Was able to book a basic maintenance appointment Friday night for the following Monday afternoon. Tech called about half an hour before coming, right in the middle of the window I was given. Was professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time going through the inspection I’ve seen others rush through. We did have some things that ended up needing repairs, but the pricing was fair, and he was able to do them right then. There was no pressure to follow his recommendations, he just explained and then let us make our decision. It’s 118 today, and I don’t remember the last time our A/C ran this well! And it’s 11 years old.

Ryan, the owner, was very quick to respond and arrange for the service call. He was very thorough in his explanation of what might be the problem, as I described the symptoms. Robin, from the office, arranged for an early morning call very quickly, within 3 days of my call, and assigned a technician named Jeremy to provide the service. Jeremy showed up on time. He was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He explained all phases of his work in so much detail that I almost understood it all. He identified the defective part, explained how it was failing, and offered his recommendations (replace it while still under warranty), along with potential problems that might happen if left as is. I agreed to have it replaced since it would only cost me labor, which actually turned out to be quite extensive, given the nature of the job, I gave a 50% down payment on the repair and waited until the appointment was confirmed for the part to be replaced. As for pricing, well, the jury is still out on that one. Admittedly, they are the only vendor I contacted (out of 5) for a diagnostic/service/tune-up call. Despite a labor cost to replace the defective part that came to about 13% of the total cost I had in purchasing and installing my 2 units, I accepted the labor cost to replace the part Jeremy identified as being defective. I could have put a hold on replacing the part, gone back to the other 4 vendors, and arranged for 3 or 4 more service/diagnostic calls, accepting whichever one offered a lower cost. But, that would have taken several more days to coordinate and might have ended up costing me more, if not the same, when all additional service call costs were added up. Then, looking at temps of 115-117 coming down the road, I didn’t want to risk the system going bad because of the defective part, forcing me to stay in a hotel for several days awaiting the part and its installation (more added costs). So, I decided to “bite the bullet” and stay with the only vendor I arranged for the service. Time will tell how well it worked out. So, 5 stars for the overall service and interaction the vendor had with me, 4 stars for what I consider to be a rather high cost to replace the part.

Had our Ac go out this may, and fortunately we decided to call Comfort Experts. They sent out Ryan to help get it rolling through the weekend, which was greatly appreciated because my wife was pregnant. We ended up replacing the entire system. They bent over backwards to make the process fast and easy the entire time. The price was very competitive and the quality of the system and the install was top notch. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and craftsmanship. I wouldn’t think twice having them work on my moms house.

I highly recommend these guys. They provided exceptional customer service, were extremely proficient, and our technician was just an all around good person. Ryan, our tech, was here on time and able to accommodate us with same day service. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with one of our A/C units very quickly and had all the replacement parts with him. He was in and out within an hour even though the issue was pretty complex. Our A/C is now up and running again!

Our AC had failed on a Friday evening (like they always do) and began the search for a good company to diagnose and hopefully fix the unit. Saturday morning, after 2 calls to other companies that were less-than-promising (one not even answering, and another offering an appointment for the following day) I called Comfort Experts and my call was taken by the owner. He said he could have a tech come out that day (Thank goodness).In the appointed timeframe, technician Trevor showed up to help. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the unit as the temperature inside was getting warmer and warmer. Trevor was up front with the fix, what it would cost and his recommendations to maintain the unit for the hot summer to come. Based on his friendly demeanor and good appearance, we will definitely be utilizing their services in the future. Highly recommend their services to those needing maintenance or an emergency fix.

Ryan Constrom came right out after I called him that my AC was not working . He was A very professional and nice guy. He said that the AC needed a repair and capacitor. Just had to give a shout out about this amazing company. I called, on a weekend, because my a/c was starting to fade and the wife wasnt very happy. Jeremy Mason was the technician and did a great job getting the a/c fan replaced as well as all new wiring to help the unit function more efficiently. Ryan was wonderful. Of course my AC Quit on a Saturday afternoon when it was 111 degrees. Ryan was here in less than 2 hrs and had itup and running very quickly. My AC quit on a 113 degree day. They had someone to my house the same day. Jeremy was my tech and he was professional and able to fix the problem during the visit. He explained the problem to me in detail and what the cost would be to fix it. He even called to confirm the warranty coverage. I will be signing up for the maintenance program that they offer also!

Comfort Experts have done work for me as a business and residential customer for five years. They always do quality work and are professional yet personable.

I waited to rate, installation of a new heat pump last May. We ended up with 7 bids, usually do 5 but 2 bidders didnt either know their stuff, or were deliberately deceiving. We chose Ryan and Comfort Experts although they were not the lowest bid. Lowest isnt necessarily best. Why wait to rate? Because even if the service is great (it was) we wanted one hot test (August) and one cold test (January) under our belt to ensure the equipment worked well (It does). Cant recommend this company enough.Punctual, honest and didnt try to upsell. I first called just asking for maintenance on my unit. Once the tech arrived (early!) he asked some initial questions and then took a look at my unit. He came in and explained exactly what was wrong with unit, and what he believed would fix it. He took the time to explain what each part did and then what he thought would be the best course of action.We ended up forgoing the fix and asked for a quote for a new unit.After getting multiple quotes for similar units we found Comfort to be the best price out there. They were ready to install the following morning and were on time.They worked fast and left no mess behind, they took the time to explain to us how to work our new thermostat and answered any questions we had. You couldnt tell they were here by the time they were done. They were polite and respectful and considerate while working.Our new unit is whisper quiet, is extremely efficient and almost works TOO well.
