Was caught in a bind, late in the day. Drove to Delta, where my tire was at 1psi. They were about to close, but decided to knock out this patch job real quick. Went to pay for it and they said it was complimentary. OUTSTANDING JOB DELTA!!! THANK YOU!

My tire pressure kept dropping so I figured it was punctured by an object and found Delta. Firstly, customer service was super awesome! Dane was professional, friendly, and helpful upon approaching me. Secondly, Dane told me the wait would be an hour but it was done within 30 minutes. Thirdly, the price for a patch is reasonable. Finally, you can’t miss the location; It’s between Ruth Chris and CC’s Cafe! There is also coffee, a snack machine, and little bottles of water inside while you wait.

They damaged a couple of my wheel studs but replaced them and mounted the wheels back up free of charge. Whole process was great. Very polite, professional, and accommodating crew.

The wait is horrible. Installed all shocks wrong. the day I got it installed always made noise in the front driver side and rear. The alignment was horrible too. I told them that the rear was making sounds and the alignment wasnt good and they blamed it on my suspension or something. I have some time to do my own repair I noticed this. Missing washer on driver rear. passenger rear bushing upside down and loose. All the suspension was assembled improperly. Also got my truck alignment there too. horrible. went to another shop great.

This big chunk of metal was in my tire. Delta World Tire got the metal chunk out, the tire patched, and put back on all in less than an hour on a busy Saturday morning! Cost less than $30 to patch even with the large hole.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had brand new wheels and tires put on my 2018 Tundra. Brought it here for an alignment and they scratched all four of my wheels with their alignment tool! Have gone back and forth with the management and corporate office; they just keep giving me the run around claiming their equipment didn’t do it even tho their alignment tool matches up perfectly with the scratches on all four wheels. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused on my brand new wheels. Really terrible company. Do not trust your vehicle with them!

Went here due to a flat tire, so I drove there on a spare. I paid $110 for a new tire, just to find out they could not put it on. They claimed that the lugs were too tight on my spare and it would break if they tried to take it off. Which is fair, but that was not the case. So I told them I would just drive my car back to my house because I was not paying for a tow truck. The guy at the front made rude comments about my decision to drive it home. I was not paying $200 for a tow truck to tow my car 5 minutes away. So I took my car, turns out that the guy loosened the bolts on my tire and did not attempt to tighten them back up... KNOWING I was about to drive on the spare. I also paid the full amount that included a tire installation that never happened. I drove home, called my dad for him to drive an hour to my house, and my dad easily got the bolts off my tire with a lug wrench in less than 3 minutes, and then he put my new tire on for me. I was without a car for 5 days before my dad could come help me, and drove dangerously home because these guys could not simply take my spare tire off. I also felt really uncomfortable with the way the guy at the front desk was talking to me and making me feel like I knew nothing about cars, which I do because my dad builds race cars, because I am a woman And I was by myself. Trust me, I face a lot of toxic masculinity in my life because of being a woman, and this place was definitely filled with it. I would not recommend this shop AT ALL!

Literally every repair was unnecessary or broken.They replaced a battery that had a warranty on it, they replaced my ignition and door locks and while I was driving both of those literally fell out. See attached picture. It sounds unbelievable because it was!I spent money on Uber and hours of my time waiting on transport to bring it back to their shop to fix what they messed up and had to go back 3 times and the problem still never was fixed.They cost me 500 bucks and hours of my time and I STILL have to bring it to a body shop.Absolute nightmare, I would AVOID this place and Brian Henning the manager treats customers poorly and needs to be fired ASAP.Edit: Emailed them at the email they provided in the response to this review and never heard back. Par for the course.Stay far away from this company.

I went in because my tire pressure light wouldn’t go out. They gave the best customer service: checked my pressure, reset the sensors and told me to have a good day! I will be going back there when it’s tire time!!! Thank you!

Been going here for over 2 decades. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Never feel pressured to buy anything unlike some places. Usually in and out within a reasonable time based on repairs. If a repair is going to take a bit one of the staff members offers to bring me where I need to be. Always leave satisfied with the repairs and the bill. As long as there in business they will have mine!

I use my car for work, so I’m here often. They always provide great service...quick too! I would recommend them to anyone

Make sure they offer you road hazard I brought two tires a few months ago now I need a repair. I called and was told me I didn’t get the road hazard, well that’s because no one offered it to me. I asked was there warranty and was told yes, but clearly not!

After a bad experience and a caring owner who looks at his Google respondes I got a call from the manager Brian this morning. He was very responsive and asked me to let him make the bad experience a good one and to make it right. I gave them a second chance and he did.I changed my review to reflex the outcome. I went here this past Saturday for the second time because one of my tires kept going low. They were able to patch the tire and I was on my way. Both times here they have been able to fix the tire, after other places told me the tires needed replaced! They are always friendly, and dont try to take advantage by telling me tires that can be fixed should be replaced. I appreciate this so much! Especially since Im going in there without my husband, many car places would try to get as much money as they could from a female, but not here! This is the only place I will go now for tire issues. Its hard to find a place that is friendly and does a great job, but this is it!

Consumer beware ... These people are SCAM ARTISTS. We gave them our last $100 to fix a problem with the alternator. They claimed it was a simple problem to fix, a diode needed to be changed out. When we got our vehicle back, we were able to drive it for a few city blocks and thats where it stayed. They tampered with the *electrical* system (which they admitted!) ... and now *nothing* works properly! We could not move it any further .. we had to wait until the following month in order to have our vehicle towed to our property. When we called them about the problem ... they didnt even offer to have it towed back to their shop in order to look at it. We argued with them to no avail. While our vehicle was stranded (thanks to Delta) someone broke into our vehicle and stole over FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of tools. Nice job guys! Just so you know how crooked they are ... the vehicle Im referring to is owned by a VETERAN OF FOREIGN WARS (and they knew this).

Would not recommend this place. Brought my truck here to get aligned and they call me ten minutes later telling me that my lower balljoints are bad and they cant warranty my alignment. So I decide to let them just do the alignment because It was an extra $800 dollars to replace the ball joints. They call me back about 2 hours later and tell me they aren’t fooling with my truck and that they cant adjust the camber. So i preceded to try and ask the guy on the phone what was wrong and WHY they could’nt fix it. He could not answer my question and was certain that my “frame was bent”. Didnt charge me a dollar which was the only positive feedback I got from the entire experience. Brought my truck to Sterling Automotive the next day and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. So I know what the real problem was... they have lazy mechanics that dont want to fool with things that take a little more time and effort. WILL NOT ever go back to this place or reccomend it to anyone. Sterling Automotive for the win.P.S my frame was not bent, the alignment was very bad though. Guy had me freaking out for no reason.

I patronize their Kenner location most of the time but I have gotten good service from their Metairie shop as well. Their Kenner store has had the same managers in place for a long time, which says a lot.

Beware! NO STARS!!! I have had 3 cars that I brought in for alignments in the past year and had more front end damage from the faulty alignments done by this place! We finally figured it out after spending so much money here and there at a mechanic for front end work and they could not figure out what the clanking, loose noises were. We pretty much replaced everything on the front ends (ball joints, struts, etc on 2 Lexus’s and 1 Toyota) We then went to get an alignment at Lasang’s on vets and all 3 cars are perfect now! Delta tire is so messed up! Moral of the story, if you had an alignment here before and constantly hear noises in the front end, it’s from this place!

After spending 125.47 to have a tire mounted, balanced, and a luxury alignment, my car has been pulling to the left more than previously and my rear wheels pulling back and forth on the interstate, when I called for assistance the representative was rude, vague, and reluctant to help. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Great place. I needed a new battery, and I was in and out in just over an hour - exactly what they had told me.

This tire store has good prices. However, unless you do not mind waiting for several hours and I mean close to a half a day, this store is not for you. At least it was not for me. I phoned ahead to verify if they were busy and they told me if I arrived at their store/shop quickly, there were only two cars ahead of me. When I arrived there were still two cars ahead of me. The front desk person told me it would be 45 minutes before my car would be pulled into a tire stall. After one hour, my car had not made it into a stall. I asked the front desk person if he could give me a new estimate on the time to get my car into the stall. He told me they were just fixing to pull my car in now. Haha not even remotely close. I believe they dedicate 4 stalls for car repairs and maybe two for tire replacement or tire repairs. This is just a guess on my part but I will tell you that the employees who install new tires and repair cars act like they are part of a labor union as they move about as fast as Gary the Snail on Sponge Bob. After another 15 minutes and no sign of my car being pulled into a bay, I asked for my keys back and left. I am in no way affiliated with Phil Meraux Tire Store in Covington but i will tell you that I could drive over the Causeway for the 30 mile drive, go to Phil Merauxs Tire Store and have new tires installed and drive back to Metairie in less time that it would take for Delta Tire World to install new tires. Very poorly run business and yet they are packed with customers. Maybe it is just me who doesnt like waiting while watching the employees work as if they were placed into a slow motion time frame. Never again will I attempt to give Delta my business.
