This place has a great atmosphere. I had one person completely mess up my nails as it wasnt something they were used to doing. However, a coworker was able to fix them pretty well. My daughters came out beautiful! If you go, Jaimie is wonderful at elegant and complicated designs.

Had a great experience last week getting my nails done. As I walk in I was fit right in. It was a clean and safe environment. She listened to what I wanted and manicure turned out perfect. They were so kind and we had great conversations - I will definitely be back! Still going strong a week later pictured here - no chips!

If youre looking for a new spot, give them a visit! Ive been searching for a salon in Meridian since moving from the North End and Enchanted is the best I have found! They fit me in with little notice, were so fun and friendly, fast but high quality, and gave great massages. The gel polish hasnt chipped, peeled, or cracked at all (this was an issue at the other salons I tried) and they are very fair priced (I got a full mani/pedi).

Best place for nails in the valley. I’ve gone to Enchanted Nails for years. Any time I try somewhere else (with a group of ladies etc) I am always disappointed because Enchanted sets the bar so high.

I only go to this nail salon because they are so good.

I went to get my nails done here, I asked them if I could get an ombre. They said they did do ombres. Well they took the nails polish and just layered it, it just looks like a pink purple and blue nail design but in lines rather then blended. He also put on sparkles without me asking for it, he just did it and said it would help blend the ombre. And I paid around $60 just for a refill and design. It wasnt worth the money and Im incredibly upset over the result and loss of money.

Enchanted Nails is a wonderful place to relax while getting a pedicure. They do amazing artwork on the nails. Great massage.

They have always done a great job & are always trying to accommodate everyone that walks through the door. Their work last & look great. I have gone to many places in the valley for pedicures and havent found one Ive wanted to be loyal to until now. Paulie did an amazing job! Great foot rub, awesome foot scrub and the place was quiet on a Sunday morning. It was a little more expensive than some of the other places, but worth it to me. I will be going back again.

I have been going here for years and the owners and staff are complete gems! Even on the crazy busy weekends like Mothers day they still provide such great, quick and an amazing service! They know my name and always ask about my family and life in general. I leave feeling refreshed and happy to have not only Beautiful toes and fingers but friendship that feels like family! My daughter has been coming now for the last couple of visits and they treat her like family too. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else...they would never measure up to the expectations that Enchanted Nails far exceeds! You all are the best!!!!!

I used to love getting my nails done here, and something mustve happened the past two years. It is not the same at all.When I visited, I was placed with 3 people to do an acrylic set. Thats right, 3 separate people. One to cut and file my nails, one to apply the tips, and one to put on the acrylic powder and nail polish (sidenote: I was also left with the cuticles that were partially filed off left attached to my fingers). The result was horrifically misshapen nails that were way too thick. To top it off, they made it very apparent through their interactions that they wanted me in and out as fast as possible. The third person even chastised me for not keeping my hand relaxed...Do not waste your time or money. You will receive poor and low-quality service. I hope they can return to the great work they once did.

I have gone to this salon a few times and each time I went back, it seemed lime my experience was worse than the time before. The last time was several mths ago. I went on a Sunday and double checked their hours before I went in. They still had an hour left before closing so I felt that I had time to get a pedicure. The mother and daughter seemed to be fighting throughout the whole time I was there. They finished my pedicure and I immediately moved to the drying area. The daughter came up to me with her sunglasses on and pointed to me and then pointed to the door. I showed her that the hour glass was practically full since I had just sat down and she did it again. I looked at the clock and there was still 20 minutes left on their open hours. After a few more times of her pointing to me and then the door, I did get up and leave. I was astonished that this behavior was allowed and I would never go back there again.

Great Salon!!!! Came in on Sunday late saw them cleaning with clorox & bleach so knew it was clean!! They got us in for two pedicures!! Color selection good & service was good! They got a bunch of our dry calluses off!! Will definitely go back!

I have been going to Enchanted nails for years. The owners are AWESOME and very hardworking. I would say the quality is good, and EXCELLENT for the price. Ive paid 3-4 times as much at Two Rivers and not been NEARLY as happy as Ive been with the folks at Enchanted Nails.

We had a large bridal group call in last minute to have pedicures done because another salon didn’t book our reservation. Enchanted was very kind and helped fit us in. The staff was very friendly and fun while we were having the pedicures!

Very good experience! My daughter and I went in on a quiet Sunday afternoon to get pedicures. I about fell asleep, as the ladies were so gentle with my feet and gave a great leg massage to go with the pedicure. Massaging chairs and foot baths add to the spa experience and only $25 for pedis! Great deal and friendly ladies. Also, we noticed how clean they were about sanitizing the tools. We are thinking about doing this monthly now. It was awesome! :)

I wish I could give a higher rating to this service. I got my nails done yesterday and during the prep, the technician gouged my finger really badly. When he was clipping my nail, a large chunk of my skin was in the way and he clipped right through it. It bled really bad and it was all I could do not to scream as he poured the alcohol solution on it to clean it. Although the nails look great, it totally ruined my experience and I was in a lot of pain the whole time. Its still throbbing today and there is a pretty nasty crater on my finger. The worse part is, he still charged me full price, didnt acknowledge he damage he caused, and didnt even offer a discount for my discomfort. I havent gotten a full set of nails for years and I dont think I will be repeating this experience any time soon.

Great place!!!! The staff knew all the regulars clients names!! Polite, didnt have appointments but they fit us in. Salon is clean & thẻre are plenty of polish selection. Our hands & feet felt & look amazing. Spoke great English got the design perfect match from Pintrest.

Nice staff, but I told the lady giving me a fill how I wanted my nails shaped three different times. Needless to say, I didnt get what I wanted. None of them are even, they arent the shape I wanted, and the polish on them didnt go all the way down to my cuticle. When youre paying 70 bucks, you expect things to be how you want them. Pedicure was good. No complaints there.

I went in to get my acrylic nails filled, within two days of me getting them filled I had two break. this is not normal for me, they filled my nails very thin and it was extremely frustrating because I had dont nothing harsh on them, the nails just snapped. I then went in to get the two nails fixed and they did the length shorter than my other fingers and quickly did them and it was painful. and I am furious with this place. they then acted like I was dumb. I do not like this place. do not go.

We came in today for 3 pedicures. It didnt take long for us to wish we hadnt. Before my feet even had a chance to soak, she was telling me to take them out. She began to file. I asked her to please clip them, and then file them straight across. She looked at me like I was inconveniencing her, and just continued to file her way, which was round. I stated again that I wanted them clipped, and she still did not clip my nails, so I gave up on the idea. Not a single word was said to me during the pedicure, she just tapped the leg she wanted me to move at times. She then began to use the metal rasp on my heels, which in Idaho is a big NO NO. I had recently done a foot peel on my feet, and literally have no calluses, or dry skin. She should have been able to see that. I let her do it for a little while, and then I told her it hurt after a bit and she stopped. I then watched in disgust as she used that same rasp, same blade, on another clients feet, and then another client after that!! She worked on 3 different clients feet simultaneously, without ever washing her hands a single time in between, without sanitizing the rasp, or even changing blades. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! My friends toenail was clipped so short that it was bleeding, and is still very sore. This is how diseases, and infections start. If you continue doing these things, TRUST ME, you will be shut down. I am actually a nail technician. My friend that was with me is both a nail technician, and a nail instructor. We know what to look for when we go to these places. Chop shops absolutely MUST follow the state rules just like every other salon. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I love their pedi. They do great job to make my feet shine.

To get my nails filed used to cost $15.Now they upped the price to a total of $22.Like damn, they upped the price of getting your nails filed from $10 to $17. ALMOST DOUBLE!?! Seriously its stupid.When I had my acrylic nails removed for just jell nails, Leo completely RIPPED my acrylic nails off and DESTROYED my nails. Now my natural nail with the jell top is flimsy, weak and SHARP!NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

Ive gone there for 10 years. They are phenomenal people and hard working. Their salon is pristine and they do an amazing job.

They always do an amazing job but the younger gal that I always get with the long bangs has such a bad attitude and is always rough with my hands and acts visibly put out and annoyed. If it wasnt for her awful attitude it would have been a better review.

Worst pedicure and customer service I have EVER received. The woman who I am assuming is the owner needs to take a customer service class, she was very rude. Water was cold and they barley massaged my feet and legs. I will NOT be going back!! Showing a higher review then what it should really be. VERY POOR SERVICE!

The shop was already full of customers when I went (scheduled appointment). The staff to customer ratio was just OK. But then others would come in they would tell them they could take them in 5 min wait. That caused a stressful rush. My nail tech kept leaving me to sweep the floor and do other odd jobs that ideally wouldve been taken care of before my work got started. The quality of service was awful. Nails turned out ok. Just stay home and do it yourself for free.

Worst experiences for a pedicure I have ever had. From the moment you walk in you are met by the owner who is scrolling on her phone and acts like you are the biggest interruption of her day. I should have walked out right then and there....the nail tech (not sure her name but the only non asian they have working there) was super rough, the gel polish didnt adhere like it was suppose to but there is NO way Im going back to have it repaired. I wasted my money and stupid me even gave her a tip. I will never go in here again!

Dirty. And they hurry the whole time. Instead of remover she dremeled my polish off. The pedicure basins, floor, windows, the surface of everything was dirty. I hope I dont get fungus. I think they reuse the toe separators and who knows what else!

And I am usually hesitant to post a bad review, trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt because I know that sometimes service can be off, but I had such a horrific experience at this nail salon that I had to share. I have been a few times, and the experience has always been the same. They have no regard for the care of natural nails, they are sloppy in their work, and the gel polishing was a thick and globby mess. I will never return.

It was so bad I wanted to leave a minute in. I tried to stay positive even with my horrible experience. The girl with green hair rushed me the entire time and I did not receive a massage. I noticed nothing was really clean. Worst pedicure by far.

When you pay more money for a gel Polish you expect it to last like other salons do. My Polish was already coming off after just about 2 weeks. So disappointed.

That dad there he he has his name Wipi something like that he didnt shape my nails right and he didnt has some lift in only a few days . And the I got my feet and the water was not very warm the young girl barely touched you and only goes to your heel when other have done this they really work you mussels all the way to you knees pedicures but not this and my friend went her they were so upset both got pedicures and there women did not do it right.
