Fast, friendly and knowledgeable, exactly what I was looking for on a Friday. I did end up having to go back on Sunday because the air pressure in my tires was incorrect and the right side was 10 lb lighter than the left when I pulled up I believe his name was Troy came to ask me what I was there for service wise. Troy was extremely rude and had no idea what he was doing. When I tried to tell him I just wanted the air pressure in my tires fixed properly he stared at me and then went to walk away while mumbling while I guess you can just wait then.... Super unprofessional on his part thankfully the rest of his co-workers on Friday were fantastic.

Great staff! I explained because I have high mileage Id like to use the best they had, he brought the product from downstairs & explained the ins & outs of the product. Changed my oil filter as well. Was not pressured to have any other services that I didnt want. The staff was so happy & was even dancing whole they did their work. Communication between the guys was a hit as well. I went on Mothers Day for a super urgent inspection. I did not get anybodys name, but the young man with the ear plugs was especially helpful in explaining what I needed to do to pass. After a quick trip to the auto parts store, I went back and the guys got the inspection done quickly. Fast and friendly service all around. And, yeah, they greeted me with a cold bottle of water. :D

Need a oil change so I went to take 5 had good customer service with the employees received a bottle of water hot day yesterday and would like to be apart of the team

OMG I received the best service ever today! The wait was very short and the actual process took about 10 min. They communicated with me throughout the whole experience. They even replaced the little air caps on my tires. The crew even sang happy birthday song to the lady in the car next to me. This is my new oil change spot!

I was the last person in and they didn’t turn me away and say oh we are closing or we are closed, they asked me to give them just a moment and they would get me through ASAP. They were very busy and they got through about 5 vehicles in 15-20 minutes with excellent attitudes and a great display of teamwork. I would absolutely use this location again.

Seth & the entire team made sure we got the correct oil changes! The guys working here made our experience one of a kind. My husband and I usually take our cars to the original Jeep dealer but we were in a rush and had to time to set up and appointment and decided to stop at Take 5 instead, and we were in and out in about 30 mins for both of our cars.

I didn’t get everyone’s names otherwise I’d list them all, but Seth first greeted me and gave me a water bottle while I waited today! Fast and simple and the crew was funny and carefree. They seem to enjoy what they do and are good at it!

They take pride in their ability to work fast while also using great care for your vehicle servicing needs. I only go here now for my oil change and state inspection. Guys were cool and all but after oil change my check engine light came on so not sure if its just a cycle process on my car or something but yea. Update check engine light went off and car runs good

This is my favorite take five to go to. They are always friendly always upbeat always honest. They make sure when I have my kids in the car that they get a juice. They offer water. And they take the time to explain what goes on with my vehicle even though I know what I’m therefore we do have a discussion on it they check everything top off all my fluids. I absolutely love the staff here and it doesn’t matter what time of day I go the staff is always amazing

My oil change wait was over 40 minutes with only one vehicle in front of me. This is my third time at this location and its the same thing each time. All the employees seem to be too busy goofing off and chatting that it slowed everything way down. The 5 minute oil change took more like 10 and the wait was even longer. If they were better organized and efficient, this location would be more productive. Find another location if possible.

It’s been a while since I paid for an oil change, but I was recommended to use this location. Now I’m not sure what the going rate is but I feel like $123 (without a filter change because they were out of stock) is expensive. I did use Mobil 1 synthetic (that’s what I normally buy and use in my vehicle) and I know they’re “top line” but I wasn’t expecting that price tag. Even with getting a $10 off courtesy of the tech (Izaiha was wonderful and through on explaining everything) and military discount I still spent $92.

I am a fan, kids loved hanging out in the car while the work was being done. Got in and out quick. Thanks!

Quick, and easy. They do charge a little more, but that’s what happens when you pay for convenience.If you think it’s too expensive, or they’re “overcharging” you shut up. Stop complaining and either change your own oil or go somewhere else where they make you make an appointment 24 hours in advance just to take 6 hours to change your oil

I went in at around 5, and was told they were running with one less person and they apologized that it was a wait. But it was a quicker service than any oil change I’d gotten in the past. There was an older gentlemen that greeted me and was very nice. Two younger guys serviced my car I believe their names were Ian and Keith. I was having a bad day and they were so kind and made lots of jokes and actually made my day much better. This place is great and I will definitely be going here for oil changes in the future. Even though this location was short staffed, as relayed to me by an associate upon my arrival, these guys got me in and out of there quite quickly! They had 3 bays open that were all full with 1 other car waiting when I arrived, but I was in and done in about 40min, considering they only had 2 guys up above and 1 in the pit that is great timing!! They were all very professional and never seemed annoyed or complained that more cars were arriving and adding to their already busy day!

Theese guys are the real deal! I come here with my wife all the time, and they always take care of us! Today they were a bit short staffed but I did not mind the wait, they’re always so nice and super knowledgeable, this team is definitely the one to trust! When you come ask for Richard, or Chris, Ben or Brad! They’re the best!

Went in for an oil change and inspection. To my surprise, I was told by manager on duty that I did not need an oil change and the oil was still in good condition. Any other shop would of done the oil change and gladly charge me for it. I definitely appreciate the honesty from this shop. Inspection was done in 20-30 mins and that’s including 1-2 cars ahead of me.Friendly, honest and efficient work from this Take5 shop! You guys just earned another customer. See you all soon.

Was asked by staff to move to a different service lane to expedite the process. Vehicles that even entered the parking lot after I was already in the bay had received their services and left faster than I was seen.

My husband and I went to get an oil change on out 2018 Toyota Camry. They did not have the oil filter that we had to purchase our own and then they didn’t have the air filter either. I mad a recommendation for the inventory guy to do better with inventory. I will not be back ever.
