If it were possible to leave no stars but still leave a review I would.We made an appointment for 5 people for a bridal party three weeks in advance. No one even bothered to call us until the day of when they said that they needed us to come in later. When we originally called we said that all 5 would be doing dip. They decide to tell us the morning of that they only have one nail tech who knows how to do dip... when we booked 5 at one time... weeks ago.With the exception of one tech everyone here is incredibly rude. The manager (I’m assuming that’s what she is) had no clue how to manage more than one person at a time. We were told that only one tech knew how to add tips to nails. I’m not even sure anyone here is certified by the state to do nails as there are no certifications anywhere as normal salons do.I’ve been here for 3 hours and I have not seen anyone clean a single thing despite having the sign on the door that they are sanitizing.Don’t waste your time here.

Loved the experience. The technician was very attentive to detail, and understood me without words 😁 I decided to go with a neutral color today, and I love it. My last mani from here was looking good even after 4 weeks, hopefully this one will too :)

After 15 years of getting a manicure done with the same person I decided I wanted change. I wanted someone who is dedicated and who loves their job. Whose priority is to leave a smile on their customers face, who is focused and detailed, and who’s work is phenomenal. Debbie is that exact person, she loves her job. I highly recommend her !

Also called ahead, said it would be 50 but charged me 80+ Nail technician also made an INAPPROPRIATE comment about my undergarments matching my dress like da fuk you looking up my dress for. Straight haters. Technician got irritated when I asked her to do my nails differently. I left a good tip because of the pandemic but regret it. Decent job but not if you want to be around negative vibes

Last Tuesday, I was in a hurry and saw this salon on Google Maps. I decided to give a try. The lady who took care of me was really nice but today, Saturday, after only four days, the nail polish is completely falling apart. I’m not very given to leave reviews but, honestly, I feel ripped off since they are not cheap at all. Would not recommend it.

I have been coming here for 6 years. And have always had a great experience. Appointments work and are kept and if by chance they are running late (has only happened a couple of times in all these years) you will get a call. I usually try to book with Lorraine who is amazing, very thorough and detailed. But have had manis and pedis with other technicians and they have always done a good job. They have a huge selection of colors from different brands. And my mani pedis last a long time. Also everyone is very friendly. I really enjoy going to this place. I always leave with great looking nails after a relaxing experience!

I love how Hazzell does my nails. I just didn’t like how Ayde, the new lady that is in charge of scheduling appointments, treated me. I arrived 10 min. late, but called saying I was going to be late. When I arrived, she just stared at me and pointed at the clock like if I hadn’t let her known I was going to be late. She also just served other customers drinks and didn’t even offer me any. This is a good place to get your nails done but just be aware of this lack of good service provided by the front desk lady.

I only went there once and was very very disappointed by the poor quality of the products and service. The biggest issue was the price; when I called to schedule my service I was told that it will cost $50. When I was done, the lady at the reception charged me $65 and when I asked her why she was super rude and said that she never said $50. I also got a nail repair and they charged me an additional $5 which is fine but 3 days after another nail broke so I had to come back and repair it and this time they charged me $10. Again, I asked why and said that last week they charged me $5 and they said no, its $10. 5 days after a 3rd nail broke and then I realized that the products theyre using are just bad and have decided to never come back again.They wont let you try the colors, its all behind the receptionist so you wont be able to get near it.

I came in for a mani. They wanted to charge me 75 bucks after the fact without having disclosed the extra fees prior. All the nails chipped within 3 days. I went in a few days later to show them and I had to wait 5 days to schedule the “touch up”. When I called 15 minutes before my appointment, they said I had no appointment. At the scheduled time, they call me back telling me I have an appointment and that I need to be there at that time. This is run by a bunch of clowns.

I’ve been going to HM for awhile now. The 2 owners are wonderful. The place has been updated and is warm and comfortable. They have a vast majority of nail colors to select from.I have the same nail technician each time I go and she remembers how I like my nails done. She patiently does the designs I choose.The atmosphere itself is comfortable and relaxing. Although music is played it is not loud or disruptive.I enjoy going there.

I was really pleased with my experience and how the nail tech who was also the owner of the salon cared about what I wanted to did exactly that. She’s did an amazing job on my nails. Next time I’m here in Miami, I’ll definitely be going back.

Very disappointed. Saw good reviews so I went here on vacation for a dip polish. Nails were uneven lengths, color came out different than I expected from swatches, and the clear top coat on my nails was textured even after she tried to fix it. Not worth the 50 dollars

My gel dipped nails are perfect. Merlyn is my go to girl for long lasting perfect dipped nails. The customer service is above and beyond any I have experienced at a nail salon. Mommy daughter days here are always perfection. Prices are very resonable.

Such great service! We were a party of three . We all recieved pedicures. The deluxe pedicure . It is a little pricey however, totally worth it. The women were extremely nice and welcoming and took their time. Very relaxing and put us to sleep. My tech even helped me put on my sandals to make sure my toes did not get messed up .

Maryoris does fantastic work, takes her time, and is also fun to chat with! She’s very precise and makes excellent color recommendations. HM is my regular nail salon. Keep up the great work, ladies!

Went to get nails done and informed that they didn’t have anyone on staff that could do acrylic

Stopped by today for an eyebrow wax and had THE WORST experience. The technician literally waxed off 1/3 of my eyebrow. When I went to the front very upset and said I wasnt paying for the service, the women at the desk was so rude. She kept saying she didnt see what the problem was even though it was painfully obvious what had happened. The women that did the waxing kept saying my eyebrows were like that when I came in, which they most definitely were not. My skin gets very red after a waxing and you could see that she went too high up with the wax because my skin was red in that area. You would think that if a client was that upset, angry and near tears because a chunk of her eye brow was missing that they would do something to make it right, like not charging for the service. But no, all I got was a bunch of attitude from them. I said I was never coming back and would be leaving a bad review as soon as I could and they said go ahead. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Consider your self warned.

Poor customer service! Won’t return...I went here to get a pedicure and have been at HM before with no issues. Asked for the 35 dollar pedicure rather than express which includes hot towel and massage. Got emergency call from boss and had to leave immediately. I never got my toenails polished and received no massage or hot towel service but was still charged 35. The nail lady threw a hot towel over my legs as I am trying to get up lolI guess to warrant the 35 dollar price tag. I don’t even expect a discount though I didn’t receive the whole service I paid for. Total Greed! An owner/Mgr who actually cared would at LEAST say come back tomorrow and we will paint your nails at the minimum!! All they cared about was the money and I even tipped 7 dollars as I rushed out the door and didn’t have time to argue. Sad because this nail salon is very convenient to my gym! The pedicurist was nice though.

I’ve been coming to HM Nail Salon since they opened and have been going to Haydi, one of the owners, for at least 5 years. She does my acrylic nails exactly how I like them and is always gentle on my hands and feet!! This is the only nail salon I would recommend in all of Miami Beach in terms of quality and cleanliness, they are the best at what they do! I also had my lashes filled here and would highly recommend the lash expert.

Very unprofessional and disorganized.I called them to make an appt, then I called to say I’m running late due to traffic and they said they already took my appt and have it to someone else. I said how? Since my appt is in 5 min, not that I didn’t show up and that my appt time is still valid. Then the lady says to come for 6pm and when I get there in my Uber was hey said to wait an hour+ even though I made an appt for the time I arrived on time for.

I have been coming to H&M Salon for more than a year already. Best nail experience I have ever had! I have been approached in the streets asking who does my nails all this time. I’ve never written a bad review before, but feel like I owe one to HM. They don’t back up their terrible service after paying the expensive gel manicure price. I’ve been there 3 times fixing and redoing my gel manucure that i just had done. Paying each time a bloody fortune to fix the nails they messed up on a few Dayan before. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Gel polish only lasted two days before it started chipping and peeling. I’ve never had that to happen to a gel manicure. Planning to do our nails before we left for vacation; we decided to wait & get them done when we got to Miami. (10/28/16) We went to the first salon we seen & HM Nail got our business. We were very impressed, our men got mani-pedis! Boy were they happy. The staff did an awesome job taking care of us 4. Best Pedi Ive ever received, very good attention to detail when applying colour and super friendly staff

My daughter and I were in Miami for the day before our cruise. She received a wonderful French manicure that lasted now for 9 days. Her manicurist was professional and courteous, I wish I had gotten her name. I on the other hand, received a marginal pedicure and an unacceptable gel manicure, as the polish started peeling after two days. On top of that, I was asked what kind of mani/pedi I would like and asked for the classic, which was prices at $45. I expected to pay extra for the gel polish, but did not expect the upcharge of $30. I paid the $75 fee and tipped the manicurist 20%, but now feel that I should have refused to pay that much. I feel I was ripped off since they knew we were not locals.

Clean, friendly establishment with many polish colors to select from (regular and shellac). Regular pedi and mani lasted for several weeks. I will be back on my next visit to miami!

My mom and I went in to get manicures for her birthday and I was very dissapointed with the manicure I received. My cuticles were not left looking clean and well cut and my gel polish was applied not only on my nail, but on the skin surrounding my nail which makes the polish peel off quickly rather than last a few weeks. My moms manicure, on the other hand, was flawless. Erit, the woman who did her nails, did an incredible job! Our bill was $80 for two gel manicures and I would only go back if Erit was doing my nails.

Got the worst manicure ever!The shape was awful: 3 nails in the square shape and 2 oval(on both hands). The gel started getting off in the first day. The girl didnt how to do nails so she didnt do what I wanted! Told her not to cut the nails and she still did them so short !!!!Now I gotta reshape my nails by myself and grow them again for few weeks! Such a bad service!
