Its a nightmare! Management post threatening of penalties and fines everywhere for anything, on daily basis, literally for anything that is a violation... bottom line... read carefully before signing leasing contract...in this place is prohibited even breathe at certain hours....and yes, the review is not under my name because I already signed the contract, so I am screwed.

Very friendly staff at 850 Living. Always willing to help out no matter how busy or occupied they may be. Andrew has been super helpful and kind during our tour.

Poor quality service from Ms. PERLA, I applied on June 3rd to a studio, she replied on the 4th that it was not approved and that it would take 35 days to return my money, and in no time she said when I went to apply, or just think about the money of the application! Today its been 51 days since Im struggling to get my money back and it always comes with many excuses and different dates! so beware of new residents as they have no respect for you

Extreme lack of communication. Had to call and message multiple times to find out they denied my application and now they’re giving me a hell of a run around to get my money back.
