I received a text to confirm my appt while I was at work, I wasnt able to call to cancel within their 24 hour cancellation rule I was 27 mins over 24 hours. I tried to explain I called as soon as I could, that I was at work and couldnt use my phone until my break. the employee was rude and read me how much they were going to charge me. I told her I would never go there again and this is after I have been going there for over 5 years. She said ok and hung up on me. Very poor service!

I also ended uppaying $90 for the service l had booked eventhough when I booked online the price was listed as$50. Kim and Raquel spent most of my appointmentbad mouthing a client who had just left, and theywere still talking about her to another client when Ileft.

Thoa is wonderful to work with. She loves to create new things to ensure her clients are happy! I have a reoccurring appoint every 3 weeks until the end of time!

I got my nails done there yesterday. The nail tech that did my full set acrylic did a really good job on the nail design but I felt like it was way overpriced and I was trying to be up charged for every thing that I wanted. Not to mention that it’s been 24 hours and the gel polish is already chipping. I paid $60 for these, And they are Worth maybe $40. I have been a long-time customer off and on and I’ve never been charged $60. It was $52 and then I tipped on top of that. Sad to say but I probably won’t be returning.

Raquel is a newer nail artist so I was honestly a little worried at first. But she did an amazing job! She took the time to give me beautiful nails and was very detailed and listened to what I wanted. I will be going back to her again. Thank you Raquel!

My nails came out super thick, the corners are so sharp I could slice and dice! The paint job wasn’t up to par either. :/ very disappointing. I scheduled a two person manicure with acrylic with gel overlay.... and I would think they would sit us together... no we were across the room from each other and didn’t even have the option to carry a conversation with my girlfriend. We had to text the entire time. Also the time frame it took for my nails to be done was 2 hours! I would have been fine with the amount of time it took if they actually turned out good. I also advised her this was for a wedding this weekend! Didn’t matter.... didn’t turn out good at all and I would never recommend this place. Unfortunately coz I have heard nothing but good things. Sad day! 😕

My friend and I just moved to the area so we had never been to this nail salon before. We spontaneously decided to treat ourselves and saw that Amore Nails had good reviews, so I booked an appointment for two pedicures at 3pm on the same day. I called at 10:30am to make the appointment. My friend was called into work at 11:30am so I immediately called Amore to cancel our appointment. No one answered and the voicemail box was full. Then I received a text at 1pm reminding me of my upcoming appointment, so I called again to cancel. This time someone answered and I was told that I could cancel my appointment but there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, so the next time I go in I have to pay half of the total cost ($55). I told the lady that I was not informed of the cancellation policy when I made the appointment this morning. All she said was Sorry, thats policy. Im pretty disappointed that new customers would be treated this way. We wont be going back.

I’ve always have had really bad luck at nail salons and was scared going into here, but Ashlynn was sweet and understanding. She did exactly what I wanted and does an amazing job! I definitely recommend this place!

I love Thao! She does such a great job on my nails. Great clean location with lots if chairs for pedicures if you have a group of people. Definitely schedule ahead of time because they do get pretty busy.

It was nice, but over all I think the lady that did my nails needs alot more experience. She didnt push my Cuticles back and I felt like when I left I needed a fill already... and my nails are to big like she didnt size it right my nails ( really wide looking).. they look more fake then then I wanted... i thought i would give that place another chance and i think Im done and probally wont go back..

This salon is great and has a huge variety of colors for nails and the staff are always nice they never make it awkward when am getting my nails done. The nails last long and I never find myself complaining on chipping or my acrylics ripping.

I was very nervous to get my nails done as I have had poor experiences in the past. Thao was my nail technician and she did an amazing job! I expressed my anxiety and she was incredibly understanding, efficient and precise. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend her.

Friendly staff but my nails turned out HORRIBLE!! The gal that did my nails wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing. All of my nails are crooked. When I sat down at her station she did nothing but immediately start drilling my nails. She was way to busy telling me about her life which is totally fine but I got burnt many times with her holding the drill in the same place for too long. I can see through the nail polish on my nails so not enough coats. I wanted acrylic nails with coffin shape with maroon polish- matte. Not at all what I got. My nails look like they are between a stelledo and coffin. They aren’t even all the same length nor are the tips the same shape and are way to short. I also feel like I was way overcharged. Very disappointed with my nails and will not be going back.

I got gel polish done by Tyra and she did an amazing job! She asked if I had a hard time with having gel polish staying on and I do. My polish was on for 3 weeks. Super sweet lady! Ill be going back!

My daughter and I went to the salon the day before her wedding and paid for the deluxe mani pedi package. I was very disappointed that my nail polish chipped off in less than 24 hours. I had to stop by the drugstore and pick up some polish to fix my nails for her wedding. During the two and a half hours we were there they did not even offer us a drink of water. There were also small children running around the entire time. Not a relaxing atmosphere and the technicians were not very friendly. That was a lot of money to spend for such a disappointing experience.

My first time at Amore. I walked in not knowing who I would have and I got the new girl Amanda. She did such a GREAT job! First experience for me with such a steady hand, didnt hurt me once, and actually took her time. I will definatly go back to her. Thanks Amanda!

I was referred by several people to come here and I did. This place is AMAZING!!!! I came as a walk-in and they fit me right in. They had the biggest gel color selection Ive ever seen and are able to do the newest trends, not your standard color. Thoa was was nail tech she is AWESOME!!!! Everyone was great and extremely friendly and had a great atmosphere feeling The place was clean. The pricing wont cost you an arm and a leg. Not to mention they tell you up front what things will cost, no suprise costs. Paris was super nice. My nails looked gorgeous but they started chipping on like day 5. Id go back but just get gel instead of acrylic with gel.

Easy to get in, staff seems friendly. I was very disappointed in my gel manicure. Every manicure ever received has always include attention to cuticles. Pushing them back and trimming with nail shears. Cuticles received zero attention on this manicure resulting in it not lasting as long or looking as good.

I love the girls and the few boys @ Amore in Meridian. I have been a faithful client for almost 3 years! They do everything u can imagine gel, polish, glitter, 3D, etc... They always bend over backwards to help everyone and still do an amazing Job! I even converted my mother to come out to the salon and she loves it now too. Thanks Jaz and Kasey especially cause u make every appt so much fun! =)

I have been going to Amore for about four or five years now and went through many nail technicians before finding Thao. Thao started off doing my toes and then last year started doing my nails. She is always very friendly and knows exactly what I like. I never leave disappointed. She has a lot of experience and is very understanding and precise when it comes to shape and style. I don’t think I’ll ever go to anyone else to get my nails done. If you want an honest recommendation, Thao is the best nail tech I’ve ever experienced! She is extremely good at what she does and makes sure her clients always leave happy.

It was fantastic, i have been to many nail salons and always left with my nails burning, bleeding, or painful. But not here. I love my nails amanda listened to what i needed and wanted and gave me a fantastic experience! I have thin nails and she didnt over file and my nails are actually lasting! I cant wait to go back to get them done again.

Since moving to Meridian a few months ago I hAve been coming to Amore to have my nAils done... I get acrylic with gel polish and always get designs with stones & all tnT fun stuff.. I see Thao She is FABULOUS she always does a beautiful job.. I normally run late to my appointments (I know, I know) she is great about it, even though I know my being late has to mess her day up!!! This place comes highly recommended!! All the girls are very talented, have great personalities, & take wonderful care of all their clients!! My favorite nail salon between here & Fl for sure!!!

Zero customer service. Every time I go in there they have no openings and the ladies up front are always rude. you should be more accomadating to walk ins.

The gal who did my nails did an overall good job with the acrylic, however my biggest pet peve is getting my nails done and walking away with a bunch of glue on my finger tips. Plus my nails arent all the same length cuz i think she was more interested in the conversation next to us than focusing on the task at hand.

I had the worst nail design ever when I went to one of the owners they told me, oh well, too bad, that my nails were chipped after 2 days and that the design was crooked and very unprofessional. I said, what will you do about it?and he said, well what do you want me to do about it? I will never recommend this place nor will I ever go back.
