I showed the nail tech a picture and she got it down to the T. She did amazing I love them. Took her time and checked in with me after doing the length and colors. Making sure it’s what I wanted

She was very friendly and did a very nice quick foot and lower leg massage. I experienced them cleaning and sanitizing after they are finished with customers. It was probably the fastest pedi Ive ever had but otherwise very good and Id go back.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PEDICURE!! Unless you dont want to get what your paying for. I let her know before hand that I wanted to get my feet soft thats the only reason I wanted the pedicure, she said oh yes your feet will be soft okay okay thankyou.soaked my feet for about ten minutes then used the pumice Stine for like 2 seconds on each foot. I reminded her I just wanted my feet soft when she started rubbing my calfs. Said I dont need all that thankyou just want my feet soft she said you want sugar scrub I said is it for my feet she said yes. Then she put it on my calfs &didnt touch my feet. I reminded her again I just wanted my feet done. She said yes they will be soft but then she started painting I asked her about my feet she said they will be soft after she said, but then she just dipped then in a hot oil at this point I accepted I wasnt gonna what I came for or asked for then she said okay done &told me the total was $60. Which is 35 more than the one I asked for she pointed to the deluxe &said thats what I got. Needles to say i was very disappointed. Had to come home &do my feet myself. Which I normally do, but its bummer having to do after I just payed $6] bucks to have it done. I gave 2 stars because I also got my nails done &he did a very nice job. I really like them, pedicure was just an epic fail &waste of money.

Awesome place, great prices!They take walk-ins, but if you dont call ahead and find out if theyre busy sometimes you have to wait - thats on the customer to figure out though. Im a caregiver for two clients with developmental disabilities, and was extremely nervous talking them ANYWHERE because all I could think of was a myriad of issues. However, weve been here twice and ALL the staff couldnt be nicer. Everyone is extremely respectful and helps over and over, to make sure we get the best experience possible. Both my girls love their nails at the end, and we havent had a single issue. Thank you especially to the manager, who got both my girls our second time. Wonderful experience, 100% recommend!!

I asked for my nails to be like the picture i had and the guy was really nice about it but i didn’t get at all what i wanted and i was kinda bummed because i wanted to use the money i got specifically for those nails and i tipped him 10$ for it but i’m not happy with my nails and i would like to be able to leave happy with the money i spent on my nails

Terrible work! I asked for white tips with glitter pink and asked for sport short for the length they applied clear tips, cut much longer than I wanted and painted(very poorly) the white & pink . The lines are not straight I literally had to coach each step and eventually just had them remove all of the work after 2hours! I cant believe this place is even in business.My niece asked for yellow coffin shape nails and the shaping was done very poorly .Refer to the photos posted with this review and you can see the workers do not have the skill to be in the business they are in.$70 dollars later we are both very disappointed with our experience.

My mom and sister and I used to visit their Nampa location in the mall. We make the drive to have our nails done because they are so kind, accommodating, and METICULOUS! They do the full job without rushing and have a dedication to quality unlike I’ve ever seen. They even did my 3 yr old’s nails for $5 and did a quality layered sparkle that made her feel like a princess. I love this team and my gels LAST!!

I had an amazing time! The owner did my nails and she shaped them perfectly! I haven’t ever had nails this perfect. She was quick, efficient and really paid attention to detail. I am picky- I like the short squoval style and she mastered it!! I can’t wait to come back in for a fill!! 💙

I have been going to Krystal nails for nearly a year for gel polish manicures. A week ago my skin started peeling under my fingernails and my nails began to separate from the skin. I was told it was nothing and probably just the hot weather (which didnt make any sense to me). They said they would be careful not to hurt me and redid the gel polish. I ended up taking the polish off myself and found eight of my fingers were infected with a disgusting nail fungus. Luckily I caught it early and have been successfully treating it. I went in to show them and they told me to let them grow out and come back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! Cleanliness should be the most important thing but clearly it isnt here. I trusted them for a long time and this should have never happened. Be careful!

I relocated to Idaho almost two years ago. I have tried several other shops and have not been happy with the results. Today I found my new nail guy Vic. He did a great job and i will be coming back.

I go to this nail salon everyday and it’s my absolute favorite, the workers are very nice and do a very good job, vic does my acrylics and he never lets me down.

Since the new owner took over, Ive been going to her since she was at her Nampa location. Shes been the only one whos been doing my nails for several years now. Shes attentive to detail and super friendly and professional.

Not my usual salon. I was dissatisfied. I walked in when the salon was empty, for a pedicure. A few minutes later a couple more girls walked in for manicures. I was rushed out, didnt get the time and extras I paid for. My nails were not painted to satisfaction. Maybe if she was not in a rush I would of recieved the service I paid for. I will still to my usual salon moving foward.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Vic since before he started here and he never disappoints me ! He always makes sure I’m happy with my nails when I walk out the door and always does the fun ideas I have for my nails so I highly recommend him to do yours.

My first time going here for a pedi/mani with a few friends, and they were very accommodating! The women were friendly but not too talkative. The woman who did my nails was incredibly focused and appeared to know what she was doing. All of our nails turned out beautiful, and we werent overcharged by any means. I would go again!

Only open Salon I could find on a Sunday. I was told a 15 minute wait- closer to 30 as they were short staffed. A lady walked in and started the water for my pedicure. I asked for the Special Pedi and what I received what garbage. She mixed something in with my polish, I didn’t get my heels scrubbed, no lotion or calf massage (as advertised in package) my polish was super clumpy and not dry when my sandals got put back on and made a mess every where. She told me to pay up front and walked away.Not happy and had to come home to fix the errors and lotion my dry feet and legs. Won’t be going again and did not tip.

It really depends on who you get when you walk in. Not super excited about our experience. It was supposed to be fun and relaxing pedicures with my husband. My experience was average. Unfortunately, my husband ended up with a lady that was rushing and extremely rough. She opened up skin on his big toe along the nail, which then got heavily infected. It took the majority of the next week to get the infection under control. We wont be going back.

Went in for gel nails, the young woman did acrylics instead. I asked for almond shaped nails and she rounded them off. She did not clean up my cuticles & did a lousy job with filing, she left rough edges on most of the nails.

The guy who works here is very flirty to get what he wants but did a pretty good job

Ithere is an asian woman who over charges all the time if you let her. The first time i got my nails done i was sitting and the lady next to me was charged 19 dollars for her waxed eye brows when it clearly stated 12 dollars on the board. I thought maybe just a coincidence. I got that lady the last time i went. She up charged my fill from 15 dollars to 23. She said it was because i wanted them shaped diffrent. I said ok so its 5 dollars extra. Thats 20 bucks. But she charged me 8. She dose this to all customers!!!! Then she messed up on my nails and didnt wabt to fix it because she was hungry she said. So i asked her to put glitter on top. By the way i didnt get gel because i know it would like an extra 20 which is ridiculous. Anyway i will never go again. Dont go she is one of the owners. She works there every day. She is one of the younger ones

My daughter went in with her friend and mother to get their nails done on July 11th. My daughter messed up her polish before it dried (twice). The man who did her nails yelled at her in front of everyone and made her cry. His job is customer service and making your customers cry Is unnecessary and will never be acceptable behavior.

My acrylics separated within a week and I had already traveled out of state so could not go in to have them fix. $40 to have a french set for less than a week.
