Went here to get pink nails. The swatch was mislabeled so she painted my nails the wrong color which wasn’t an issue. That’s not her fault. When I said something she gave me a hard time about fixing them. She suggested putting gel color on top of dip nails which were already bubbly and thick. I said okay but if she could buzz down some of dip. The pictures are AFTER i filed down the sides with gel that had flooded into cuticle space and most of the blood wiped away. My fingers were cut with the file as well as the buffer MULTIPLE TIMES. My nail tech gave me a burn from how fast she was filing my nails and filed my skin. She was extremely rushed and left gel on my skin and edges messy & uneven. Worst nail experience ever.

Just got a pedicure done, luckily on a Monday at 12pm. It wasnt busy and I got in quickly. Happy with my service.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I do not usually write reviews but this is a MUST. This was my first time coming to this salon for a pedicure. The water was boiling hot I kept telling the technician it was burning she completely ignored me. she filed my nails so unevenly and painted over my skin it’s like she was blind. And I had to pay and do my nails somewhere else again! My mom came shortly after and left in the middle of her so called “pedicure.” NEVER coming to this place again it should be shut down. Dont be fooled by how big the salon is its absolute garbage. Save yourself the money.

I went about a week and a half ago without an appointment and got a dip set and gel top coat, it didnt last as yesterday my pinkie nail popped off. I went in and had them redone by Christine and she is the only reason i will keep coming back. She took her TIME (2 hours) and you can tell she really knows what shes doing and takes pride in her work which is refreshing as its common to feel like someone is doing your nails as fast as they can to crank you out and move onto the next. I will say both visits the staff was friendly and the store was clean, they even offer you complimentary drinks. I will keep coming back for Christine and her beautiful work.

As someone who values quality nail services/results and professionalism from businesses I am shocked this place does not have a 5 star rating. Yenny did such a good job and I will be back to see her!

I went to this nail salon many times in the last 4 years. I was always happy with the service but I am very disappointed with the new managment. There is a short-haired blonde woman that seems to be the manager but also does manicure, she charges whatever price she Wants and she is very unprofessional. The last 2 times I have been there, I went without appointment because when you call and you speak Spanish they cut you off . I also felt very uncomfortable when I heard her treating the employees very badly. Its a shame, but I will no longer give my money to someone who discriminate Latin customers or treat people badly

I got my nails done last week, $60 for a gel mani and a regular pedi. Yes the place looks nice, they welcome you with a smile and try to seem like they care. The girl that worked on my nails was very polite and pleasant to talk to but unfortunately she did not do a good job, she was very rough and as you can see from the pictures my cuticles look awful, she used a nail polish that was clearly old and not good anymore. My nails peeled off by themselves and are lifting already. The color is faded which has never happened to me with gel nails and it has bumps which idk how she didn’t see them. I honestly did not say anything bc my nails hurt and bc I need my nails to have some sort of color for the next day and not enough time to go to another nail place. This place gets a three bc she is nice and bc they tried. But i will not be coming back here....

I went like 4 times since 2018, the last times being because it was the only one open I found.Manicure gel nails lasted one week instead of two like usual nails (saying one week is also too much as one nail got ruined in just one day).Pedicure (not gel) lasted maybe four hours? Didn’t dry well apparently and got smudged many hours after getting them done.Also all the times I went they just kept using old nail polishes. Even the nail technicians complain about them! It’s absurd. All they have is old nail polish, of course nail technicians can’t do their job well having to use those nail polishes!!All in all, if you’ve got any other option just don’t go to this place.And get new nail polishes for gods sake!

Staff flooded pedicure bowls and soaked socks, did not even know how to give the pedicure and did not include all that was to be included, no massage given. Very poor for the prices they charged!

My favorite manicurist, Claudia, moved to this salon. The place has nice ambiance, friendly staff, nice equipments and seats. They offer their customers free wine or if you like, water, juice or soda. But best of all, they have Claudia and to me, she’s the best. She knows how to get rid of ingrown nails, won’t murder your toes or fingers and her work is superb.

I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ this particular Venetian Nail salon in Miami Beach. The staff is awesome and friendly. The only negative is the parking situation because it’s located in Miami Beach. The nail salon only has 3 designated parking spots for customers that drive in which creates stress and parking problems. Please ask for Cecy! She’s pure awesomeness! She’s punctual and makes you feel like you are VIP. They offer beverages and wine for you to drink while you are getting pampered. Don’t think twice and book your mani gel/pedicure appointment ASAP!

Best Pedicure I’ve ever had, excellent service.

Probably the worst manicure I have ever gotten.This place is honestly a joke. First of all I was told someone was available straight away but I had to wait 20 minutes. Then the quality of the manicure is appealing. The man doing my nails was very pleasant but unfortunately he had literally no clue how to do my nails. The shape is completely asymmetrical, and the way the nail polish was applied is so bad it honestly looks like I did it myself.With a huge amount of choice available in the area I would urge people NOT to go there!! Finally I am about dubious about the hygiene of this place, it all didn’t look quite clean enough and the tools were shared between everyone and not disinfected property at all (especially the scrubbing sponge for the feet which I thought was slightly off putting!).

The ambiance is nice but the service is horrible. Your nails initially come out looking nice however do not go here if you are looking for a durable manicure. I got a full set acrylic and paid extra for gel. My nails didn’t even last 2 days before one broke off. I guess I should’ve expected that when the nail tech struggled to get the glue to set as I’m sitting in the chair! Anyway my manicure isn’t even two weeks old yet 2 have already lifted and 3 have just broken off. I didn’t hit my hand or anything they broke off doing the pettiest day to day things. I’m really upset because the manicure was overpriced and I tipped! I only went here because Jenny across the street at Nail Time was on vacation. I am never coming here again.

I got a gel manicure and the next day the polish was chipping, so I called and spoke with the manager and was told to come back. The day I called I made sure to say I was leaving for a trip that day for 4 days and would be back after. The manager said it was fine so I went in the day I got back and the manager refused to fix the issue. He said since I didn’t come back the same day I called there was nothing he could do. Not only was the salon out of my way but the manager was extremely stubborn and rude, wasted my time driving over there just for him to go back on what he said. Very unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. I had proof of the transaction, the call, and pics showing the dates and he still said refused to fix the issue.

If I could rate this company a negative 5 stars I would. This places customer service and just over all salon service was absolutely horrendous. Having my girlfriends nails bleeding at the chair, refusing to have another manicurist come continue the work because obviously the first was not competent in the job she was hired for, not even having the nails painted in anything other than blood because they were so horrible and her not being able to bare the pain, and then having the cops called on HER for not waiting to pay for anything seeing as that if she wanted to make her nails bleed she couldve done it for free at home; is not exactly what I call a good and decent establishment that creates an atmosphere of relaxation as it so claims. Future customers beware because if they are slicing up your nails, you will get stuck paying for them regardless if they even finish what you wanted to achieve to begin with. I would never recommend anyone to this torture chamber they like to call a salon.

They charge different prices for every client. Be aware ! Better to ask for the price upon arrival ! Otherwise they may charge you more ! The girls working there are not professional. Rude and do bad service. Maybe from 20 girls working there only 2 or 3 are good.

My daughter and I love this place! The service and quality actually improves the more often you visit! We come here at least once a month and always love the experience. I get my red wine and she gets a soda, comfortable massage chairs and amazing staff! Today I had Jasmine do my pedicure and Hilda did my daughters. I have to say Jasmine is very skilled at what she does and you can tell that she loves her job! Definitely 5 star service. Thank you!

They don’t honor the prices they tell by phone. When you have to pay they start adding feed that They don’t mention when you request service for example they charge you feed when you go for mani y pedicure because is more then service but only mention it at the end. The woman was nice, but I came in to get my hair dyed *one shade* darker brown. While she was doing it, I said doesnt it look a little red? And she said it would change when we washed it out. Well, it didnt. My hair is now bright, undeniably red.

I don’t usually write reviews but I can’t let these people rob us. Saturday night I went to do my nails and my mother for her birthday. We did gel everything. The next day my Mother nails started to come apart and so did the nail polish. I paid Over $150 super expensive for gel and the stuff came off it’s ridiculous. The products they use are of poor quality and I highly don’t recommend you going here. Now I realized my nails are cracking as well. Thumb cracked all the way and my nail polish is starting to come off after 4 days. THIS IS CRAZY.

I come to this salon every two weeks today I came in 40 minutes before they closed and the guy in front (I assume is the owner) asked if anybody could do a refill. Being that they close soon nobody wanted to. Understandable. I had one nail missing and asked if at least that one nail could be fixed to which a technician said no to my face. I have never felt so disrespected by a business that I otherwise liked. The work is average at best and the customer service sucks. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you are desperate.

I just recently decided to take my elderly grandmother to the salon for her birthday and to me it was just like any other nail salon but she could not stop raving about the customer service, particularly from the young man that was sitting in the front, when I took her there I could tell she was disgruntled at first and afterwards I asked her why. She said that she had gone to that same nail salon a few months ago and it was a terrible experience but this time it was completely different and she credits the 180 degree turn around mostly to the new guy in the front I took the time to write this review because anybody who can make my grandmothers day deserves a top notch review, thank you new guy in the front, you are one hell of an employee!

This place is horrible!!!!!!!. Looks nice but I had a terrible experience. The staff is rude! I waited almost a half hour even though I had an appointment. My dip manicure turned out tinted pink instead of white. The top coat that was used was tinted pink. I approached the manager and he only offered to fix it within 3 days and I wasn’t going to be in town for the next two weeks. He then offered 20% off and I said no. I was very disappointed. I wanted my money back and the manager refused. I payed full price. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Horrible place. I wouldn’t recommend.

Just came back from a manicure and I had the worst experience ever. Manicures are supposed to be relaxing and enjoying, well not at this place. Let me start off by saying that they did not even file my nails and not just that the owner who painted my nails did a horrible job. I had to ask someone else to paint my nails, like how embarrassing is that. If you want to get a manicure that will last you 2 days, they are open 10:00 to 7:00 feel free.

Not to be trusted. Went with a friend to get mani and pedi and they charged my friend $42 and Mary’s charged me $60. Same service, I even brought my own nail polish. The owner didn’t say anything either. Sad as the technician pretended to befriend you as we’re from the same country, and just to ultimately take advantage of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend or go back.

Very disappointed .. Cheap material. Every single acrylic is lumpy, missing polish in spots, and two nails are really crooked. Came in with family for a spa day and ended up with a horrible fingernail job. Got my toes done by a young blonde lady she did well and was super nice. An older spanish lady in a cheetah scarf second row third seat in did my fingers and did HORRIBLE. Asked how long shes been doing nails and her response was, a very long time .. But her work seemed like shes never did nails in her entire life . Super lumpy crooked nails and polish is just bad. I do not normally complain but honestly this one is bad ... Id reconsider having that lady work there she is not good .. My little sister could do a better job... Ive told multiple people about her and was told she has never been great at her job. Love to return back but will not be going to her...

Although the pedi and 15min neck massage was good they over charged me by 50.00! Total was supposed to be 116. And he charged me 161. Instead. Went to get a refund was told the owner would call never did. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave. They are theifs.

I understand why this place is so popular.. good location and some good nail technicians. The sad part about it is that the owner only cares about money it seems. His reputation and the reputation of the nail technicians will eventually come to surface.I went there like I usually do to get my nail and pedicure done. Its funny but I never have asked the price. I just trusted the owner was charging me fairly since he was the one I was in communication with mostly. He was very nice and helpful, always has been. I am Korean so the owner is in some what relation to me because I am asian but in no means are we a like.I realize this owner of the Venetian Spa has been charging me a higher priced package with out ever informing me or allowing me to choose what package I wanted. When I asked him about this before I paid my bill.. he acted as if he didnt understand me ? Lol. He understood me before and mind you I am asian, american asian but asian. He can not play this game with me plus I am not stupid.Anyway.. It just bothered me because he was so kind but he was steeling from me indirectly. The nail technicians are not to blame and thats why I understand why this spot is so popular, especially because of location. You could say this owner got lucky I guess and maybe getting greedy.I wont do business with this man again and I let him know that, from one asian person to another. Not all of us run things dishonestly. Will not return. I went despite reading some of the bad reviews and thought possibly just a handful of unhappy customers. But found out the service and products they use are low quality. I had pedicures throughout the world and never had one with a diluted top coat that dries flat and leaving the business without being placed under a dryer. They literally sprayed my feet with a cheap dryer agent out of a can, advised me not to wear close shoes and to go home and use a hair dryer on my toes??? About 2 hours later my shiny new polish dried into a dull coating. Had to go somewhere else the next day. Unbelievably bad service and quality of product used. I was stunned that this had happened.

FUNGUS!!!!... I went to get my nails done and the person doing my nails didnt understand that I wanted a Gel full set and I gave me a manicure I was not sure what she was doing until she finished... Dhe finished and I told her that I wanted a full set not the manicure. She had already smoothed out my nail and applied oil. Because of the oil, when she glued the nails they didnt attach correctly and 7 days later I had lifting and I got fungus. I paid $45 for the nails and got the Careys done all for $60 plus her tip. Furtheremore, I had taken my mother with me on the same day, and she had her nails done and got fungus as well. I am not sure if they dont clean the equipment correctly.

I can tell you first hand this shop us filthy. It is infested with roaches & mosquitoes. Everyone in there seems clueless on what they are doing. In addition, they do not comprehend when you tell them to do your nails the way you perfer. They just shrug and have a terrible attitude. In addition, ITS NOT A RELAXING PLACE AT ALL. The last time I got my nails down Yessica completely messed up my gel nails. I developed a terrible fungus and another Co worker had to tell me that a doctor attention was needed. In addition, the gentlemen in the front had another worker sitting on his lap. ( I guess that is what they consider professionalism )

I really recommend this place! I had previously gone to an expensive place on south beach and was not happy at all, so i was looking for another place right away and found this one. I went to the Venetian nail spa twice. Once for a gel mani and the another time for a gel pedi and was happy on both ocasions. And the pedicure chairs have those massage rolls built in. The gel on my hands lasted a month and it was perfect, gel on my toes is still nice and its been more than a month. Will be back next time im in Miami. Thank you!

Went in yesterday for a pedicure/maincure around 6:30 (they close at 8, so should be plenty of time) and the guy who took me totally rushed me through everything, for a minute i thought because there were other people in line, but it was actually basically because he wanted to go home (i realized this because he left as quickly as he could after he was finished, so i must have come in right when he thought his shift was over. boo hoo, people do that to me all the time at my job, deal with it!).he was really manipulatative about it, handing me the menu and asking what kind of pedicure i wanted and then telling me that if i wanted my maincure there was no time for any special pedicure, so then i just got the regular one, which he did in about 20 minutes and he barely massaged my legs or feet, i mean seriously, about ten seconds on each side, and really careless, and i was really upset because i work on my feet a lot and i was really looking forward to relaxing and would have gotten a more expensive pedicure, and tipped more as well. anyway, while this was going on he tried to tell me that the type of manicure i should get was a special one that also took more time and i should come back on sunday (making the assumption i have time on sunday, which i dont...) so i made the appointment for sunday just to get him off my back, but im not going back there for anything.this is all after i told him im taking a trip on sunday night and wanted my nails to look good, and saying i dont have a lot of time on sunday and trying to tell him nicely that the manicure needed to be done when i was already there. you know, this is about my time, not his, just as when someone comes to my job, i dont rush them through the meal or drink just to go home. not cool.so yea, dont waste your time or money. these people dont care. :(On a positive note, if you are willing to drive about 15 minutes, there is a place in SOBE called Blush on Alton rd that I usually go to, they are AMAZING! I wish Id just stuck with my regular place, but I live on 77 so I thought to try somewhere closer. lesson learned!
