I have to write this review because Im extremely thankful for the most excellent real estate service and experience that I have ever experienced by this real estate gentleman- Giorgio Galileo. I currently reside in Tampa, and my daughter just enrolled in UM. I am not familiar with the neighborhoods, and I needed a good agent to find me something close and safe to her school. I contacted a great number of agencies via email and phones. They all seem to send me listings that are not what I am looking for or just completely ignored my requests! I highly suspect the fact that I was far from them that I wasnt getting any help! This went on until a friend of mine in Miami recommended me to contact Giorgio from Creative lifestyle realty. I was very frustrated at that point and I explained to Giorgio that I needed an apartment in less than 24h that I will be there at 10am the next morning and I have to have a place ready for her. So Giorgio stayed with me on the phone, sent few good listings, and exactly what I was looking for: clean, nice, close and safe. And he waited until I picked out the apartment and he answered all of my questions. We sent the application that same day. And the next day I flew in and found him ready to move us into my daughters new apartment. I literally have never expected a better real estate service or experience. This agent is so efficient, clear, and fast. He answered all of our question, and he helped us step by step move in less than 24h. Very professional! If i could put a 0 i would do it. Manuela was an unprofessional agent that just wasted my time. I would not recommend them at any case. They only work with you if you give them a check what i did and waste your time. She didnt offer me any solution and didnt excuse herself for wasting my time for a week. This is the worst realtor i ever worked with. Thanks god i found Nicole Desiderio from London Foster Properties who helped me find a place and approved in two days with a better and cheaper unit than the one presented by Manuela.

The worst experience weve ever had with a realtor. Theyll over charge you, give you the run around, and do everything they can to make you over pay. We were in a rush with work and had to find a place. Giorgio kept pushing places on us, and then said they were gone overtime we picked one. You would have thought it was his first time renting an apartment to someone. They tell you to pay different accounts because one is theirs, one is the owners, or one is the condominium. DONT FALL FOR IT! They are pros at this and act confused, but know exactly what theyre doing. They do have some places for rent, but they pocket a lot of your cost and even the buildings hate doing business with them. Get a different realtor. I dont know how this group is still in business.

I just Want to thank Ana Monjelo for her excellent service, she was so helpful and professional, she helps us in every way even she met us after her schedule to show us a property, she was patient until we found something that made us happy. We recommend her and this place without a doubt .

These folks love to post properties that dont exist and properties they dont even have an exclusive to list; this is against the rules of the board and extremely bad ethics. How desperate are you for business that you post fake properties to then tell people they have to go to your office, so then you can tell them that property is not available.This is NOT allowed by MLS board of Miami, and I will make sure the board is notified about this fraud.

I contacted Giorgio about an apartment on Craigslist. The unit was no longer available but he recommended a different one with a decent concession and a fantastic view.Only 4 stars because Giorgio promised my wife that that the carpets would be replaced before move in. When I contacted the leasing agent and he says he did not agree to that. The leasing agent also loses a point for not correcting him on the spot.

Picking up from Colorado and making a BIG move to a place like Miami, I have to say I was a bit lost in the weeds. I left a message with the folks at Creative Lifestyle and within the day they got back to me. Mr. Goldstein assured me they would help make this transition smooth. Sure enough from emailing properties to view via email or sending video footage their agents physically went to the properties to record on their own time and dime, to the follow up calls, they were without a doubt on top of the situation, friendly and very professional. To move from one state to another without physically being there is tough enough, these guys absolutely made it very comfortable to me to make the transition. Thank you to Mark and Aaron for being some stand up guys and for running a stand up company!! I would absolutely recommend Creative Lifestyle Realty.

Kind of scam!!! Why do you post things on craiglist at lower than market price. People read reviews on yelps!!! I leave this reviews since there are more scam postings than real one on craiglist Miami. Im so pissed off since these types of people make you waste your valuable time and money. So disappointed! Any way watch out and be cautious

Responded to a Craigslist ad posted by Ana Monjelo, agreed upon a date and time to view apartments. The day of the viewing, Ana was nowhere to be found and did not answer my phone calls or texts. She texted me 50 minutes later without an apology stating she would not make it. Highly unprofessional, would not recommend this realtor or agency.
