I had long hair, almost down to the waist. This is my first time cutting it above my shoulders and Shaye did an excellent job! I absolutely love it!! Its been 2 months and I dont miss the long hair one bit!! Best cut everrrrrr 😍

Wonderful stylist! I have been coming here since she started. When she left for a while I did not go back. When I ran into her at the store and she said she was back I was elated!! On time very professional an absolutely delightful person! She cuts my hair perfectly! Her name is Claudia.

Called to book bc of the good reviews. Asked Claudia if anyone was proficient with cutting curly hair and she said no right away. I asked if Kayce was good with curly hair and Claudia just kept repeating no. She was pretty unpleasant and made it difficult to get a word in and was focused more on getting me off the phone .

Did a walk in but couldn’t be seen so came back a little later and received my haircut

Dont bother calling ahead to see if they are busy, they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in thinking youll wait 20+ minutes past your appointment to get in the chair. Then ignore you the whole time youre sitting there wondering went they said they were dead, and that you should come in and youll be able to get in and out quickly. When every chair was full. If they had told the truth I could have made the appointment for later in the day when I didnt have somewhere to be. Perfect salon to go sit and chat and wait around, if you have the time, but some people have places to be.

Daniel cut my hair today and Im not impressed..he asked me if I wanted the side and top blended together and I said i usually do and then almost took all of the hair away. A haircut is supposed to make you feel fresh and new not like your dad, who has no business cutting hair, just did you up...

I appreciate Kayce and her ability to cut hair as desired and her friendliness.

I have been coming to this location for many years and the reason I keep coming back is because of, Kayce and Claudia! I heard today that, Claudia left and was sorry to hear that, but Kayce, your wonderful Manager is still there and I will most definitely be coming back! The negative reviews on here are unfair and not a true representation of how hard your ladies work. It is impossible to please everyone, especially in the service industry and more often than not, you are hit hard with negative feedback especially on social media. Your staff there deserves accolades for their service and tenure! Thank you to, Kayce for your top notch service over the years! 🙂

The employees were very nice and helpful but I am disabled (wheelchair bound) and they dont have a handicapped accessible bathroom.

Been going there for years, cant complain, good cuts, friendly staff.

They have new owners it have changed their mode of operation. They seem to cycle through hair stylists quite often. Kind of like it when you go and see your same hair stylist all the time and not have to explain exactly what youre needing.

I had been going here for years however i will no longer be going here. I usually stop by because they are always busy and find out how long. Get told i should call but just come back when they say as i have time.... i called to schedule and showed up but Manager had my stylist take walk in before me even though i had called ahead (before walk in arrival) and came in at time given. manager screwed her stylist Claudia out of a client. Manager then tried to make me look like i was being unreasonable when i complained that after already waiting 40 min after calling i was being asked to wait another 20 min....in front of and over the customer she was working on...very rude and unprofessional on the managers partupdate after 1 month. No sign of concern by the owner of the managers treatment so i would not recommend

Walked in to get haircuts. One person working and that is it. We were told it would be at least an hour before we could get our haircuts. Six cutting stations and one person working? Wont be going back in hopes they have people working.

The greeter was not very friendly and hair cut soso, went somewhere else a week later for correction of bad cut.

Wouldnt even wait on me. Sat there for 15mins only to be told its a 2 hr wait!! JokeSorry but mobile app is not an option for a lot of people. Not everyone wants to download every businesses app for their appts or transactions. Its called good old fashioned customer service! Why is there only one hairstylist working and one hiding in the back office? Customers shouldnt have to wait or be told come back hours later so that you can take a break. Take your break when you dont have customers waiting.Tried this location a second time, again 5 people waiting and 1 stylist working, joke!!Went to another location 10mins away, instantly seated. Seems only this location has an issue with scheduling and time management.

Fast to get in. Fairly good cuts. Easy in and out. Im the shopping center, Frys grocery, Radio Shack, Kohls, and others.

So my haircut.. which normally only takes 15 minutes tops anywhere else..... close to 2 hours in the chair. I wont be back.
