My experience with purchasing the Macan from Porsche of New Orleans was awesome! The team met and exceeded expectations from the onset including the process of virtual interaction. I travel about 80% of time throughout the state so my time is limited and within 24 hours the team completed the purchase process which included personalizing my vehicle based on preference settings and smart technology. Shortly after my purchase I had 30 minutes before leading a Zoom call and they offered to give me space in the dealership however I needed to do lunch and the Zoom meeting at the same time in which the Porsche of New Orleans team recommended a restaurant less than a few minutes away. Scheduled my appointment in advance. The day I arrived I was assisted promptly. I was told that I needed a ride home and was immediately set up with transportation to and from the dealership. As far as the service, I received updates to my cell phone letting me know the progress and time frame. The entire process was efficient and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Just had my vehicle serviced due to a warranty issue. They gave me an awesome loaner car! They are always very professional and courteous to me at this dealership! Great place to buy a Porsche!! Great Service after the Sale!

Perhaps one of the worst Porsche dealerships I’ve ever encountered. I served as a regional Porsche Club President with many dealerships and serviced and purchased cars throughout the years. My experience with this dealership exemplified a level of incompetence that’s hard to explain and harder to fathom. Suggest you seek service elsewhere unless it’s in warranty. Suggest you purchase elsewhere if you can find better sales support. Sad I have to share this review, I usually write very positive reviews.

The experience at the dealership was fine but the car broke down on the second day I had it. The computer managing the dash cluster went out. They are not sure when they will be able to get a new computer for the car so right now i am driving a loaner car. So I have no idea when I will get my vehicle back and neither do they.

This dealership truly makes you feel like family. I purchased a GT3 from Porsche of New Orleans while doing a euro delivery (my local dealerships wouldn’t even consider it) and won’t buy another from anywhere else. No games, no gimmicks, just absolute honesty and truly professional service. Andy Shobel was my sales advisor, and he’s truly a stand up guy. Andy is very personable person, and kept me informed every step of the way making sure my car was arranged and delivered as one would expect when buying from Porsche. From interaction with the sales manager, to the finance office, no one skips a beat to go out of their way and make sure you walk away with a smile. Coming from the Houston area where we have 3 dealerships locally and making a trip to New Orleans to purchase a car should say a lot for this dealership. Definitely top notch, and definitely a dealership others should mimic in order to have a repeat customer. Never trust this dealership! They are dishonest, sell new cars as damaged and are do not honor their promises. I made the mistake of buying from their dealership from a distance a brand new 2020 911 and the vehicle had clear body damage on pick up notated by the trucking company. Nate their dishonest salesman insisted they would remedy the problem as all he cares about is getting paid and loaded the damaged car. The dealer has done nothing but ignore me and the problem. All they care about is getting your money and then running away. I have bought tens of cars over the years and never had such a horrible experience. There are good Porsche dealers and this is not one of them! Stay away and go elsewhere. I am left with a $160,000 damaged car that was sold as a perfect new car.
I searched and found my 911 online and in communication with the folks at Porsche of New Orleans. Josh Weiss and Nate did a great job guiding me through the process. The communication was excellent and I was extremely pleased with the entire process. A+ to the folks in the Big Easy!
Went to purchase a used Lexus SUV and dealt with Nate. Loved the car and purchased it. They are knowledgeable and things went very smoothly. I would purchase from this dealer again, however I tend to keep cars for several years.

Stopped by Sunday night while in town from Baton Rouge to take a look at an specific Cayenne that my wife wants. I was greeted by a belligerent security guard who yelled out, “what the blank are you doing, the lot is closed, leave now!” I informed him that I’m a customer of the brand, just taking a quick look a certain stock number. He then replied, “I don’t give a blank, leave now!” I have never been so disrespected in my life! I will not be returning to this location, EVER! Instead we will just order from the Baton Rouge location where we are allowed to browse after hours.

Had an unbelievably fantastic experience at Porsche of New Orleans. My wife and I had our daughter follow us from North Carolina to Xavier University of Louisiana for her Sophomore year. Friday night we met up for dinner, upon leaving the restaurant I noticed my right front tire was flat. Had my car towed to Porsche of New Orleans that night around 1130 pm. Saturday morning around 0830 am my wife and i headed to the dealership to see if they would be able to replace my tire, we were 5 mins away and Ms. Duet called me and asked what I needed, I told her a new tire and that I was on my way. Ms. Duet greater my wife and I like we were long time friends, she informed us that we would be taken care. I was nervous since we were scheduled to be on the road heading back to North Carolina that day, our tire was changed, my car was washed and we were treated like royalty! The first set of people who helped us were unhelpful as they were not willing to negotiate, but Sean helped us the second time we came in and he was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend working with him . Overall, the experience was pleasant . You are always treated as though you are their favorite customer and they all go out of their way to help you and answer any questions you have. My fourth Porsche in a row, and let me tell you - Porsche of New Orleans is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I live 4 1/2 hours away and have tried several Porsche dealerships. I put about 30k miles a year on a car. I began with them a few years ago, having them service my last car. After using three other dealerships I can say they are top notch. When I got ready to buy my next one, they made me a deal I couldnt refuse. Ryan, the store manager is a straight up guy. The service department is on the ball. Im not going to sugar coat anything - service on these cars isnt cheap if it isnt under warranty, but if there is anything they can avoid charging for, they do it. They are 100% a customer store.

Nate was Great! I came in by myself, and he didnt hassle or pressure me into anything. He was extremely informative, and made me feel comfortable and confident about my Macan. He was very patient, we test drove several models, and he gave me exact specs on each one. I went back months later for an oil change, he remembered who I was, and made sure everything was still going smoothly. No complaints at all, and I am now #teamporsche for the rest of my days! I can honestly say it was a great experience.

Went to get oil change on my scheduled appointment. 5 hours later it still had not been done. I think the appointment time should be strictly abided.I was asked if I needed it done soon, I answered no not knowing it would take more than 5 hours. Then why even bother to set an appointment time.Wish there is better communication next time.Thank you.
Took my Boxster S in for an oil change, and inspection. They wrecked it while it was there, it was repaired at a body shop owned by Ray Brandt (did an OK job repairing it - but certainly not high quality work). When I got my car back there was a very serious rattle that was not there when I took it in. I took it back and they recommended a repair for around $2200. I checked the part price at another Porsche dealer and it was 40% less (which made me more skeptical). After that I took it to another Porsche repair shop, they inspected and showed me that the suspension repair that New Orleans Porsche recommended to correct the new rattle was not needed.I still have the rattle so I am not happy with the dealership.It looks like the only thing they care about is the $$$, with zero interest in quality work or happy customers.
I had an oil change and 10k mile check. I’m happy with the service and will be bringing my 911 back for further service and regular maintenance.

Porsche of New Orleans has an amazing team of people from the moment you walk in the door. I wasnt sure of what caused my battery to drain quickly in my car. Antonio and Chad assured me the service team would perform a full analysis and figure out what was wrong. I recieved a call identifying the problem and the simple fix. Many dealerships would have tried to create a problem in order to charge me for a repair....Porsche did not....they are honest and provide all viable options to the car owner. They are the only place I trust to work on my 911.
