bitter...lol!! The building staff are unbelievably responsible, professional and caring...Ive lived here for over a year now and just renewed my lease since its such a great value...During COVID Management went of out their way to keep us safe..cleaning was enhanced, the gym sterilized daily, HEPA filters added in the gym and we were kept up to date with COVID email bulletins when things got rough in Miami! This past summers hurricane scare, was the same way, emergency protocols were put in place and the tenants kept up to date with information while the storm (luckily) passed... On staff maintenance team is super friendly and fixes any problem big or small right away, no waiting! ...Its a small, friendly, super quiet building and I know and like most of my neighbors..REALLY, REALLY HAPPY HERE...THANK YOU FIRST AND SIXTH for giving me a great home!!

Terrible COSTUMER SERVICES. They make me send paperworks and dont allow me to pay the application fee. They never answered the phone and a very RUDE GENTLEMAN never get the message to tmy actual advisor. Very BAD SERVICES!!!!!
