I have a honda pilot, the paint is chipping on the bumper in different areas. The Royal Honda service person sent me to nola collision for an evaluation. He looked at the bumper and said wear and tear and I caused it by putting things in my truck. I know that chipping paint is under warranty. My car is less than a year old and has low mileage. I dont know why he submitted a statement that I should pay for repair. The car is under warranty. I think that improper paint was used. No way this is normal.

Initial impressions was less than impressive, but the quality of work was more than satisfactory.

After 4 days I called them girl said she would call me back she did not after 7 days they called me but I had my van fixed somewhere else. Guess I was not important to call back

After going to lakeside collision center THREE times. This place found the problem that they couldn’t find. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any collision services that may need to be done. Chris was the person who helped me out after telling him what was going and and lord and behold, when I got my car back, it was perfect.

They did a good job repairing the dent and blending the new paint to match the 15 year old paint. They discovered some additional damage and handled it all with the insurance company. They even cleaned the inside of my car! Very pleased with their work.

Not only were they incredibly friendly but they were honest with what the damage was, was the price would be, and what their recommendation was. The service was excellent. I received text messages daily keeping me updated on the progress. The work on my car was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. When I picked up my vehicle it looked like a new car. The inside was detailed like a new car. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was remarkable. Nola collision repainted my Honda Civic which had a lot of peeling paint on it due to a factory problem with the original paint job. My car looks like new. Looks fantastic! Chris and his crew get five stars from me. Thank you so much for helping me as you did. You even added the little stripes on each side of my car, and you didn’t have to. I’m so proud of my car now. Before, I was embarrassed to be seen driving in it. But I’m not anymore. I love it.

Great service polite staff and grade A work. Dropper my car off Tuesday and had it back on Friday same week. Needed the front bumper replaced and it was done quick and right. The shop even painted on a piece that was vinyl before and it came out excellent.

Great experience with Nola Colission. They completed work on my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe earlier than expected. It looked almost like new when done and was nicely cleaned and detailed upon return.

Staff is friendly and very informative. Three stars because not pleased with how my car ended up looking. Paint job is great but the actual work on the panels, trim, etc is not good. This is just my experience and Im comparing it to a car that had similar work done at another facility and is barely noticeable that it was in a collision.

I took my Honda Civic in to get its shabby paint job repaired. Not only did they do a fantastic job with that, they also cleaned the hell out of the inside of the car. AND they apparently repaired the tiny dents in my doors from parking lot damage. The front desk area was spotless, the people were friendly and helpful, the work was finished in half the time I was told. Id give them more stars if I could!

Good Customer service, but only ok at job. My had to take my car into this shop for some bumper replacement and paint job through my insurance. There were lot of imperfections when the job was done which could have been identified if there was some sort of thorough quality check. But when I pointed out, they were more than willing to accept the issues and ready to correct it.

This was the most professional and friendly group of people Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only were they always professional and friendly, they went beyond the scope of just repairing my vehicle. Chris and the rest of the NOLA Collision Staff are absolutely the best!!!!

Excellent! I brought my car here (2013 Nissan 370Z) because it was one of the shops included in Geicos Auto Repair Xpress program.On the morning of my appointment, I was met by the adjuster from Geico and the manager of NOLA CC. My rental car was also already there waiting for me.During the week it took to repair my car, I received continual text updates and phone calls from NOLA CC keeping me updated to the status of the repairs.They did a fantastic job with the repairs and the car looks perfect. I also received a lifetime warranty from NOLA CC (along with another warranty from Geico) on all work that was performed. They also used all factory, OEM Nissan parts for the repair. No aftermarket or other cheapo parts were used.The only negative was I had to return a few days after I picked my car up. The entire hood had needed to be replaced (and therefore painted with color and clearcoat) and I noticed there were some swirl marks in the clearcoat on the hood. However, they were able to polish them out in less than a half hour and send me on my way. To be fair, you could only see the swirl marks on an angle on a perfectly sunny day, and since they were able to correct it so quickly, I dont hold it against them.
