Allie did a fantastic job on my hair and eyebrows. She was super nice and great to talk to while she worked. Ill be keeping a standing appointment with her from now on. Highly recommend her.

I went in for a color consultation and had a picture of exactly what I wanted done where she verified multiple times she could achieve my look. I made my appointment a week later. There was little discussion on the process she would go through to achieve the look I wanted nor what to expect with the maintenance or upkeep. The only thing we discussed was to come back when I thought it started to look brassy and she recommended a shampoo and conditioner which I purchased and am using. After 3 hours and a lot of money later I walked out with nothing like the picture that I showed them. I feel as though she did not know how to properly do what I wanted done and in return, did what she thinks was right and that resulted in my hair color coming out within 3 washes. Now I have very discolored yellow blonde hair and bad roots and it’s only been 2 weeks. I feel very dissatisfied and unfortunately will not be returning. The atmosphere seemed very unfriendly and judgmental. The overall experience was not worth the time and money I spent there.

Madison is amazing!! She took her time an was always attentive an let me know the process an she was just wonderful. Highly recommend asking for her for color especially an cut. The salon itself is also nice an has many stylists an offer all different things.

Haven Salon has a very nice, clean, and professional environment. I have gotten my hair done here several times and I regularly see Reagan for facials. However, services here are a bit more expensive than what I am used to. Also, Jordan Mathis came across as very rude at one point, making someone go ahead of me during my appointment time and then yelling at me about it. I wont be using him again.

Best Salon in Meridian! I have never seen a Salon with so much talent. The atmosphere is totally relaxing and everyone there, from the front desk receptionists to the stylists to the owner, work together to make each person that walks through the door feel special and pampered!

Very clean environment and loved my results from my haircut appointment. So why only three stars? Below average customer service. She left my chair to help someone else multiple times without excusing herself or apologizing and didn’t engage in any conversation at all. I feel like she didn’t care to have me as a returning client which is unfortunate because I really wanted to return for some coloring services.

They done mine my sister and my sister in laws.hair for her wedding and done wonderful job and it stayed in from 12 till I got a shower that night I highly recommend anyone to them
