I went Town east Ford today to check on my vehicle that they had over night 09/10/21. They have not even touched my vehicle. So help me understand why are they having a vehicle overnight and not do any work on it. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE that anyone can go through. The service advisor (Michael Williams) tried to tell me he told me it would take 24 - 48 hours before they can get to it. What person in their right mind will leave there vehicle overnight and nothing to be done on it.
The sales guys here are awesome, and the body shop guys are too. However the service dept is horrible. They have my car for some recall and warranty work that they said was computer related and it should be done by Saturday evening. Its Now Tuesday afternoon and I havent gotten a call back. I call and their receptionist is rude and unhelpful, instead of trying to get my guy or taking a message she tells me that no one is available and to call back and leave a message... I just called you, what difference will it make to call again? So I call back and this time I get stuck in a constant loop of transfer to another computer. I never get a person and it never lets me leave a message. So now I still dont have my car, I cant talk to anyone and no one will actually return the calls when they are a scheduled. All I can hope is that they havent crashed my car, like they did my truck last time. The only reason we went with Town East Service was because we purchased the car here and had been told we might get a rental, we didnt and now IF I get my car back we will be going for service elsewhere.
They are always on point and very helpful. Professional and great quality work/service. Couldnt ask for better service. I always know that I am in good hands when coming here.
Took 2 and half hours just for an oil change and tire rotation, I came in first then like 6 other people after me and they all left before me (having an appointment) Michael was my service adviser if you come here please request a different person that is actually helpful and help you out so you won’t have to be here half of your morning (waited 30 minutes after my vehicle was done to get papper work and pay)
Im sure these comments dont matter but the fact that I was overcharged (bait and switch) after the car was dropped off is awful! Person handling my car begged for me to leave a 5 star review so he wont get $500 taken away from his family. The acting was poor and besides, you didnt care about my family enough to overcharge me on my repair and failed to tell me what else was wrong with vehicle. My car is still not driving right I hate this place!!!!!!
If I could give this place a negative rating, I definitely would. I have no idea how people are giving this place more than 1 Star. I won’t be coming back to this location.

They take very Good care of my vehicle and they even washed my car after they serviced it love these folks
Very communicative I took my truck in and they had it ready the next day
They need to hire more service techs!

I had never had problems, until this week my truck has been in service for a week and nobody gives me information, yesterday I went to the place because they did not give me an answer on the phone, supposedly today they would have it ready and again nobody gives me information, the person who This one in charge is not at all kind to take the time to call me back, it is very annoying since one is responsible with the payments, to sell very kind and then none of that remains.
