I had to take my car for service because it did not start. I had it towed to the service department at Trophy Nissan. When they checked the car the guy said it was just the battery (thank goodness!) I decided to buy the battery else where. I asked him just to do an change the oil and rotate the tires.They wanted to charge me for extra services that I did not need and for my oil change and tire rotation. When I bought my car, I payed for an extra warranty to get oil changes, tire rotations, technical services and etc. The service guy wanted to charge me for the oil change and tire rotation. I had to call the loan officer and show the service guy my paper work in order for him to believe that I had bought the extra service. He then conveniently found the information on the computer. I ended paying over $150 just for for him to do a system check that he said that was not covered by my extra warranty. This was such a bad experience!!
I have been going to Trophy Nissan for decades. In fact, they were my favorite dealership to to take my car. Fast forward to last week(Thursday). I took my Nissan Rogue Sport for an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Because the service department wasnt busy, I figured it would be a simple process. I lease my Rogue Sport and have coverage from bumper to bumper. Of course, they tried to deny I had the coverage and upscale me on other services. I asked them to go check because I knew for sure. Once they realized I was completely covered, their attitude toward changed. They were less friendly and seemed like I was no longer a valued customer. Cool, I was still good and chalked it up to maybe they were having a bad day. I waited for the services to be done. Once everything was finished, I was briefed the oil change was complete. No mention of the tire rotation or the usual summary of the supposed complete inspection of my vehicle. I was simply given my fob and told my vehicle was outside. Usually, I retrieve my car from comfort of the service bay. I was instructed it was right out front. Cool, no problem. I walked out front looking for my car. Could not find it. I hit the fob, listening for my car. I heard it and eventually found it about 30-40 yards from the front door. I have always sang their praises in the past. But this was beyond subpar. UNEXCEPTABLE...PERIOD
Everyone here was incredibly nice. We have gone car shopping for the past 3 weeks and everyone here was by far the best to talk to and work with. Particularly, James Brown. He did everything he could to get us exactly what we were looking for. He was just a great guy! Ask for him if you go in. You won’t regret it. You’re welcome :)

I wouldnt buy a car to save my life from them willie cossie all of them got me in a car and after 3 weeks they took my 6000 they told me to bring the car back sell a car to take it back then they talk to you nasty after they get the sale lionel the finance manager then they didnt want to give the money back I had tinted the windows and everything got comfortable you may be better off going somewhere else
After being T-boned by a woman who ran a red light, I found myself in the position to do my least favorite thing ever- car shop. I had a pretty awful experience at a Nissan dealership in Lewisville and lost most hope in being able to get a good deal. Through hours of online searches, I found a couple used Rogues that I was interested in at Trophy Nissan. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and came in with a friend for emotional support. Long story short- I had a MUCH better experience with the team at this location. Marty was respectful, gave me time to think through my decisions, and in the end I was comfortable with the negotiated price for my Nissan Rogue. I have had the car for almost a month now. I highly recommend Trophy Nissan!

When i scheduled the appt for my titan xd online, i was quoted a price of 69.99. When i actually got there, they said they cannot honor that price because the is the price for the smaller vehicles. Said it is an internet glitch. So, instead of the quoted $69.99, the price is now 113! I understand that my vehicle is bigger, which makes the price go up. But DONT is quote me a price when i schedule, knowing i have a titan, then fail to honor that price!
I had to come here to get my car fixed after someone didnt yield and I T-boned them. I figured, going to a Nissan shop, theyd take care of it. Not only did I have to take it back 3 times, but I am still finding things wrong with the work they did and I cant get it fixed because I am past my warranty time. The wreck was not my fault and you could tell I obviously take good care of my car. So naturally, I wanted it back that way. I dont know who they have back there working on cars, but they suck. Do not go here.
Marco Pedra went above and beyond to help me. The Technician helped me not to stress dont remember his name but his personality and being a people person was and attribute to Trophy Nisan. And thank you to the Mechanic that did the work your the best.
It was a great experience brought my 2010 nissan cube in for complimentary oil change and multipoint inspection and the service adviser named Isai Gonzalez was so friendly and helpful I could not believe it he explained the checklist thoroughly of the problems found will definitely be back thank you for the wonderful customer service experience that you dont find anymore.
Worst experience, honestly no stars but cant review unless you rate. Anyways. Went in to get a tire replaced on a Friday he said he couldnt do it. I understand it was near closing but if its an emergency shouldnt take more than a few min. to replace a tire. He told me come back on Mon., asked would I have to call in advance, he said no. Couldnt make it Mon. went another day, 2hrs I waited only for them to tell me they didnt have it had to be ordered. Ok. Told them Ill just get a temporary used one, hate driving on a spare, so I go to get the spare, these geniuses didnt put the wheel in the trunk had to go back and wait in traffic(I30) again 😡. I go today to get the new tire another 2+hr wait only for them to say which tire was it again, was super frustrated, they didnt even put the new tire on just threw it in the trunk. Never again getting the warranty is total bull 😡 just go to a tire shop done in 15min

Application process was fast over the phone and no issues on that, the problem came when they made us drive more than an hour making us think everything was good and ready to go and it wasnt like that, the vehicle we got is was a fresh trade in and they hadnt inspected the vehicle and basically wasnt ready to take home that is what made this experience bad really bad and frustrating, finance manager was awesome I dont have nothing to say about that but my anger was on why would you put a vehicle online when is not ready and make is go all the way up there making sound that we sign and take the vehicle and nothing we basically spend an entire day out there and it wasnt fully inspected what they said that it was going to get fixed it wasnt it was a nightmare in part of it. So if I ever do business with them again I will fully make sure the vehicle is ready to go before I drive so far.

First time getting service here, they wanted to charge me $80 just to reset the low air pressure light. Took it to discount tire and they did it for free.The lady was unbelievably rude. After making me wait 20 mins in my car she strolls up like shes annoyed that Im even there.Wont ever buy a car from here again. Hope the $80 was worth losing the 20k Ill be spending on a car in a few months.
Honestly no one likes waiting hours trying to get service done on their vehicle. But the service center at Trophy Nissan try to make it quick for you. I have found it best to try to always schedule your appointment at least a week in advance to help with the timing
Sales representatives are AMAZING! Unfortantely, their finance team are ONLY interested in your credit score. Each time I have visited this location (2013 & 2019), I have been denied at Trophy Nissan, however at OTHER large and respectable dealerships I have walked off those lots with a new vehicle. I bought my car from this awesome car company and today my daughter is here getting herself a pre-owned Nissan.
The visit was good until we got to the finance department were we were treated unwelcomed because we didnt want to purchase the extended warranty or put more money down. After we signed the paperwork Mr. Cesar didnt even shake are hand nor walk us to the front to get car vehicle.
The most dishonest, arrogant and condescending service advisors of any Nissan dealership I ve visited.
Fair priced but dont let them slide in a repaired rental car as never wrecked.

I saw the selection of cars off of Galloway in Mesquite at Trophy Nissan used cars. I stopped in to have a look, and had a real nice time. The sales people were very nice, professional, and helpful. I ended up deciding to not buy anything yet, but there was no pressure on me to do anything. I liked it alot.**2ND VISIT**I cannot say enough about the Service Department. My wife has a Pontiac, and they still helped her with a flat tire and sending someone out in a courtesy vehicle to help her. They really define CUSTOMER SERVICE to me!!! 5 STARS!

HOWEVER one of the sales managers did NOT leave a good taste in my mouth. He was rather short in discussion and seemed as if he truly didnt want me there. The young Hispanic guy I told him I was looking not looking to buy at this time. He was still there and ready! God I love great customer service. Mike in the service parts department was also very helpful! (The real reason I came by..buy a part...but since there I decided to look) Now would I recommend Trophy... Mixed feelings due to the pre-owned sales manger being short and what seemed to my bothered by my inquiring. Ive never been asked to give a copy of my drivers license to walkaround and look at ANY dealership. Ive paid OFF 3 vehicles in life. If you want to test drive understood. But to look. You need phone number, drivers license and my email address? Not sure about Trophy if the management sends that kind of vibe out to potential customers. Just saying!!!

I was not happy with the time it took to get my truck back from repair. The part took 2 weeks to arrive meanwhile I had to keep waiting, they provided a rental car but I needed my vehicle for carrying things. It was disappointing to say the least. I will definitely ask more questions before I leave my vehicle there again.

Absolutely the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered! They will harass the hell out of you, and refuse to stop! Read all the complaints on Yelp! You want to stay clear of here, as they are rude, threatening, and down right desperate! Everyone I know that has done any type of business with them has regretted doing so. This especially includes just stopping by to look @ cars. Once they have your information, they have their hooks in you for life! They will harass you by multiple calls daily, emails, and fill your mailbox with litter! Go to a more professional dealership!
