I’ve been wanting to cut my below shoulder length hair for a while now. Tired of wearing it in a bun or ponytail. So I called and I got appointment right away which I was happy about. I had four or five pictures of the short haircut that I was wanting. Wanting to keep a lot of hair on the top of my head because my hair is thinning. Girl said she could do the haircut no problem. Well what a disaster! I don’t think she knew what she was doing. She was young and probably possibly experienced. As another coworker had to come over numerous times to show her what to do. Honestly I almost got up out of the chair and left! She started to try to curl my hair with a flat iron and I asked her what she was doing. She said she was curling my hair to give me volume! I said what! Why don’t you use any of these products. She said all that cost more. I said well I have a credit card use whatever you need! Anyway, end of story she chopped away at my hair and it’s quite uneven. I’m not gonna bother to go back to have them fix it because I don’t want my hair any shorter than she already cut it! I will not recommend this place and I will not be back.

New to the area, walked in cold, immediately greeted by Angie and taken to the shampoo area while we discussed how I wanted my hair cut. Angie nailed it 100%!! She was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She walked me through registering for future discounts. Price for a shampoo, cut and style were VERY reasonable. My hubby was complimentary on my cut and styling. Hes pretty hard to please, so of course I highly recommend Supercuts and Angie.

The young lady sat me down right away. Fast, friendly, nice with good customer service. Simple trim for dead end removal. Happy with the cut and service.

I booked an appointment for 1 o’clock, I rearranged my entire afternoon I showered to ensure my hair is clean and fresh and I show up- I was not greeted until around 110 at which the lady told me that they are far behind and I may not be seen until 130… as I was standing there a gentleman came up and she asked what his name was and when he said yeah she said she cannot see him until 130 as well… he replied “ I have already been waiting an hour“ and she had the audacity to ask if he was going to be waiting until 130… of course he said no and walked away and she went about her business addressing me… I informed her that it is an inconvenience on our part as customers and they have our numbers but nobody gave us a call to inform us they were running very behind schedule. She said I don’t know what to say and I asked her to say sorry… she did not even offer the gentleman who so patiently waited an hour a free haircut or a coupon for his next visit. Very unprofessional I would not recommend making an appointment because chances are it may not be cat.

Theres not a long wait you get in and you get out and they have good hair stylist that know what theyre doing theyre friendly and helpful

I think people who are in contact with a lot of people, should be vaccinated, the person who cut my hair was not. She has that right, I have the right to not get my hair cut there in the future

My original stylist left the shop so I went to another stylist. The last two visits were horrible! I made appointments but very late to start. Kept making excuses on other appointments put on her schedule. My touch up color was badly done and my haircut was basically a trim and poorly done. I had to go somewhere else to fix it! I won’t be going back!

The girls here are really good and they listen to what I want. So far I am very happy going here.

Did their online check-in, got there early. Waited for 15 minutes, then another 10 minutes past my time. Literally an empty lobby right now and the stylist who might have cut my hair just went to the back and left me here.. its empty and Ive been waiting half an hour to get my hair cut.

Since moving to Arizona I started going to Supercuts and have always had a great experience and a superb haircut. I would recommend them.

I brought my husband here this morning for a haircut, and the two gals that were present were Jamie and Rebecca. They did a phenomenal job on his hair, were so friendly, professional and attentive and not least to mention, COVID FRIENDLY! Thank you so much, you have made our family pictures complete by making my husband look more of a stud than he already was!!!

Went to get my hair tonight and the girl there completely chopped my hair and had to have her basically give me a buzz cut. Would not recommend this salon chain. Great clips on baseline and Crismond do a way better job, I would recommend them.

Went to get my daughters hair cut there yesterday. Made an appointment for 6:15, they didn’t get to her until 7:15. Showed 3 pictures of a simple cut, her hair is completely uneven. She’s almost 4 and it was her first cut. Won’t be going back.

I love this place and always take my boys in for haircuts. I went in today, just got home actually, and I got a haircut myself and I am very disappointed. Its almost not at all what I wanted and wish I wouldve paid more attention when looking at it in the mirror before leaving. I am very pleased with my sonss cut tho.****I called and spoke to the manager. She said to come in and she would try to fix it. All she ended up doing was cutting all of my hair off. Its uneven and Im completely devastated. I havent had a haircut in two years, I spent way too much on two haircuts that I couldve given myself. I want my money back!!!!

One of my worst experiences ever at supercuts. I have a business trip coming up and I was able to get off work early. So I came here because its close to my job. I checked in at 2:45pm. There where 2 people ahead of me. And another guy came in at 325 330 and got pulled up before me. No communication as to why he was pulled before me. Hair dresser just looked right at me and said nothing. Just sat him down. They laughed and it seemed like they knew each other and that was at 345. I wasted a hour of my time waiting when I was told 15 min when I walked in while everyone else was in the back laughing and talking. And didnt even help when the one lady cutting hair was asking them to come check me in. I know I didnt check in online but I wasnt expecting to get our early to have the time to get it done. But the lack of communication is sad. And I am a store.manager for a optical place so communication for me is huge. I wont be coming here again. Ill go back to normal barbershop.

My husband got his hair cut by Robyn..she doesnt know how to cut hair..she needs another profession that doesnt involve customer service.. Receptionist is not professional. Not very nice on the phone..I guess its a new crew because they run around like mice in the salon..They make some wear a mask and others not..SMHThey should have left this salon closed.Update..May 16,2020.. Havent heard from Management..or Owner ..at least an apology ..SMH

Had a great hair cut from Kimmy yesterday. She was very patient and attentive to my requests. I usually have haircut anxiety when I am getting a haircut from a new hairdresser, but she very quickly helped me become very comfortable. I asked for a recommendation on a shampoo for dry scalp, and her recommendation was very helpful!

There is a Baskin Robbins next door and also a GNC store.This is good as you sometimes have a waiting time for a haircut.Employees are cheerful and knowledgeable in the customers needs

If I could give a minus I would!! Angie thinned my hair out after cutting it!!! I couldn’t believe it. She didn’t comb out the hairs she thinned out nor did she blow them out or finger comb them. I thought I was mistaken so when I left I sat on a chair outside and ran my fingers shaking my hair. Oh my all the hair that came out. It was awful. Then as I was getting in the vehicle my husband said stop. My backend was full of grey hair (which I have none) like I sat in it!! I have never had to come home from a haircut like I did this time and quickly change clothes. I think she needs lessons on cleaning her customer chair and finishing off a customers hair!!

I had knee replacement surgery 2 weeks ago, and have been unable to get a decent shower or wash my hair, (waist length) all that time. Uncomfortable from sweat, drugs, my husband helped me into the car with my walker and drove me here just to get my hair washed and dried. Nothing fancy - just clean. Todays my birthday. We thought Id get cleaned up and feeling better, and bring home some nice food for dinner, since I cant go out. So, I loaded up on pain pills to be able to get in and out of the car and tolerate the outing. (Clean hair was going to be worth the pain.) He helped me in and out the various chairs while they cleaned me up. The people in the shop were very accommodating, caring, and nice. When I got the bill for $40+ my jaw dropped! The posted price for shampoo is $5.25. !!! When I asked why the price was so different, I was told it was because I had long hair. I pointed to the pricing sign and told the woman that it didnt say anything about long hair rates. She said it was $10 to wash and $35 to dry. Im a nice person, so not to make a scene, I paid the bill and left. Sheesh! Id have left with wet hair and have my husband dry it at home 5 minutes later, had I known. So much for our best attempt at a nice birthday dinner. After a FOURTY DOLLAR shampoo, we went home to something from the fridge. At least I have fresh, clean hair.I had a previous knee surgery a year ago in Salt Lake City, and got the Super Cuts near my home there, to wash and dry my hair (same length) several times in the three months I couldnt do it. They charged me $5.00. I always gave them $10, feeling fresh and perked up for a reasonable price, and happy to leave a generous tip.I will never come back to Super Cuts in Mesa again. What a disappointing rip off.

I was a little nervous going to a chain hair place, especially since it had been sooooo long since I had my hair cut. BUT!!!! I was so incredibly impressed, and the Angeline who cut my hair was absolutely amazing! I left with such healthy hair and an amazing trim (I havent been able to say that since I spent over 100 on my hair cut 7 years ago!) So happy and will return especially to have my hair done by Angeline! You go girl!

Rebecca did so awesome on my hair! It was super damaged from a chemical cut with bleach and I hated the shape I was at. She gave me layers and listened to exactly what I wanted.

I havent found the right person at this location that can cut my hair the right way no matter how detailed I am about it but the staff is really friendly.

Recently moved to Arizona and I have been to multiple hair salons to get my bob shaped, and they all turned out to be a disaster. BUT TODAY was another story. I showed my design to Angie and she NAILED IT! A++++ SERVICE FROM HER! I FINALLY found a new stylist who understands what I see. Thank you Angie, I will be back to see you!!!

Bad customer services, i walked in and there was only 1 customer and 3 girls and they told me they were booked. I have to add that I am Latin and the ladies in there were blond. After telling them that there is no one waiting they said sorry and that they didnt have time. So I left... that was my 1st time at any SuperCuts and it will be my last. Do not go here

One stylist (Robin) did a great job on my husbands hair, but the two stylists who handled my sons did not. The instructions given were literally, Clean up the back and sides, then trim the top, take an inch off. One came home looking like Edward Scissorhands took a mediocre whack at layers around his face and the other looked like a bowl cut went horribly wrong when the bowl slipped sideways halfway through. Neither of these things were the original styles meant to be trimmed... Obviously.Note to stylists: either listen to the parent or when cutting hair of 5-year-old boys, dont just cut the bits around the combover style you do in the chair, consider how its going to look when they dont have their hair combed with product. Seriously, what do you think the percentage of time spent with styled hair vs unstyled hair is when dealing with kindergarteners? Please, for the love of all things hair, please cut kids so that it will look decent through perfect combovers AND I dont have time to brush my own hair much less yours, now lets get in the car were late for your bus!I am having serious $80-in-haircuts remorse, dont let this happen to you, take your kids somewhere the staff is experienced with kids or hair or maybe just haircuts in general. Unless youre going to Robin, she knows what shes doing.(PS: I ended up fixing the cuts at home with a clippers, turned out better than I expected, minus a few chops out of the bangs from Edward Scissorhands I couldnt quite fix but was able to blend well enough. Couldve just save $60 and started on my patio, wouldnt even have needed to put on pants.)

I was very disappointed with the new manager, Donna. She wasnt friendly when we entered Supercuts, no smile or eye contact! She had us wait for 25 minutes, then turned us away after she sprayed my sons hair with water. She didnt even attempt to cut nor touch his hair! Once he started crying, she stated, Yea, I cant cut his hair. I get that my son would be moving around but this didnt stop another stylist, who also worked at the EXACT LOCATION, in cutting my sons hair! Which by the way the other stylist did an EXCELLENT JOB regardless of my son crying and moving around! This shows me that Donna needs more experience with variety of clients. She also lacks professionalism and customer service. I am VERY surprise she was promoted to the store manager. Unfortunately, my favorite stylist relocated, which Im not surprise after my experience with the store manager, Donna. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going here, regardless of the cost.

My boyfriend and I were in and out within 20 minutes. I got bangs and he got a fade. Pretty cheap and turned out pretty good. My bangs couldve been more wispy but for the price and time you couldnt beet it. Parking was pretty bad, but we went around lunch time on a Saturday so.. thats probably on us. Haha

Quality is exactly what you would expect from a supercuts which is good enough for me. Its a VERY busy location so be sure to make an appointment. On the weekend, the entire shopping center parking lotis a complete madhouse so I avoid it like the plague.

Literally the worst haircut of my life. I had long hair passed my chest. I asked for it to be cut into a long bob. The entire time the woman was cutting my hair she was talking about how many times shes fixed bad haircuts. Lol She proceeded to give me a T Boz haircut! Seriously. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she still screwed it all up. I didnt see how awful it was until I got home. On top of that, it was 4 inches shorter than I asked! Run away from this place.
