Attentive, helpful efficient. Attendant went out of her way to Google how to reset service bulletin on my European car.Had to edit my review for a couple reasons. The customer service was good, but I developed a major oil leak. The work was not at par to the customer service. Whatever happened below the bay, was not consistent with above ground. Im glad I caught this before my 200 mile road trip. If be talking blown engine. I dont think the put a new washer or oil ring. $100 dissapoint oil change. Hate that I have to modify my earlier review.

Good place to go for oil change. Only issue was they had one guy working the Sunday morning I was there. Even though he was alone he still took care of business like he was a full crew. Much respect to him but you lose good workers when you undervalue there worth.

I actually come by to see my long time friend Ray. I started my automotive career over 20 years ago and he was one of my first teachers. Im still working on my own vehicles to this day. Ray always has such colorful stories to tell. Hes been in this business about 30 years and he knows his stuff. Id recommend anybody to go to this location. Everytime I come by the techs are all perfect gentlemen and thats whether they have met me or not. This is one of the few CORPORATE locations still available here locally, which makes a big difference when it comes to quality of employees (trust me). Great location guys.

Just want to say what a pleasant experience we continuously have at this location. Today Brian and Dakota expressed such integrity. I came for an oil change, having overlooked the mileage, but didn’t need it. They could’ve easily charged me for the oil change, but they explained it wasn’t necessary at this time. And they still took the time to check my vehicle in other areas.

Very professional and courteous, the Jiffy Lube staff were very up to date on needs of my vehicle and the knowledge of what to do about it.

They got me in and out fast today on my lunch hour. I never got out of my car and they were not busy for this time of the day. They were also nice enough guys. I was charged $69.99 for a Value Oil Change Blend for my 2020 Jeep Cherokee 4Cyl. Foremost, I realize that there is a pandemic and that they do not want to vacuum or do anything inside the vehicles right now, but the guy did reach in to reset my oil info. after the oil change. I feel like they should have at least cleaned my exterior windows which I do believe is included with the oil change service? I also did not see them top off any fluids. I have been here several times in the past and once with this new vehicle. Its never been too expensive and never cost as much as it was today with so little being done. This time, I paid a total of $68.14 and that was with a -$15.00 coupon which I felt was kinda pricey...but other than that, an okay experience.

I would say they are the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to! With fast and care filled service they got my oil changed, wiper fluid topped off and even remembered to clean my front wind shield in the blink of an eye. Also extra bonus points to taking some extra time to help look for a leak in my coolant line when I let them know about it. I would definitely recommend others to give this place a try if you are in the area.

Never have gone to a store for an oil change or for an inspection, these guys were nice, quick to the point and fast.

Went in just now and apparently theyre doing an update on the computers so cannot change oil or anything.Looked to me employees were just waiting a break /not to work.Been coming here since early 2000sWould think you would update computer system when you are closing.

The staff was very helpful. Went to get an oil change.They wipe my front window and air up my tries, because my tpms light was on. The manager was very professional with a polite attitude. Quick service as always! Prices are going up, sure has gotten expensive! 114.00 dollars for the standard oil change in a gas Chevrolet pick up is too much for me. Didnt clean the windshield, check the tires, didnt replace the air filter, didnt vacuum the floor boards. Truck only uses 6 quarts of oil! Just the way things are going!

Jeremy Ray was very professional in inspecting my 2009 Hyundai Sonata..Took my car in and was done in a short time. I will go back and have him also inspect my 2018 Hyundai Sonata which is due next month June.

Inspections and oil changes!

Came in for a vehicle inspection, the equipment at that location was not working. I went to a second location and was told the inspector was not in on that day. Came back the next day to that location, the inspector was there but the computer was not working. I only had the company credit card and could not pay cash. I really wanted to give them the business because I have been there recently and they were very helpful, hopefully the computer will be in working order next time. Both locations are in Mesquite.

I pulled up, waited for about 5 or 6 minutes, and finally an older, heavy set man came out and aked me, what do you want. I asked how much do you charge for a synthetic oil change, and he responded, that they start at $91.99. (I have a Scion Xb). He wasnt friendly, at all. It seemed like I was inconveniencing him by being there. They had 1 car in the bay, and they were driving off. Maybe they were short-staffed, but thats a management problem, not mine. Plus, the price, was completely out of the ballpark, compared to anyone else, in the area. No wonder that they dont do very much business. You used to have a female manager, at this store. At least, the staff was happy to help, back then.

Always amazing cust. service and they check all the fluids, advise it you need something replaced or changed and they work quickly and thoroughly ! Wouldnt take my new truck anywhere else !!

Two out of three people i had interaction with were not wearing any masks. One of them handed me a clipboard with a pen that wasnt even wiped off. The other stuck his hand inside my car to press a button on my steering wheel without even asking for permission or wearing any mask being awfully close to my face!

Ive been coming here since the mid 90s. I know theyre pricey but its worth it. Today they really blew me away. Went in for my regular oil change and after checking my vehicle they determined that I didnt need my oil changed. Anybody else would have changed it and thought nothing of it.

I would NOT recommend this location. They did an oil change for me and a week later my drive belt came off. They had loosened the bolt which caused this to happen. They dont seem to care about customer service or the business tactics they practice. This mistake and I hope it was a mistake I will give them the benefit of the doubt but it cost me a nice penny for repairs. Will not ever come back.

Used to get oil change and state inspection on all 3 of my vehicles here, new people- had a young white guy look down at me and not trust that my insurance card was real. Went down the street and got quick and better service at Kwik Kar lube next to McDonald’s

Not the best place that Ive been to, but they went above and beyond the service I requested for a good and competitive price.

Got out of work to rush here and get my inspection and oil change they had 5 min before closing. I told the gentleman I needed a inspection it was due the next day and he just said come tomorrow. The entire time they were just talking doing nothing.

Came here for an inspection. Gentleman was nice enough to give us a heads up on how many cars were ahead of us. Once it was our turn, they led us inside and inspection was quick (10 minutes). All employees were very friendly.
