I walked in at 2:30 on a Sunday. They close at 6. Quan told me he wasn’t able to do any services exceptmanicure and pedicure. Ok, fine. He proceeds in telling me that for a toe polish change and acrylic removal that the service would be $60. I asked for a menu and I did my own math and realized that he was overcharging me. He started yelling at me highlighting this fact and toldme he isn’t going to help me. He helps several customers that walk in instead and left me at his chair unassisted. I feel helpless. This is unfair.

Walked in to see if I could get a dip (broke a nail) after waiting - 5 minutes to get someone to talk to me - told too busy right now. No offer to come back later. Just a totally rude brush off and zero customer service. Just recently bought winter home down here - will definitely not go back. The lack of customer survive a bit abhorrent in what is a very customer oriented. Referral business.

I love this place! My home away from home when in Miami from NYC. QUAN is the best - awesome pedicure, massage and he is always on time for appointments. Super clean establishment, good music and also flat screen TV if you prefer. Great color selection and convenient location. Five stars!

They advertise different prices than what they charge but its South Beach. Theres 20 nail salons on South Beach. I definitely wont be going back here. The lady that ended up doing my nails was fine, the first girl had such a nasty attitude she had no passion for her work like she hated doing it and she was doing a lousy amateur job. I dont even know if she had a license. When I pointed out that she cant leave my nails like this she said have this other lady do it. And I was very happy to get away from her. And there were flies flying around thats a sign of Filth its not clean. Its from have and if its from having food open and they need to handle that issue. There are certain Health codes are supposed to abide by. My nail tech the one that finally did my nails her station was clean and that was not an issue but when you see flies flying around theres an issue.

I made an appointment and when I got to the salon I had to wait 30 minutes more because the person who had to do my nails was busy. It seems disrespectful to me that I should wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment, the manager saw me leaving the salon and told me Dont Leave! Wait!Seriously?? how long ?? 1 hour more? I have been going to this salon for 4 months and today they lost a client. I prefer to go to the salon that is in front, BTW are cleaner and more polite.

Randomly stopped by this salon with a friend for mani and pedi and Quan greeted my friend and i with a warm and inviting personality, yet professional. My nails turned out great! I highly recommend!

I am not from Miami. But even consodering my hometown this is THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Very friendly staff. I am very demanding(apologetically) and they adhered to everything with no problem and continued to engage with me with positivity. I recommend to any and every one. They have a great sense of humor and an even greater sense of pride in their work. Came here with hubby on his birthday and after house of mac was a disaster they brightened his mood to assure he was beyond satisfied. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE !!!!

I got my nails done with Vincent, he has a great personality but he was TOO AGGRESSIVE & rushing with my nails ! I told him multiple times that he was hurting me but he Continued to be rough. I left the salon with cuts all on my fingers from him drilling & nail filing my skin. All for what for the nails to last me no more then 4 days! He did my nails on a Friday & by Monday morning I had about 5 nails in total that were still on. Don’t waste your money for nails that don’t even last a week !

Im from Houston, TX and visited Miami last week. My girlfriend and I stopped in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The service was awesome! The entire staff is so personable and welcoming. Thank you Kwan and Sabrina! We will definitely be back the next time were in Miami

Very pleased with my visit to this salon! Sabrina did an amazing job with my nails and eyebrows (threading). All for an incredibly affordable price! This place is clean and well kept plus its right next to my house and to the shops and restaurants in Lincoln Rd mall. I will be coming back for sure and recommend Sabrina to all of my friends!

This place is gross, unprofessional and dirty

My husband came for a walk in pedicure. He liked the job the technician did and made me an appointment for the following day with the same technician for a manicure and pedicure. I arrived and despite being late the tech put me in and she was very nice. Suddenly another employee started speaking to her in harsh tones so she then asked me if I made the appointment-I replied yes and thought the issue was that I was late and he was mad that she took me despite being late. A few minutes later same man comes to ask me how I am then identifies himself as the manager and starts lecturing me that they all take turns with customers there. I affirmed again that my husband made the appointment and that we didnt know. He then proceeded to berate the technician in Vietnamese for the better part of 15 minutes and when I asked her she said he didnt believe that we had requested her, but we had! She looked so upset and offended by him. Later he started arguing with a customer when she politely pointed out that something had not been checked over thoroughly by her tech and started telling her not to talk to him like that. He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. My tech apologized profusely and it definitely wasnt her fault. She did a good job however filed my nails at the end and its shellac so they have already started chipping 4 days later. However, I would not return here due to the obnoxious manager who takes his job way too seriously and is abusive to his staff.

Made an appointment for 3 pm but once I arrived for my appointment they told me to wait. I sat and waited for 20 minutes and no one even spoke to me again. Terrible customer service. Horrible staff

I have been here before because is conveniently close to work and home but previously I wouldn’t have recommended it, but this time here is different, there is a NEW administration and they have changed this place around, service is excellent, very friendly a nice service. All their tools are desinfected and clean. Great service. Definitely recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

Great gel manicure and pedicure. Staff is competent and very nice. Place is clean and they use sterilization for nails tools. It is also convenient the fact that place closes at 9 pm and it is walking distance to Lincoln road mall!

One Day After The Nail Tech Did My Dip Full Set One Of My Nails Cracked And I Had To Go Back For Her To Fix It And She Still Messed It Up. I Would Not Recommend Going To The Last Nail Tech In The Back Of The Salon For Dip Because She Doesn’t Know What She’s Doing.

Ive been coming here for a while because of Nicole, she has done my eyebrows wonderfully. Just went there today just to see if someone else could do them just as nicely since she is on vacation. To say the least I wont be coming back. There is a new guy there and I gave him a shot, first off the wax was cold on my eyebrows but I kept thinking He should know what hes doing wrong!! Left me basically how I came in and when I say you didnt do anything he response with the hair it too short to take out. And the other guy is agreeing with him that my hair it too short that the tweezers cant take them out. Hello!! Maybe u should have warm up the wax. Are u freaking kidding me!! Now I have to go home and basically do my eyebrows myself. Never again!!

I dont think they know the first thing about doing nails. Or cleaning. Very surprising given the area. Gel manicure was done so sloppy. She grinded off my previous gel polish rather than soaking off - now my nails are paper thin.

This place has been my go to salon. The staff is friendly and the salon is very comfortable and clean. I have never do disappointed in the quality of cleanliness and I love their talents.

Went in today, just to remove my nail extensions...ruined my nails, hurt them, not the least bit gentle and left my with no nails. :( theyre weak and short now) this has never happened to me.

Salon is very messy and does not look clean, Got my nails done, did not get what I came for. Instead, I left with a very unprofessional manicure. I got french nails and the lines look terrible! Paid 45$ plus 8$ for tip by card, not worth it! Posted a picture hopefully you guys can see.

Im from Texas and I went here for a pedicure while on vacation. The guy doing my pedi literally half did it (no massaging my legs, didnt file my toe nails, and barely scrubbed my feet) and they really charged $45 for the piss poor job they did. When I commented on it, he became irritated and rather than fixing the issue, offered to take $5 off the price. I was extremely disappointed and I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE. The establishment was also small and cramped and NOT CLEAN!

I highly recommend Kyle. He does the best nails, I just follow him wherever he goes and since he’s there, this place is great !

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Attitude was horrendous. Asked for a favor from one of the workers there, and they pretty much told me to **eff off.*** Over priced and unsanitary. And they over charged me when checking out. Absolute dishonest and tried to push me to leave tip even after they charged me $5 over on their mistake. Go down the block to love nail salon. Visiting Miami Beach and wanted to get a relaxing facial. Got the full facial which was absolutely relaxing and refreshing.

Please is terrible. Paid for a deluxe pedi. Got very mechanically rushed and aggressive service. I indicated that my feet were burned from the sun and the lady still was very aggressive.I pointed out that hot stones were included in the service and that I never received them.I demanded to speak to the owner after my card was charged incorrectly twice already and after speaking with the owner he told me he would not make a change to what I was charged even though I didn’t receive what I asked for.This place was one of the worst pedi experiences I’ve ever had.

No no no the lady doing my fill in rushed & flipped the polish on so thick it barely dried then the worst part was that there were flying termites everywhere the lady said look and I said ewwe she tried to kill it with the nail file she was using on me. The bugs were flyibg sroubd on my feet & i coufnt move. There were so many flying around I wanted to scratch omg. if my place up the street didnt close at 8 i would never went here but again i dont suggest going here

Stay away! This was my 2nd visit, only bec everyone can have a bad day. But alas, it was just as bad this time. Their English is Terrible! So instructions are hard to follow. They were very rude, barking orders at me 4 times to sit down. I said dont i have to pick out my color? They dont have a large selection of colors, so beware. I asked for 2 things, neither of which was done, bec. I dont believe they couldnt understand me. Also, a pedi is $30...fyi.

I came in a little late on a Saturday night. My friends and I walked in at 8:20, 40 mins before closing. Because they were busy, we werent seen until 8:45 which is understood.My concern however isnt with the time or the volume of customers, its with the cleanliness of the establishment.I came in for a pedicure. The nail tech sat me in a chair that was previously occupied by another girl. Immediately after she got up, the nail tech drained the tub and started running warm water. The tub was never scrubbed or wiped down. In addition to the tub, the nail techs tools were not clean. She had pulled her cuticle cutter out of a random drawer in her station; my friends told me that their nail techs had used tools in sterized packs. My nail tech used nail files that were obviously used on other people. They were filthy and covered in nail dust. This is unacceptable.Im also a bit irritated with the inconvenience. The nail tech did not want to run my debit card. Im assuming this is because the machine was shut off for closing. She asked me to go to the atm around the corner to pull out cash to pay her. Im not too familiar with the area but this is a pretty unsafe request at 9pm regardless of location. When I came back, she had already decided how much I was going to tip her. When I told her that I actually wanted to give her 20% for her services and if I could have the rest of my change back, she got irritated.If you decide to go here, please be careful and make sure that the instruments they are using on you are clean to avoid risk of infection.

Im so pissed at myself for going there! From the kind of places that make me wanna leave miami ahead of time! They charged me 65$ for the worst gel manicure i ever got and even worse pedicure! The guy there was interrupted all the time, seems to be the manager.. He was painting half my nails and when i showed him he got irritated and kept saying nooo its pretttyyy. He didnt even know he has to finish a gel with alcohol!!! Hated it! Overpriced and no return!

WORST manicure ever. They use a bad quality nail polish, and one of my nails was ruined after 4 min (I opened a menu at a restaurant). The guy cut and painted my nails wors than a 3 year old child. Extremely disappointed, I really dont recommend this place at all.
