I absolutely love this place! I had my bachelorette party here in 2017 and I cant say enough good things about our experience! This facility is very clean, professional, and great atmosphere! I HIGHLY recommend this place! I will be going back one they re open!

This is a great Salon and Spa! A hidden gem from everything! Services range from massage, hair, facials, manicures and pedicures (polish, acrylic and Gel)! It even has a mineral pool with a dry and wet steam room! They offer a multitude of services and products not mentioned! Plus a room for private parties. A large option of beverages including infused water. Spending a day here is definitely a must! I will be returning!

I had a hair disaster! Bought gray dye from Sallys Beauty Supply and it turned my hair blue. I scheduled an appointment online and they fixed me up with a haircut, a new hairstyle, deep conditioning treatment, and balayage. I showed them what I wanted and they made me look better than the picture. I look and feel like a new woman! It was expensive, but they applied a few discounts to knock down the price: -$10 birthday, -$10 student, -$50 left over gift card. Wound up paying $245.

This is a wonderful place. Beautiful, calming atmosphere. Extremely friendly, courteous staff who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could need.The Taking of the Waters was lovely. They have a sauna, spa, and steam room all in one!! And only $15 a person to use all three facilities!Samantha does ASTONISHING nail art and is the best!We visited from out of town and really enjoyed our experience.Will definitely return if I have the opportunity!

I had a facial done by Janelle and it was amazing. She took the time to listen to my concerns with my skin and customized the facial to those concerns. I tend to have sensitive/acne prone skin and I did not break out at all after this service. I was relaxed the whole time and enjoyed it very much. My skin was glowing after! Prior to this service, I also spent some time in the Waters Room. The sauna and spa were amazing!

This place was amazing! They were so professional and clean. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The massage was even better! It relaxed me so much and the room was typical with the soothing music and a water fountain. Not to mention the prices were really reasonable. Best massage experience I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back here for future massages! Highly recommend!

I started going here to get my hair done a little over a year ago and I haven’t been disappointed. Lori does an amazing job and is fun to talk to. The massage experience here is wonderful because you have the option to sit and relax in the hot tub or saunas before your massage to help loosen up your muscles. I always recommend this place for hair and spa experiences. It’s a little more on the expensive side, but as they say ... you get what you pay for.

Elegant and beautiful place to be! If you would like a glass of champagne while your being pampered here this is the place to be. Clean place with amazing professional staff, high end looking atmosphere but with awesome prices, if your out of town or even a local highly recommend you and a friend to definitely check this place out. I got a massage from my a girl Maudie at E salon. My mother in law got me a massage for my birthday. I requested a deep tissue massage and what I got was definitely not a deep tissue massage. She mostly was rubbing me and it did not get deep into my muscles at all. I felt a little uncomfortable too during because she didn’t cover my bottom all the way when I was laying on my stomach. I would not recommend this play if you want a deep tissue massage and someone really working on your knots. Maudie was nice, but this salon clearly has a different definition of deep tissue.

I have been going to espa on occasion for years and they always have quality people that work there in the aesthetics. They have great services offered and great hospitality.I am disappointed to hear they discontinued there injections. Jamie has a wealth of experience and would be the only one I would trust.

Great experience! Took my girlfriend who was visiting from Boston; I will definitely go again soon. Everyone made us feel welcome and the staff were all professional and easy to work with! The space was beautiful and I left feeling totally relaxed and pampered! And not like my pocketbook had been emptied—like some other spas. Makes me want to go back and experience even more services (and I will!)

Ive gotten two deep tissue massages with Zander. I decided to try this salon as I had been having back pain for a few months and I thought a massage might help. He really got in there and got all the knots he was amazing! After the first session, I immediately felt better, I totally recommend him. Best massage I have ever gotten!! It was a relaxing experience. I will definitely continue to go to Zander at E salon for my massages.

This was our first time at the salon. When scheduling I had to ask questions about what the spa consisted of because the gal on the phone didn’t even explain it even knowing it was our first time. When we got there the gal at the front welcomed us and knew it was our first time. She didnt really show or explain the spa to us. Showed me my locker room then took my husband to his. We soaked in the pool for a few which was very nice but then had no idea where to go for our massages. My husband was mad that they didn’t have a shower for him and that his locker room was just a bathroom basically. After the massage we wanted to sit in the sauna and it was not working, and there was a sign on the steam room that it was broken so we couldn’t even experience the whole spa. My gal didn’t offer me water after my massage either. All in all I think it failed on a few levels. The massage itself was great for me, my husbands gal he said seemed like she was in a bad mood and he could tell.

Can I just say Ah-May-zing! Ashley did an amazing job on my hair I havent felt this pretty in a long time and Im 53. And the whole spa is wonderful... such a pleasant surprise I just want to get my hair colored and its amazing all the services they offer very calming comforting and excellent customer service

I had a Dermaplaning facial. It was great but unfortunately the rooms are not quiet enough. I couldnt fully relax because I kept hearing talking in the background. We also used the waters rooms. I liked the idea of the water rooms, but they need to be kept more tidy specially if its a luxury spa. In the bathroom there was used drinks on the sink, the hot tub looked like it could use some cleaning and the sauna was out of order. It would of been nice to be checked on at least once while we were in the waters.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Xander is hands down the best massage therapist I have found. Im serious. Stop what your doing and go schedule a massage with him right now.

Exhale is one amazing salon! They have everything you could ever want/need to meet your self-care needs. Lori has been doing my hair for years and I cant say enough about the care she takes to be sure that I leave feeling amazing! Wonderful place. Wish they had a shower in the spa. It would be a lot easier to rinse off as opposed to going down stairs to shower where the spray tan is. I guess they don’t get a lot of guys coming in.

Facility is beautiful, clean and very relaxing. Staff was very kind, I was walked around the entire building in a tour, which I really enjoyed. Then I got a pedicure from Ashley, she was kind, took very good care of my feet and provided great conversation. Amazing experience.

Ive referred multiple friends to them, and have gotten my haircuts there for the past year +...Lisa, Lori, Jamie and the rest of the staff at E Salon have taken care of me on on each visit - and all the people Ive told about them have loved their services. They initially gave me a free tour and relaxing taking of the waters spa treatment. Later on I visited Lori for a haircut, Im very picky with my medium/long hair, but she was great even when I wasnt sure what kind of look I wanted!I have been VERY happy with how great my hair has looked after each visit, going from LONG hair, to now shorter cuts, with Lori taking care of me every step of the way. She has also advised me on a product or two and Ive gotten the results I want from the products I buy here.I would highly recommend using or gifting E Salon for anyone needing a new look or just to relax and be pampered.

My wife has been coming here for the last 4 years pretty much since the doors opened. I have been joining her for the last 6 months or so taking part in the waters (med spa) there, and getting my hair cut as well. Ive lived in the Treasure Valley my whole life and just discovered this place. So great. I love massages where you can where a robe and get the full experience of going to a spa. They are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in until you leave, they are attentive to you. Jacee was my stylist and she was awesome. Well I had an ok experience when I received a facial a few moths ago. I love some of the product they sell but the staff isnt very educated/experienced about it all.I bought a friend a gift card for her bday and it wasnt a good experience at all. One of the employees waxed her face, THEN gave her a burning facial. She soaked her entire shirt after she told her theres no need to remove it. My friend was freezing and uncomfortable the entire time. Oh they were also 30 minutes late. I think this place is really hit and miss.

The massage was great Xander did awesome. I loved relaxing in the healing waters and sauna also.

Ive only been in totake the waters and loved it so much I bought the monthly membership. Its clean, classy, and incredibly relaxing. I love the sauna and the bowl of ice water and towels to cool off with between sweats.

I’ve visited several salons in Boise and the surrounding area and this is by far my favorite and now, one and only, salon. The environment is luxurious, the employees are professional, and the services excellent. Rebecca does a fabulous job with pedicures, has great attention to detail and ensures the quality of her work is excellent. Lianne is an amazing masseuse; the best I’ve EVER encountered. Get one!

I love Amanda, She does such great work!! I really like the front desk girl Keelie she’s such a a sweetheart. The only thing that I noticed could be improved is the girl at the front I think her names Janelle. She always looks mad and not very approachable.

We loved our visit and the ladies that provided our treatments. Though we did have a problem. The polish that was applied to my finger nails had not dried after 2 hours. It ended up all dented and scraped off. The polish on my toes didn’t dry either. I put shoes on after and hour and my socks stuck to the polish.

I so look forward to every appointment I am able to squeeze in at Exhale! This family owned business is just that- they treat you like family. When you step in the beautifuly designed spa, you feel like you are on vacation! ♥️

I received a gift card from my husband to try out this new salon and spa. I had planned to take a whole morning and enjoy some quiet time before I had to pick my daughter up from school. My appointments for a massage and facial didn’t start till 10:40 so I decided to arrive early to take advantage of the spa bath and rooms.I decided to show up at 9:30 just 30 minutes after opening. I was given a tour and told cool towels would be set up by the pool in case I got too warm. I got ready and went into the spa bath room. The steam room was out of service so I decided to try the pool first. I got in and the temperature of the water was very cool. I wasn’t sure if this is what it was suppose to be so I sat in there for a few minutes then decided to warm back up into the sauna. The sauna room was not turned on and was colder in there then in the outside room. I had to turn the buttons to get the room set up then went to try and get the steam going only to see there wasn’t any water in the bowl offered. I had to fill the bowl with water that was in a pitcher out in the main pool area. Once I got water on the rocks it started to warmup.I was really surprised to realize that nothing was what I thought it was going to be. The time I gave myself before my appointments to relax I ended up sitting in cold water and an even colder sauna room. I waited for the women who gave me the tour to come back with the cool towels to inform her about the issues but she never returned. I finally decided after an hour to just take a warm shower and wait for my massage. Overall my services were fine. Both did a nice job. The facial was mostly just a face wash and mask followed by a moisturizer. I think I was expecting something more. The biggest part I can critique would be the noise from the hair salon was pretty loud so when I was trying to relax in my facial I could hear Christmas music and conversations going on in the background.I was pretty disappointed with the experience and was hoping for a really relaxing morning. I don’t know if the whole pool and sauna room just wasn’t set up proper or not but I definitely expected more. Needless to say I probably won’t return. But the massage and facial were ok.

Every time I walk into this amazing salon I am greeted with smiling faces as if the front desk girls have known me forever. They are on top of everything it seems, not only do they greet me when I walk in but they multitask other guests and phone calls like pros. From the moment I was offered a choice of beverages, I chose the adult kind, to when they walked me back to my stylist, Angie, I was treated like a queen. Angie listened to my ideas for my hair and gave me her suggestions which were spot on to what I was visualizing in my head. I was so overwhelmingly happy with my balayage and cut. Angie is not only professional but a beautiful woman who knows hair and how to make someone feel welcome. This is an extraordinary place that I will visit again and again. I came for a massage, and arrived an hour early to enjoy “the taking of the waters”, unfortunately both the eucalyptus steam bath and the sauna were not working otherwise I would’ve rated it a 5. I have been here several times before and would recommend this for others.

I purchased one of their promotions, since I was looking for a new salon anyways, from their salesman who completely mislead me. He told us it was full services which was not true. I could easily get over that but it was the way I was treated by the lady who did my haircut. She treated me like “coupon deal” customer. I never went back with the rest of my promotion deals after the way I was treated. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

First of all, I normally love getting my hair cut and colored at E. I’ve been going for over a year but I was very frustrated on my last visit. I had to reschedule and didn’t go to my regular stylist.My normal cut and color is $140 ish including tip. I told her I wanted the same thing I normally do the same color root touch up that I normally get. She suggested I get a toner which was great.The shock came when I went to pay and my bill was over $235 with no itemized bill! With tip it was close to $300.I have good hair, I don’t have great hair and I certainly don’t have $300 hair. My biggest complaint and frustration is that if it was going to cost over $100 more for this service for an upgrade I should have absolutely been told.

Lisa either you didnt read my complaint or you didnt listen to Cindi...the issue wasnt rectified. Cindi said youd call me by the next afternoon to resolve...4 days ago. Both my wife and I were disappointed in being shorted and the treatment. Cindi gave us the max you allowed her to give but she knew that fell short and I believe she detailed that to you which did not resolve the situation. There was definitely no ambiguity with Cindi when we left. I would appreciate a call...thank youSadly a disappointing experience. When we arrived we waited then the hostess took us thru the retail area of the salon explaining the products then a tour of the overall salon then the locker room area which is downstairs then back upstairs to the sauna then back down to a locker room area to change and then back up the massage area where you wait for the masseuse. After all that then the masseuse tried to upsell us and our 90 minute massage was now down to 65-70 minutes...but they made sure to charge us for 90 minutes..WOW I thought I was in LA!!! You would think the hostess would have made sure we got to our masseuse on time OR the masseuse would have made sure we received a 90 minute massage. Cindy said the owner Lisa was going to call us butno response...I guess thats how they roll....Lots of potential but poorly run, poorly trained and poorly managed.

Do not buy their packages or promotions. I bought 2 for myself, one for my daughter and got my best friend to buy 2. Went to use them and they told me only one per person and new customers. Not what salesman said. So I wasted my money. I had the worst haircut of my life there and my daughter upgraded pedicure and felt ripped off as got a basic pedicure. Be careful! Other places to go...

Got my hair colored with heavy highlights. I like the color, my hair cut was fine a little shorter then I would have liked. My stylist did not do my undercut at all, not a big deal it seemed like a style she hadnt worked with so I am fine going to another stylist who has.Friendly staff, showed me makeup, got my boyfriend a refreshment, and calming place. Defintitly want to come back and try some other services they offer.

E Salon offers a true spa experience. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Angie provides valuable information to keep my hair healthy and listens to my hair needs so that I come away with fabulous color and a great cut each time.

This spa is excellent. I have had a wonderful experience with massage, facial, and Botox services. The staff are all very friendly, professional and personable. The specialized technicians know what they are doing and are very helpful in meeting your specific needs. I would recommend them time and time again.

Coming to e-salon is like having a secret hiding place. Everyone is professional and courteous and Karen always does an amazing job!

I usually love attending E Salon & Med Spa for all my Tanning and Beauty needs and I am a frequent customer. However, a young lady was very rude over the phone when trying to book my appointment recently. I asked her politely what availability they had for the day for tanning and she proceeded to tell me Pedicure at 6pm is it. We will not take you for anything else what so ever. I then asked when the next spot was available for the next day. She then hung up on me without a word. I feel that this could have been handled very differently and I am sadden by my experience. I hope that this improves as I love this place but may have to go somewhere else if I cant even book my appointment.

Very upscale and clean looking establishment. Everyone was very friendly and it was surprisingly quiet for a Friday afternoon so I was seen very quickly.

The Spa is beautiful and will visit it again. Was disappointed with the outcome of the treatment I got. I had my eyelashes permed and tinted, it did not work. The tint did but the perm did not. It may be my lashes I dont know but was disappointed.

The worst pedicure I have had in a long time. I love the spa portion of this salon, but my pedicure is horrible. My nails are jagged and only half painted. There is paint on my skin. The cuticles are just shoved to the bottom but not removed. I expected better for the price.

Debbie gave me a tour of their water room which is unlike any other feature Ive seen within a med spa. Its a state of the art facility, and by calling in and saying that youre a first time youll receive $20 off your first service, theyll grant you your request. Im looking forward to my stays at Exhale Salon & Med Spa in the future.

Every business has issues. If you have an issue, take it to management the same day, not days or weeks later and blast it on social media.Everyone at e Salon & Med Spa has been kind and always helpful, Communication is key, if you are unhappy kindly express your feeling and see where that gets you.Negative and hateful words towards a business or individual only shows your true nature.
