Do not rent here if your life depends on it. Me and my wife have had this place for storage for some an entire year now. Recently we found an apartment large enough that we could fit all of our belongings in so we decided that we would not need the storage anymore. My wife and I, on separate occasions, contacted the business to find out what we would pay once we move. Both times we were advised that we would only pay a prorated amount for the days that we had the unit in the month. We were happy with that since we were moving out on the 6th of the month. he advised us to call in the day we were moving or a few days before and he could give us the amount to pay. It is now three days before when we called in and spoke with the district manager. My wife called very respectfully and asked for the amount. With an extremely rude response she told my wife that they do not prorate if you move out early. When my wife told her an employee had told us that they did she said Well I dont think thats true and Im not approving it. My wife hung up. Once I got wind of everything that had happened I called myself. As polite as I could be I explained who I was and the reason of my call. Without 2 seconds of time she began yelling that they dont prorate and how she didnt care what we were told our lease states differently. I asked why she was being so rude and she replied telling me she was tired of explaining this to us. this being the second call total I was infuriated. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager and that there is no one higher up then her. I asked for the owners information and she told me she does not give that out that he does not care to speak with anyone.
