If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I arrived at 4:04pm and was told it would be an hour wait. I showed back 30 minutes late after signing in and waited another hour. I was on deck for 40 minutes and still didnt get my haircut. After waiting nearly an hour and 40 minutes they took me off the list.

Great concept and service for a mans hair cut. I like that they have a computerized east to use waiting service. It gives you an accurate estimate wait with a que displayed on a big screen. Because it is a franchise, their is no straight blade finish. But compared to the other franchises (Super Cuts and Great Clips) this place blows them away with comparable pricing.

Very terrible i literally showed the lady a picture of how I get it cut, walked out looking completely different told her not to cut any hair she still cut it short asl at that I gave $20 when my total was $16 just cause I didn’t want to be in that place any longer take the tip cause that’s the last dollar this company gets out of me!!! And to say I was going to bring my platinum artist there? To walk out looking like a fool definitely a learning experience(Not from Arizona by the way)

I had the full varisty haircut and payed almost $30.00.I am not happy about the extra money I had to pay.It seemed that everything she did was in a rush.That shampoo they use made my head burn the rest of the day.The masager they use was not even 5 minutes more like 2 minutess and she was finshed.Not happy with the results.

I went there about a half hour early the night before and they were slammed. I was a bit irritated but they called me the next day and apologized and fit me in the next day. I will return again. Staff was very friendly

Ive been to 4 different great clips and this is by far the best one that I have been to. Maybe because the stylist I had was really good, or maybe all the stylists are really good. Either way I was very pleased. They have a bit of a wait because they take care of each customer with great care; which can be a little annoying if youre in a hurry.

Never showed me the back of sides. Just horrible. But hey, at least its hair. Itll grow back, unlike my trust in this company

Too busy gossiping rather than focusing on cutting hair. As the lady cuts my hair she seemed more focused on the drama and scratched the back of my head. She didnt realized it until the end and claimed she didnt do it. Another lady accidentally clipped the war of the guy next to me as she gossips back and forth with my barber.

Started going here because I got tired of the bad customer service at Gentleman Joes. I had a really great experience at sports clips. First timers get a shampoo, hot towel, face massage and back and shoulder massage. Great hair cut and they keep a profile of how you like your hair cut so you can get the same great cut every time.

I love this place. I try to go every 2 weeks to get a neck trim. Just ask for Jamie. SHE IS THE BEST!

I took my son here after Great Clips dropped the ball. My son LOVES this place. The girls were great, the cut is perfect and they are AWESOME! We will definitely be returning.

Started with 7 inches of hair, wanted 1.5 on the top fading to the bottom and sides. Left with an island of 1 long hair and almost NOTHING everywhere else. She just kept cutting and cutting for 45 minutes.Absolute garbage.

I want to give a shout out to Samantha she was great and cut my hair perfect! I was a little late for my appt since I work sales and had a customer come last minute and they still held true to my time. Im very picky with my hair and how its cut since I have Curly uncontrollable hair and she didnt push me to style it or anything. I loved it here and I recommend see these girls! Worse haircut I have ever had at a Sports Clip. Did listen to anything about how I wanted my haircut just did what she wanted and poorly at that. Might need to try a new profession, like shearing sheep.

Not sure what is so complex for tall blonde female maybe she isnt quite ready to use clippers she purposefully ruined a 7yr olds hair cut because unknown to her I have medical conditions that make it difficult to have unnecessary convo she asked many questions and I couldnt focus on them all I simply said that she was confusing me and being complex asked her to cut a simple cut so it would be quick and simple with that boom she chopped my sons hair like a scissor happy kindergartener Please Miss dont take things personal especially on a child that was looking fwd 2 a new haircut 4 school its a shame how petty you are drop the petty girl 😆 and please keep learning you are terrible!

I started going there a few months ago and I love it. The gils are friendly but specially Solange. She is super nice, sweet, polite, and professional.She always has a smile on her. Bottom line I recommend getting your haircut here with Solange.

If your hours are until 8PM and you turn people away at 7:30 because you want to leave at 8 maybe you should close at 7 instead?

The lady didn’t look like she wanted to be there, she gave me an uneasy feeling the second I was introduced with her and the haircut she gave me was horrible. I told her I want 2 and half inches left on the top, enough for me to style. She cuts it down to an inch and a half. This was first time coming here and my last.

Originally had about 6 inches of hair, I told the barber just meet me up please dont take too much off. Once I put my glasses on I saw that the woman head cut off my hair to the point I only have about half an inch all around... Never will go here again

We had gone there because we had coupons for free haircut and they told us that we werent able to get our haircuts because we were females and we had to pay an extra $10 just to get her hair cut the service was terrible and they told us that we should go to another store because they were able to do it and they couldnt and they were very rude
