I contacted Jay, who owns The Cooling & Plumbing Co. this morning because my AC Unit was leaking (pouring) from my bathroom ceiling where my AC Unit is located. Jay told me that his technicians would be here between two and five this afternoon, and the two gentlemen, Patrick & Michael, showed up a little after 2 o’clock. They were both so professional and kind to both me and my pets. They went in, evaluated the issue, and got the job done. They politely answered all of my questions, and before they left, made sure that all of my questions had been answered. Was in a panic. Just moved and no hot water. 5hen shower would not turn all the way off. I had been given their business card from where I purchased my refrigerator to install water line. We contacted The cooling and Plumbing Company to come out and give us a bid on putting a gas line in our house to the fireplace and to the kitchen so we could have a gas stove top. The next day Jay Monday came to our home and gave us an estimate that same evening . He said he would be able to start the work in a week. Two workman came at 8:30am that morning. They worked till 7:30 pm running the line from the garage into the house to the fireplace and then to the kitchen stove. It was perfect and everything was neat and clean. Weve never had such a good working crew in our home. They were all so reliable and responsible.. My wife and I would highly recommend there service. We definitely give them 5 stars for their work and performance.

I highly recommend Jays Cooling & Plumbing. Their prices are very reasonable (1/5th of the bid by a different company that installs gas lines), they had excellent communication and were on time, they WORKED HARD, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were nice. Overall, highly professional. Because I hired them to install a gas line, my brain hadnt thought about the fact that they do plumbing also :D, but after they reminded me, I scheduled them to come back for a plumbing job also. I plan to use them in the future to install a water purification system under my sink. I will continue to use Jays Cooling & Plumbing in the future for whatever work I need that they can do.

Austin and Chris were super professional and on time when I had them come out to install a gas line to my outdoor fireplace. I also had them unclog my drain because it was impossible for me to do but they did amazing with both jobs! Definitely having them out again if I need anything else done!!!

I Purchased a gas stove from Spencer’s and thought there was a gas line behind the old stove. Spencer’s came out and told me they could install the stove and to call these guys. They were quick, the owner really knows what hes doing! He asked a few questions and was able to quote me over the phone. When his technicians showed up they confirmed the pricing so we had them get it done. They were able to get the gas line done in just a couple hours and we were able to get the stove in by the end of the day!! Jay took my incredibly stressful situation and turned it into a very positive experience. It was like talking to an old friend from the very beginning. The prices for repair were very fair and I never once felt like the repair needs were being exaggerated in order to inflate the cost. He sent me pictures of the completed repairs and it looked awesome. My tenants were happy. I am happy. I couldnt have asked for more. Very good service. My gas line extension was fit in very quickly and the price was very competitive. The crew were efficient, tidy and they minimized the holes it the walls.

Jay went out of his way to help me with a fiasco of a situation that I had with Southwest Gas, and our natural gas line. He made a stressful situation better with his advice and knowledge of the issues that I was not knowledgeable with. The Cooling And Plumbing Company installed an RO drinking water system for my house as well as a water conditioning system. The drinking water taste delicious and the water feeding the laundry machine, dishwasher and faucets is substantially better. The installation guys were very professional and friendly and the whole experience was very positive. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted them and the owner took the time to talk me through all the options available. I decided to get a Nuvo which, for me, has the perks of a softener without the downsides.They also were able to let me know of additional issues they found with my current plumbing.
