Justin and Adam were amazing! Moving forward, I will only request them from Dukes of Air. They were punctual, professional, and personable. They were not given accurate information from a previous technician who didnt take care of our problem. Instead of allowing that to negatively impact our service, they performed the job that was requested. I am pretty sure the original job was underbid (something they wouldnt confirm) but they maintained their integrity and fixed our A/C for the original quote. They also completed it promptly and accurately. I am so appreciative that we were able to find technicians we can trust. Thank you Justin and Adam!

The technician was outstanding. Very professional and very helpful. I really liked him. He readjusted the new thermostat and also set our system to circulate our air even when the A/C was not running. Adam worked on the house for us. He made sure that even though we are in summer in AZ that we wouldn’t be uncomfortable in our home. He was super quick, super clean, and especially courteous. Would recommend 110% for all the help you can get!

One of our AC units stopped working last evening. I called Dukes of Air at 7AM the next morning and they were able to schedule a tech to visit by that afternoon. By 10 am I received a call that a tech was in the neighborhood and could stop by if I was available. I agreed to the earlier time. The tech, Anthony arrived, diagnosed the problem and had our AC unit up and running within 15 minutes. Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony also fixed some minor issues with the thermostat wiring which if it were not corrected could have led to more major problems down the road. The repair cost was very reasonable.I have used Dukes in the past for repairs and the replacement of 2 complete systems at a previous residence. They did excellent work at reasonable prices. Arizona Dukes of Air seems to value and treat their employees well. Everyone from Dukes that I have met thus far have been very knowledgeable, professional and had very positive things to say about their employer.

Dukes came out to check on our thermostat and air temperature a few weeks after installing a new unit. Walked us through some settings and explained when and why we should change them from time to time. Adjusted a water flow issue and explained process along the way. Great customer service.

First off, I called Dukes yesterday morning and got an appoint for today which was awesome. Zach came right on time….actually even a bit early which was fabulous! He listened to what was going on and knew immediately how to fix it. He was here for about an hour, tested all the vents and everything is working perfectly now! Thank you so much!!!

Tech showed up today at my doorstep without a mask, which freaked me out. I understand masks are optional, but Covid-19 is still going on. I told them ahead of time my wife was exposed to Covid at her work. The tech should have already been wearing a mask based on this information. The tech didn’t offer to check the unit on the roof at all. While this may have not been needed I wanted to check if the coil leak fix was still holding from last year. He did say the drain line needed unplugged, which was the only good thing about the visit. He did offer to wear a mask, but the lack of caring or not caring if I had Covid and we didn’t know it was uncomfortable. So, we paid the $89 service fee for 2 minutes of advice. I may file a BBB compliant.

I had a subtle issue with my AC that occurred inconsistently. After paying for the first couple visits and not seeing a consistent fix, Dukes of Air returned twice more free of charge, and the issue has been fixed for good. Anthony investigated the issue carefully and I was impressed with his work, grateful for his persistence and my working AC.

Dukes of air was recommended to me by someone in my community. I called and made an appointment And they were friendly and very accommodating right from the start. My air wasn’t holding temperature and it was almost 90°. They had a tech Randy come out. He was very knowledgeable polite and friendly. He had me up and running in no time. AZ Dukes of Air replaced my two AC units. They showed up with a huge team at 6:30 and were completely done by 1:00. After they left it was like they were never there except our house was much more comfortable. Justin F was my ac tech and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our ac stopped blowing cold air and dukes was able to come out the same day. Justin explained to me what was wrong and took pictures so i was able to see. Price was very reasonable and service was done very quickly. Will definitely recommend.

We had some condensation lines that were clogged up, and needed them cleared ASAP to prevent flooding. Adam came out and cleared the lines, but also added a PVC union near both air handlers to be sure that servicing them in the future was much easier. I do a lot of my own work, so I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty working on my own AC from time to time. I checked his work, and everything was top notch. Fair price, quality work, and great professionalism from the tech. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

I realize on Sunday afternoon that my AC was not working so I called to request service on my AC unit. The receptionist was very professional and courteous and gave me an appointment for Monday afternoon.Monday I received a call from the technician and he was able to come a little early which I greatly appreciated. Once Justin arrived we talked about what was going on with the AC and he got right to work. Within an hour all was repaired and my air was working again! I would like to give Dukes a five rating; cause detailed and fair estimate and responsive personnel; but three issues with AC/Heating install. Hole in ceiling from step through, they used a previous old wire to hook up AC outside and it frayed and air stopped within an hour of their finished time - so had to call repairman to come replace wire with new one, and they unplugged my water heater and did not plug it back in. Otherwise they were on time, had complete crew and plan; and Trane system is running well. I think the main problem was they worked too quickly and did not finish well. I would recommend that lead tech should check over all work before saying they are finished.

Randy came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit that was blowing hot air. He had us up and running in no time and also educated me on how to better maintain our AC unit to keep it running longer and more efficiently. Would highly recommend and will definitely call them in the future for any repairs.

When I called to get a comparative quote, they were able to schedule quickly, provide clear information and were not high pressure at all. Communication was great. The team arrived on time at 6am to install our 2 new AC units. They were veer nice, professional, were done earlier than expected and cleaned up.

Randy did a great job evaluating and fixing the AC unit at my girlfriends townhome. The AC was not cooling and he was able to bypass the control board to get the AC unit to cool. Duke’s technician Justin responded out to our house after a capacitor went out on one of our A/C units. He was professional, informative, and honest. He fixed our problem quickly. We’ve used other A/C services in the past, such as Goettl, and didn’t feel comfortable having them return to service the units. We had a great experience with AZ Dukes of air. We had a routine AC tune up and had no issues. Adam was very thorough and even helped us troubleshoot a problem we were having with one filter door flap not closing right. He came up with a great fix and now we no longer get any workshop-hobby garage smells permeating through our home. They really are very good at communicating, which is so important. Adam called to let us know when hed be there and arrived when he said he would. There were no hidden surprise costs at the end. Everything was just as they quoted. Arizonas Dukes of Air is a quality company who answers their phone when you call and keeps you informed of appointments. They installed the new units in this home before we purchased it so we decided they would be most familiar with the units and design of the systems, so we would use them for annual maintenance. They visited our home yesterday to service our AC units to get ready for another Phoenix summer. They were able to be here slightly earlier than planned, so called first to make sure they could come a few minutes early. Their technician Anthony, was very professional and courteous as he answered all of my questions.He vacuumed up the attic insulation which always seems to fall out of the attic access hatches when the board is slid over for access into the attic space. He carefully wiped the surface of the hatch cover and trim when he put it back in place after he was finished in the attic.We need some additional duct work and larger plenum installed to help cool a bedroom and we will have Arizonas Dukes of Air do that work for us. We will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs. They provide excellent, knowledgeable service at reasonable prices.

As a repeat customer, we decided to take advantage of their air conditioner tune-up and safety inspection. Since this company was sold to home serve the original owners who are now the gm’s have let it go. Home serve needs to step in and see what is going on or they will lose that branch. This company has a high turnover rate. They are losing great people and fired the office manager who was there years and was basically running the show with her gone let’s see what happens

Came home to sensi indicating cooling unit lost power and house temp in 90 degrees and climbing. This was 7 days post completion of routine maintenance with clean bill of health received on system. Called dukes to report loss of cooling concern. Was told….. next day service at the earliest, note: outside temp 110 degrees and cost…..service fee, repair costs, etc. Showed no empathy or urgency in regards to NO AC COOLING with sweltering AZ temperature.Called AC Rangers, they were out within 2 hours, no service fee or charges! Took their time, checked system and advised seni wall unit was malfunctioning, possibly dropped.Thanks AC RANGERS!!!! Great customer service for up and coming local start up AC business. Will use for all future needs.

They were on time and respectful. Also were probably done with everything under 5 hours which was awesome as I didnt know what to expect. However the ceiling was a bit damaged in our closet where they had to patch it and there was debris out front and found some hardware on the side of the house from removing the old unit which I would normally expect except they include a we will leave it cleaner than we found it type thing in their estimate and we found that was not the case with our situation but thats just nit picking. They were great when I called a few days later because it sounds like knocking up in the crawl space where they installed a piece. While outside it sounds like something is knocking in the house. They had someone out the next day to check on it and he said that was a normal noise while running. He also adjusted the fan and a few other things while here which was nice and said everything checked out.

The salesperson was great however he did not measure the area I had for an air conditioner outside so hey had to put it in an area bye the back window and said they would be back in the winter to move it to where I wanted it. Also have a noisy fan in the Attic rattled after they left but they said they would be back to repair that. If they had only measured where to put the outside unit I would be happy with them
